We went to this restaurant after purchasing a promotional package on Tuango. The waitress came back 4 times to tell us that if my daughter is allergic to peanuts, they couldnt take the risk of serving her a flat! We had to insist on being able to eat. My daughter asked not to put strawberries and cucumbers in her poke bowl. I also received my poke bowl without strawberries and cucumbers and it took a very long time to be served. When I mentioned it to the waitress she said well yes they didnt put any in yours either After pointing out my disappointment she said she was going to see what she can do...She came back. about fifteen minutes later with strawberries and cucumbers in large pieces. No fried onions in any poke, but thats what this dish should have been made of according to the menu. Way too much sauce...bordering on edible. I have never had such a bad experience. Very noisy and messy.

I love this place!! So much for the excellent service, for the food or even for the wonderful atmosphere! I recommend 10/10 WOW Vegetarian options: Lots of options for vegetarians! Dietary restrictions: Several gluten-free or lactose-free options for intolerances!

My partner ordered the nachos. It was very good but the middle was cold and had not been cooked! We received our dishes 20 minutes apart! So we didnt eat at the same time! I had the shrimp tacos! Very good but had no accompaniment!

First time this summer at Ilo! The shrimp tacos were delicious and great service by our waitress Daphne. Wow! We will come back!

Very little elaborate menu apart from the tartars; it lacks protein! I had the BLT sandwich with salad. The salad was not fresh; it was yellowed and with sticky ends! After talking to the waitress about it, she didnt offer another side and she picked up the plate!

Expect the fondue Chinoise or raclette version. There were no nachos when I went there. The waitress was very nice and the food was very good!

A place for a good raclette of different meats accompanied by good fresh vegetables. Excellent service with Nicolas. Thanks for dessert. You really have to taste it. A nice meeting with friends is recommended.

It must be nice in the summer but in the winter, for the raclette fondue formula, you might as well make it at home! It will cost a lot less with the foods we want. Example: for raclette, there were no cold cuts...And for wine, meat, cheese and dessert choices were no longer available. We had a good laugh all the same, at their expense, except when it came time to add up...

Best terrace in town without a doubt. Located on the edge of Lake Nations, it s a perfect atmosphere for a drink. The pulled pork burger is delicious.

The white sangria is excellent. Ive rarely had such good sangria. On the other hand, dont be fooled by the charcuterie platter... very disappointing! The quality of cheeses and meats is poor. The nachos were excellent. I highly recommend them!

The atmosphere is nice. But neither the food nor the cocktails are good. Bordering on disgusting. There were 6 of us at the table and no one liked their dish! Its a shame!

My Spouse has me, an extraordinary atmosphere, relaxing and well-rounded service always attentive to our needs! The kitchen following our order of natchos and cheese & charcuterie platter was delicious! We loved it!

The Netais restaurant is not open on Thursdays at 1 p.m. although they mention opening at 11:30 a.m. No service. My drink never arrived and no water reflowed. The paninis are really disappointing. The waitress at the savo looked stupid.
