The quality of their meals, variety of dishes, prices, the attention of all their employees, the promptness with which they serve the clientele, both those in the drivers office and those in the restaurant, make it mandatory in their demands when we need to eat out. There are plenty of restaurant chains that make burgers, but the one that always tastes the best remains Harveys for me. Being able to have your burger assembled at the counter is also a big plus. Edit: not edible on the weekend, lack of qualified staff... burger all crooked, onion ring not cooked. The weekend and the week are day and night. Had such a bad experience that I significantly reduced my rating.

Very very dirty sure king west sherbrooke the tables not washed maybe 10 clean tables papers, fries, napkins on the ground the rest disgusting and there were 6 people working who were chatting and no one to pick up 20min later people started to return and was looking for a clean place.

C est ma 1ere fois chez Harvey s , pas d eau! Donc pas de breuvage! Apres avoir payé l attente etait tres longue. Mais le truc qui m a refroidi c est que le personnel a fait mes burgers sans protection sur les mains( à main nu) je trouve cela vraiment pas hygiénique! Ça me degoute . Qui me dit que ses mains sont propre!? C est juste dégoûtant et pas professionnel!

Very good as usual. Only problem.... I was looked at askance when I asked the waiter for something other than their birch wood forks to eat their delicious poutine like a spoon for ice cream. Yes yes fork made of birch wood.... Im allergic and to do something wrong I didnt have my utensils with me like I usually do. I was laughed at in front of the counter and even when sitting in the dining room I could hear them talking and laughing about it. I unfortunately discovered this while eating with these birch wood forks. It was a bad customer experience even though all the food was good. I give them one more chance not to laugh in my face when bringing my utensils. What do you want it was a whim to eat there while taking a walk.

Me and my partner had to eat there twice and both times we got sick... No one at the drive-thru was stupid... and the people inside didnt listen to our orders... food indigestion .. nausea, and severe stomach aches, diarrhea..

The burgers are still good but the croquettes are really too dry and we are looking for chicken.

The food is EXCELLENT I can make it myself , the guys are really hot there , I recommend the buffalo chicken with chipotle and ghost pepper sauce with classic lettuce, tomatoes and jalapeños.

Food sometimes lukewarm. We often have to ask to have meats freshly cooked and hot. I like the fact that I choose my own condiments to put on my hamburger or hot dogs. Well-established work team.

It was great gastronomy, everything was cooked to perfection, it was quick, delicious, warm, the music so sublime that I started dancing! Everything was to my taste, especially the handsome young man with a magnificent mustache who had a nice shape. I was charmed by his service, his honeyed voice and his impeccable charisma. The atmosphere was incredible. The employees were smiling and welcoming and I was lucky enough to have a plant with my childrens meal. I thought they were cookies but it was VERY clearly explained to me that they were not edible. So much the better, the flower will be added to my magnificent indoor garden. The other customers in the dining room were all in exceptional spirits. One young man even started dancing to the lively music. I quickly joined him and felt like I was thrown years back when I was frequenting nightclubs. The tomatoes were very fresh, thank you.

(Day of May 18). At 8:30-40 p.m., we arrive at the restaurant to order and the doors are barred. There are employees inside and it is clearly written on the Internet that the restaurant closes at 9 p.m. The employees do not come to open the door for us, even though 3-4 cars arrived at the same time to order. The employees didnt even take the time to come and tell us that it was closed, they simply ignored us even though they could all see me clearly in the window, asking them why it was closed.

I tried the buffalo chicken that I read in the comments, its actually good, for my wife she had a beef hamburger, she didnt really like it, I tasted her hamburgers and I I didnt really like it either, its not the Harvey hamburgers that Ive already eaten for several years, In the restaurant we hurry to eat to leave because its too busy inside.

Quick meal, good burgers. Young waiter, friendly and attentive to what condiments we wanted. Not too expensive, good portion, it cost us $30 for two, with 2 burgers and 2 large onion rings. Parking: Parking available all around the restaurant. Arriving around 11:30 a.m., there was no difficulty parking.

I went to this Harveys for the first time on November 11th and the service was really excellent. The employees seem to be very happy. I had the Big Harv with Angus meatballs and it was good, but nothing more. There are high chairs for children, which was ideal for us.

I ordered a childrens menu because I dont have a big appetite. I pay and wait for my order. I realize I didnt pay the right price. They explain to me that it is 12 years and under. Perfect but what didnt tell me when paying . I would have chosen something else. Its not written and whats more, I told him ah if I had take-out or drive-thru prices it would have been ok. I never have a problem at McDonalds. Plus the photo of the chicken sandwich and what you serve us...a world of difference. I would never go back again.

I am a regular customer of Harvey s and I simply love this franchise! If I travel to Quebec, I always stop at Harvey s to enjoy their food! It is always excellent, fresh and served super quickly. This evening, I had a grilled chicken wrap at Sherbrooke and it was the best wrap I ve eaten in my entire life! I was COLLAPSING!!! These were two young women who served me, twins! The service was AMAZING. They were smiling, helpful and very professional! I am definitely going back and I hope to be served by these two exceptional young women on all my subsequent visits! To conclude, I sincerely believe that this is the best Harvey s in Quebec!!!
