Our dinner was during Halloween and all the staff were dressed up. It was a lovely atmosphere, our waitress was attentive and the food was good. We had a good time. I recommend the Daniel Lapointe brewery.

We really loved this restaurant We entered the restaurant by chance without a reservation, there were plenty of places available, the waitress took care of us straight away The restaurant is very, very clean, the tables well arranged, free parking, fast service and a friendly atmosphere. The dishes were delicious with large portions.

Faites attention lorsque vous pouvez comptant ! Nous avons pas mégarde donner 40$ de trop à la serveuse lors du paiement. Nous nous en sommes rendu compte dans le parking. Lorsque nous avons réclamé les 40$ que nous avons donné par erreur, la serveuse nous a menti et a nier avoir reçu trop d argent. Nous venions tout juste d avoir cet argent liquide, nous avions bel et bien cet argent avant de rentrer au Daniel.

Service by Joanne impeccable, Bloody Dan perfect, pitcher of beer good temperature, starter of perfect fried pickles, excellent Thai poutine, starter of snails with au gratin garlic good but no more, not very hot and a few dry snails on top served with a small garlic bread, plate of well-cooked butterfly shrimp, well thought-out garlic butter mousse, but the Caesar salad soft salad and not much sauce so not very tasty, Bumbu coffee excellent, should probably go back there

1st experience in this restaurant and it was very good. All-you-can-eat shrimp evening, they are obviously not top quality for the price of the dish but the sauces are very good and enhance the taste very well. Impossible to find better at $23. Perfect service and welcome, our waitress was very vigilant with our refills, we never had to wait. I will go back to taste something else, the menu makes me want it

Very disappointed with my plate: fish&chip. Avoid at all costs. My daughter, who had the snails as a starter and the flank steak, really enjoyed it. My husband had the snails as a starter (he liked it) and the shrimp and lobster plate. He was disappointed with the dry rice and the small piece of lobster. He had a dessert which had been forgotten and which was dry. In short, personally I will no longer go to this restaurant but if you do, the snail starter and choice of steak should satisfy you. The service was very good and helpful.

The meal is good, I enjoyed the garlic shrimp. My plate was full. I also enjoyed the wine. The waitresses are smiling, helpful, and the welcome is excellent. The restaurant is good.

Nice atmosphere and good service. I only find it deplorable that there is not enough information from the waitress. 1st time I went there I will return

Sunday evening, starter of lobster gratin with barely melted cheese and everything cold and not at all bathed in garlic butter, plate of lobster tail and buffalo shrimp, the shrimp are tiny, the lobster tail was cold, no cup of butter garlic on the plate and when the waitress finally brought it even the melted garlic butter was cold, more than 20 min to come for the order of the dessert very small chocolate explosion tip and 30 min of waiting to get the invoice.

The staff was very nice, including the hostesses and our server. But I was disappointed by the kitchen. My partner found 2 hairs in his poutine and my hamburger was way overcooked.

Really overcooked ground steak. By the way, the seafood is succulent, even the crème brulée fresh from the refrigerator. Ideal place for those who dont know how to count tips, they are the ones who decide. When we arrived, at reservation time, the restaurant was at full capacity and people were waiting to get a seat. We showed up at reception and our table was already ready to welcome us! 0 min wait. We quickly ordered our drinks and they arrived barely 3 minutes later! Remember that the restaurant is at full capacity. It s ultra-fast! We ordered our meals, I was surprised at how quickly it arrived... our meals were served to us in less than 20 minutes after ordering. I would like to point out once again that the restaurant was at full capacity!! The meal was excellent, hot and the plate came together very well. I cant remember the last time I had such a positive experience in a restaurant! I recommend to everyone! Arrival time: 6:45 p.m. Departure time: 7:30 p.m.

We visited this restaurant on a Saturday night of a Canadian game with our young child for a hockey tournament. The food was excellent, the staff welcoming and our children were treated like royalty. Well done to the whole team. I highly recommend!

We were very well served on Easter Sunday at the bar. Impeccable service from our waitress. However, the food was more or less ok. I find that there has been a big difference for some time. I ate the gourmet burger at the table dhôte, it was tasteless, the fries were ordinary and the cheese sticks were bland. The only positive point, the sublime carrot/caramel cheesecake, a real delight. Overall I give it 4*, but I expected a lot better for the food.

First of all, the atmosphere and the service were very good! But the freshness of the food left a lot to be desired, the salad was old and soft, the rice was dry, the shrimp tasted reheated without any flavor, the meat was burnt and the fries were poorly cooked.. really disappointing for the price paid, seems there have a blatant lack of experience in the kitchen!

The value for money is excellent. The shrimp are excellent even if sometimes small. The dishes are tasty without forgetting their delectable chocolate fondant! On the other hand, I notice an instability in the preparation of the food, we can find one evening where everything is excellent and the other day, the rice is mushy and the hamburger patty was literally raw in the middle.

Great place in Sherbrooke, the portions are well served and very hot, the shrimp rotation is the highlight, the first course comes with a portion and side dishes, after they are brought hot in small portions, you can choose between 4 options, however you want them to be served.

I came to Daniel Lapointe to celebrate my fathers 58th birthday. In 45 minutes I received a drink, starter, meal. Everything was perfect, the timing was right. Im full and it was good.
