The ice cream is very good

Sunday morning 11:30 a.m., it took us more than an hour to receive our order (lunch, 3 hot dogs, poutine). I understood that it s the lunches that take a long time to make.

The poutine and club sandwiches are really solid, it s always clean and the people are super welcoming, there are free EV chargers outside but I would like to point out that this evening I went 10 minutes after closing thinking that it would close later. They still served me with a smile! Does that mean theyre going to do it every time, no. But Im leaving a review to show my appreciation but also because the event is representative of their entire service, something we see less and less in fast food. THANKS !

I have been a customer for quite a while at this place.. Never had a problem to date.. But today I was really disappointed with the service from an employee. On the order I had extra bacon.. which I did not receive with my plate. I go to the lady and tell her I didnt get any bacon.. The smart response I got back was that I had had my plate for a while and she should have see it. So she refused to give me my Bacon.. So we can forget the good comment and I will refer you to another place. Unsavory... go have lunch elsewhere.. thats what Im going to do in the future!!!! So insulted that it made me hungry.. Plus Im crossing the city to go and encourage them.. FINISHED!!

The cheese is good, the restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. The portions are generous but the prices are high for this culinary genre. I would still return to this restaurant chain in some city or another.

Im giving 2 stars, because $20 for a small poutine and a sprite, seriously, those tabarouette prices are expensive!! For Valentines Day I pay $15 and I get a combo, with liquor, and a hotdog! The prices are really tough.

One of the best poutines around. Beautiful family restaurant, clean too. There is also a terrace and drive-thru ordering.

Really nothing exceptional... its been 2 times that Ive been disappointed with my poutine.. the fries taste like old potatoes and are all soft.. the little pops are not crispy but very soft... the sauce is nothing special exceptional either... at this price we expect better. In my opinion, tipping options that start at 15% for an order at the drive-thru or that we pick up ourselves should not be necessary... we almost feel obliged... if we wants to give some we will say the amount we want to add... if we say nothing it means we dont want to give any! But this method that we see more and more with the choices that pop into our faces is questionable....

The poutine is very good even if a little expensive but could be better if the fries were closer to home fries. The sauces are very good. The service is fast and the cashiers are friendly. Nice clean place.

I stopped for a really good takeout poutine with lots of cheese.

Very disappointed. $60 for a medium and small Poutine with cheese. We had to add condiments to the poutine and the cheese because it tasted nothing. First and last time. Much better at Louis Lunchonette.

This restaurant is perfect for dinner. The prices are very reasonable, the portions are generous, the service is fast and very courteous. The food is luxury fast food in nature. I recommend this restaurant! Parking: Very easy to park in the free restaurant parking lot.

There is a culture of tip for the car service which is really unpleasant. Spread the word to your staff!

The condiments in the hot dogs are overflowing and only their intense taste masks the flavor of the bun and sausage. Luckily the cheese in poutine is good.

The poutine is good (nothing exceptional) but the prices are exorbitant. $35 for a regular poutine (which isnt even the size of a small Chez Belle Province next door) and a very bland hamburger, no common sense. The $10 hamburger is a real joke, the bread is overcooked, lacks sauce, the meatball is a shame...its the equivalent of a $2.50 McValeur at McDonalds. It was my last time, the Belle Province Rock-Forest is much better. Biggest poutine and 6 hot dogs for $25

I like pizza and yours is very good but it would be excellent if you put some taste in the dough which is tasteless perhaps adding salt would resolve this detail which for my part is quite important. High price for a small poutine and average taste. The petite poutine is between a small and a child size. Price $17.75 small poutine, one liquor and tips.

Excellent poutine, great breakfast and very warm welcome. On the other hand, people should be prohibited from using their cell phones on loudspeaker. A person is allowed to have lunch while talking to their interlocutor, disturbing people who are having their lunch in peace. A big lack of respect.

Average reception, the salad which accompanied the egg was composed of a slice of tomato, stem included. Under the tomato slice you could barely see the protruding salad leaf. A real joke. I thought there had been a mistake. But no. Very very above. More than $8 for that. A salad must consist of a minimum of vegetables to be called SALAD. I do not recommend this place. We feel too much and have to eat quickly to give space to the next person.

First visit to a Fromagerie Victoria restaurant, Im really not disappointed. Very affordable price for a beautiful place like that. The cashier took the time to explain everything to us, refilled coffee just in time, nothing negative to say 5/5

Poutine and great ice cream, decent hamburger, smoked meat disappointing the quantity of cold meats, good but not at all the classic Quebecois. Warm and impeccable service. The place is big and clean. Bench, table with chair. Drive-through service, take out. Wine and cheese on site too. Parking: Several places Wheelchair accessibility: All on the same level, very large. Not made specifically for armchairs but an accompanied person will be able to move around easily inside.

The interact machine didnt work for drive-thru ordering, the waitress told me that it wouldnt change anything if I came to pay inside, I insisted and by surprise it worked inside

I went for lunch there, my eggs werent even cooked properly, there was goo in them (Im not able to eat when its not cooked) the bacon was awful too but overcooked, the sausages very bland.. Absolutely EVERYTHING was bland. Water at the bottom of my plate the fork was still very dirty. $40 for 2 bacon eggs and a baby poutine. It was never horrible, I regret having come.

The food is good and you can take the opportunity to buy pots of spaghetti sauce and cheese.

I usually leave Victoria cheese shop very satisfied after ordering a meal and/or ice cream. I must admit that I am very disappointed with the one from rockforest :/ the portions are not very generous and the prices are too high! $6 for a sample of ice cream seems unreasonable to me...

Poutine, ice cream great. The hamburgers are correct, smoked meat disappointing (see photos). Excellent service, drive-thru service always impeccable, very clean, fast and friendly service. Very large places different type of table with lots of distance. Opportunities to buy products to take away. Cheese, wine etc.

Breakfast OK for the price however the potatoes were cold and oily. A + for the piece of cheese, the fast service and the welcome.

These are very good, these are not the problem. These are the young lady at the counter who takes the orders, she gives them badly, these are not all the poutine sauces, what name are they free in your poutine, 4.08 extra for a sauce for a small poutine and almost nothing extra in sauce . Afterwards I called to have it explained to me how it worked and they laughed at me and made the young lady very, very rude. At 6:35 p.m. on July 7 I stopped by and called 15 minutes later. Very disappointed!!!

Always generous with the amount of cheese on poutine. The pepper sauce is definitely my favorite! The ice cream is also really good and I like that you can have the dipped cone option, but in a bowl, without the cone.

Good. Firstly the prices...so expensive for so little, its exaggerated. The food is good but the prices are ridiculously high in addition to the rather small portion. The ice cream is excellent but still ridiculously high prices for extremely small sizes. Have asked for a tip for a drive-thru order added how much to the order. For my part I wont go anymore, the prices versus the quantity and quality are too huge, its not worth it. Too bad because everything is good... but too expensive, especially the poutine sizes and all the ice cream. An adjustment (upwards) of the formats is more than necessary.

Ive never tried their products, but I once walked into their restaurant to pick up a DoorDash order. It was well decorated and the food seemed good to me, but a little too salty. This is why I give 4 stars. I have cholesterol.

Just the decor is worth it!! Known first as a cheese/dairy product manufacturer, Fromagerie Victoria is somewhere between a restaurant and a canteen. The cheese is really good and the meals are decent, but its the decorations that make the place really cool. Perfect for a quick meal or ICE CREAM!

Very good, but not for lunch...

I went there on a Saturday around dinner time. Fast service, efficient team Crispy chicken wrap, vegetable soup, poutine with bbq sauce, poutine with spicy sauce, everything was very good. Snack/cafeteria atmosphere To improve: wash the tables more often, most were full of crumbs. We had to dust before sitting down. My personal taste: ask for half bbq sauce, half hot sauce for your poutine! Its good as hell!!! I recommend this place

What s not to like in this place? Fresh wholesome healthy tasty food. Extraordinarily refreshing! We went to eat-in on a weekend.

The best cheese in Quebec. On the other hand, the fries are no longer as good as in Victoriaville a few years ago.

A great environment, spacious and with lots of tables and chairs. Well lit and cozy. Various options of pizzas, pastas, poutines and sandwiches that will please all palates. In addition, it has a great ice cream shop for those who dont want to give up a dessert after eating.

Very warm welcome and the food is always very good.

The poutine is good but the service average. Second time Ive been there and both times, my order is ready, on the counter and no one manages to give it to me. They chat, they look at the bag, but none of the four employees dares to ask me if the ready order is mine. However, I am the only one waiting at the take-out place and I look at them. I dont want to be rude, and so I wait... If the employee was alone and in the juice, I would be understanding, but its hard to understand. Its easy, however, to take the order thats ready and ask in the room if such and such a person has arrived... Too bad, but the food is good and affordable at least.
