$26 for a ginger ale, a bowl of fries and 6 croquettes with sauce on the side very disappointed!

Order a pizza for 4, no plate must buy them at $2 per plate plus tax, a real steal, Bret tells me to go eat elsewhere, plus pizza is not their specialty.

Perfect for a meal on the go... however the prices are starting to be high for a quick lunch

3/5 Deterioration of the quality and especially the quantity of food: rubbery chicken fingers, much smaller shrinkflation! Only traditional coleslaw is better. Reception on the phone...uninviting. Damage.

On delivery, made a mistake in taking the address as well as the number! Well done! The delivery guy came right by we saw him, we called back and received a cold meal. So for the quality I wont get ahead of myself. I pity the delivery man, poor him!

Two years ago, on February 10, 2021, I bought Tuscan chicken ( Snack Tuscany ) at the Bourque Boulevard branch in Rock Forest/Sherbrooke. With such a name and the tempting poster appearing in the window of this establishment, I was expecting a tasty dish! What a disappointment, the food I ate was bad, practically disgusting, at a cost of $11.95 before taxes, it represents the worst Fast Food I have ever eaten. The manager then contacted me quite quickly, following my complaint . Totally taken aback, she absolutely could not understand my dissatisfaction, she promised to send me a certificate for a free meal straight away, in order to remedy the said situation! I m still waiting Luc G.

I have never had a problem with chicking but with this one there are always problems especially with delivery. On top of that the service is very bad. Ask you to have 3 poutines delivered to you, he will deliver 1 to you or if you ask for large poutines, he will deliver small ones. I sincerely advise everyone not to order from this place.

Lets just say that eating quietly is not really the place because the loudspeaker shouts someones number for their order at all times and you jump. Its the restaurant, order and eat outside or bring your lunch to relax and eat in peace. Although the chicken is very good.... but the color of their creamy coleslaw chills you. Parking: These in a small area of several boutiques/stores, a crossroads. So when it comes to parking, you have a choice.

Poor quality food

Very disappointed with my tortillas! In the advertising image it looked so good, but in reality it was loaded with red onion and sauce, just thin strips of salad . Really disappointed. I ate just a third of it. It smells like onions

Jai acheté 11 choix du chef est obtenu seulement une poitrine sur le lot. Vraiment, le chef nétait pas très généreux cette journée là. Je mennuie du temps où cétait presquune poitrine sur deux dans les boîtes. Aussi bien vendre vos cuisses au prix du choix du chef et ne pas nous faire des à croire avec votre choix du chef. Pour ma part, je vais aller ailleurs la prochaine fois.

Its expensive for what it is. And very unecological. Everything is served in plastic. The poutine is good and the healthy options are ok.

Bad service they require 10 meals minimum + $10 delivery for delivery at 7:45 p.m. (you are not the only one selling chicken)

On a Sunday evening at 7 p.m. they ran out of chicken thighs and breasts. This is ordinary for a restaurant specializing in chicken. So I had 4 chicken breast fillets as a meal. They looked like chicken fillets, even cheaper than those bought at the grocery store. Coleslaw not very good either. I dont think I will return to this restaurant.

I love going there! A very smiling and sparkling fire team. We eat to our hunger and to our taste On this Sunday, November 6, I waited a little longer than usual but they were fine!! Stay as you are I will come back!!

Very good food and very courteous telephone service but on delivery, its always the same old story... We are told 30 to 45 minutes and it arrives 1.5 hours later, during the week and on the weekend. Its difficult to plan dinner with children. And even if we tell them about it, they tell us that they will put a note on the invoice to respect the deadlines but... 1h30 again... At worst just say 1h30 so we know what to expect . Otherwise, do like everyone else and do business with Uber or Doordash, it will remove this burden that has been dragging on for several years if I trust the previous comments. THANKS :)

Very disappointed! Pay for two large Poutine at $16 The red onions werent even cooked, cut into huge pieces and whats more I had some onion peel! The chicken and sauce were good! Very disappointing. The lady at the drive-thru spoke so quickly that I had to ask her to repeat 3 times. She loaded me with extra cheese when I already had some in the duo. Then I had to wait 20 minutes for my order to be given to me. When I got home, my chicken fingers were so cooked that they tasted burnt. Then I tell myself Im going to write to customer service so Ill see their website, no phone number, no email, no customer service available. I will never go to this restaurant again. Very poor service for an exorbitant price.

We placed our order at 5:00 p.m. and we received it only at 6:40 p.m. and yet it was incomplete! I think that with the time it took them to prepare our order, they would have had enough time to validate it so that nothing was missing, but obviously it was too difficult!

The meals...very good and good portions..BUT...the drive-thru service...rotten, between ordering and the time they gave me what I asked for and paid.. ...between 15 and 19 minutes and no one in front of me and in the restaurant its not very busy.....not normal and whats more I ask for a thigh...they give me my box and when I come for it open!!!! SURPRISE!!!!!!! its not a thigh but chicken fingers (fillet) and breaded......NOT AT ALL WHAT I ORDERED volia 2 Saturday that this happens. So I hope for a change for the drive-thru but also when ordering eg: a thigh not to be picked up with a rap or fillets. I wish the staff would be more attentive to what we ask.

Its good, but prices have increased a lot in recent years. They even charge extra when you ask for sauce on the side (for poutines). Otherwise, I like the ribs and the croque filets are very crispy.

Incredibly angry at their new way of managing people who paid inside the restaurant! I waited more than an hour because they dont know how to properly respond to their customers. Quite a disappointment!!!!

Me and my partner Isabelle went to get 2 poutines today Wednesday June 17, 2020 at the counter. The price seemed good, but... 20 minutes of waiting and on top of that, the kitchen ran out of sauce... not much! When we arrived home, the fries were as good as boot soles, but the sauce was hot...wow! Apart from the sauce apparently it costs .50¢... anything!!! I give one star and suggest the Benny&Co... at least it doesnt charge for the sauce on the side and Its Better!

Last week it was delivered and I received my order 1 hour and a half later I had to call. Finally the delivery man reached me and it was not the correct street name that was registered. Imagine the state of our order and on top of that 2 boxes were not there. I didnt want to call back. Yesterday my husband wanted to eat some but he decided to pick up the order himself.
