Really a nice place to eat well at a good price with a nice atmosphere.

1 word consistency! One of the only local restaurants I know where the quality is always there!! The food is by far better than any of the big brasseries in Sherbrooke. The service is fast and courteous. There is not a huge menu but this ensures quality and freshness of the food which I recommend!

The Jasper salad was very good, well-dressed with a nice variety of ingredients and flavors. We received our plates quickly. The menu is interesting and offers certain options that stand out from other restaurants/brasseries, duck dishes, poutines with Porto sauce and a homemade jerky beef starter, its nice to see on a menu. However. When I asked the waitress about an option on the menu, she obviously did not know the information and instead of going to the kitchen to ask, she gave me the wrong information and was unable to admit the error and rectify the situation. Despite that, I will definitely return there in the future because the meals are excellent, and there are still dishes on the menu that I want to try!

Superb place, I tell you its your detour the atmosphere is incredible the food is perfect and what can I say about the service the waitresses know the menu by heart and they like to be there to serve you and that shows everything was perfect during our visit next year we will make a detour if we are not staying nearby

Juicy and delicious shrimp Fresh salad gluten free pizza gluten extra bacon the quality of the food is remarkable unfortunately it lacks a little pep and the extras are not very generous It remains one of my favorite breweries no delivery-take out available. Bon Apetit!

The meals are very good...Very nice atmosphere and there is a singer around 8:30 a.m. and they pack a few tables so that people can dance...Its great!

A singer at the end of the evening, where we were sitting we could talk to each other. Music to dance to, the plates were beautiful and the portions were nice. I will go back without hesitation. Parking: The restaurant is next to 2 streets, it is on the other 2 sides. He is on earth and not very enlightened.

Excellent burger and fries!!

Its a good restaurant, the food is good and especially their famous cheese and carrot cakes are a must. The atmosphere is good, its a good restaurant for a birthday, thats for sure. Against the fact that it is located near a street where several beautiful cars I do not say the opposite pass and make their muffler or their Turbo rumble during a long conversation it can be bad if you are on the terrace..but for the rest I recommend 100%

Superb brasserie in the suburbs of Sherbrooke. The customer service, the excellent menu and the fact that there is a singer make it a must-see destination in Estrie. Thanks to Philippe for his professionalism and to the whole team... Update 2023: Very disappointed with my plate of Jasper burger, very very salty, I think it was a kitchen error. Regular shrimp too.

We received excellent service from Marie-Soleil. So good that I was expecting perhaps the best brasserie meal of my life. It was good, we were not disappointed with our stop at Jasper. There was a bit of a lack of choice in terms of microbrewery beer but the beer was good. The rice was ok, for the Caesar salad I was happy to see real parmesan shavings, but the other toppings were missing. The shrimp were excellent. Words from Marie-Soleil

In addition to the classic menu, they have plates of local products with up-to-date tastes worthy of great gourmet cuisine.

I went to get a takeout order and I had a baby in my arms. I paid the waitress and she gave me my order, without ever so much as helping me. If at least she would have a smile on her face, but it was more of an expression of thank you bye-bye, Ill go back to my business.

Excellent burger, the burger meat was excellent. I think it should have a little more sauce and it would be in my top 5. The Italian poutine was excellent. The fries were golden brown and their sauce was excellent.

We really liked the atmosphere with the singer. The calamari starter was delicious. The pizza was more ordinary. Next time we will try the ribs.

I came to celebrate my 58th birthday in Canada again this year. I live in Holland (Netherlands) and I came to Brasserie Le Jasper 4.0 with my family. There were 34 of us in total and we ate so well. Everything was served at the same time and the quality of the food was great! Great service and thanks to Jasmin and Yannick for looking after us properly! The musician LUCK ST-MARTIN came to enhance everything with his incomparable music! An evening not to be forgotten! Thank you Le Jasper. René Parent. (10/14/2022).

The salmon plate with grilled vegetables and baked potato with cheese and the super shrimp plate...exceptional! Our waitress...a gem! She had that little something that made us feel at ease. Smiling! Everything was very good, seafood, red meat. Very good but not incredible and quite conventional. The menu is a little limited but its not catastrophic, we still have reason to hesitate. Ultra fast service and good atmosphere. I recommend it to people who want good casual dining.

It was my favorite restaurant by far... Im very disappointed because a lot of very good things have disappeared from the menu... it was a restaurant that was always full even during the week there were a lot of people.. now its is almost empty... too bad.
