It was good but Cora is (very) superior.

Honestly a more than mediocre service, it took the waitress 10 minutes before welcoming us, and this with an almost empty restaurant. Once we are assigned a place, neither water nor Coffee is brought to the table after almost 20 minutes of waiting. We therefore decided to leave for a competitor who will take care of its customers.

Worst service ever!!! My son and I recently tried this restaurant. We arrived at 12:10 and waited 10 minutes to be seated, even though half the tables were empty. It took another 20 minutes before I was able to flag a waitress to take our orders. It took another 70 minutes before our food arrived. In total, it took 1 hour 40 minutes from the time we arrived to the time we received our food. My sons plate consisted of an omelette while I had two eggs and sausage. Twice we needed to get out of our chairs to get the waitress attention. This restaurant offers the worst service Ive ever had. ------------------------------- Worst service ever!!! We spent 1 hour and 40 minutes waiting for our plates. We werent the only ones waiting forever. Twice we had to get up to get the waitresss attention. There is no excuse for this terrible service, since half the tables were empty. This shows extreme incompetence.

Very disappointed with my experience! I rarely go out to restaurants, especially for lunch. I ordered a crepe with strawberries and chocolate. A tiny chocolate drizzle style chocolate sundae topping topped my crepe. Basically, I ate a pancake with strawberries. I also tasted the famous homemade jam. It was like spreading smoothie on toast. At this price, I will stay at home!

I am delighted with my first experience at J aime Ta Fraise. We were a group of 4 without reservations last Saturday and, despite that, we were seated as soon as we arrived. The menu offers classic lunches, but also original specialties that set them apart from the competition. We were served very quickly. The sweet crepes are not heartbreaking and the cold meats served were of high quality. I would like to congratulate the efficiency of the staff. It s rare to see so much teamwork in the restaurant industry. This is another point that makes you unique. I would definitely come back!

Best restaurant for lunch in town!

Excellent lunch restaurant place. Im already a big fan of lunch, but this place is special. As it is not a banner, there are several items that you do not find in traditional breakfast restaurants. You have to try the I like your strawberry crepe with its apricot coulis... its very, very good! There is limited space and a lot of people wanting to go, so make sure you go early for a good experience!

Important for celiac Being celiac myself I have to tell you. The restaurant cooks gluten-free breads in the same toaster as they cook rye breads and other breads served in restaurants, without the casing which prevents contamination. I therefore recommend that you take extreme care for your health by asking for another way to bake your gluten-free bread. As for the rest, I wish you bon appetit.

Test two days in a row. Terrible customer service. The waitress always seems to be in a hurry to serve someone else. Do not offer a glass of water. I have to hurry to say that Im ready to order after asking for coffee with the closed menu in front of me. Does not find out if I am satisfied or if I am missing something, neither when serving me nor during my meal. Yesterday I had to ask another employee where I should go to pay because I had the bill for several minutes but no one to make me pay in a restaurant that only had a few customers. I am a regular at lunch restaurants and this was by far the two worst experiences in terms of customer service. Do not recommend.

The place is good, the decor interesting... but the concept absolutely not exploited; not the slightest trace of strawberry on the plate. In addition, there is almost no space to move around. The eggs benedict proscuitto and goat cheese were disappointing... The taste of the cheese masked everything else, the proscuitto tasted almost nothing, like the potatoes... a simple wedge of pineapple and a slice of orange to accompany the everything... even the strong home coffee tasted absolutely nothing... I absolutely do not recommend. Kid-friendliness: No way

My last two visits to J aime ta Fraise: heartbreaking 1- I pay my $13.00 bill with a $20.00 gift certificate, on which is printed no cash value and non-refundable. All right. The difference of $7.00 cannot be refunded in cash. On the other hand, they refuse to grant me credit for a future visit. The restaurant has just put $7.00 in its pockets. Lawful? To be checked. I should have ordered the lumberjacks lunch! 2- This morning, I have lunch with a friend. Our plates are finished. We pour ourselves half a cup of jasette coffee; theres still some left in the coffee maker. Not even time to take a sip: the waitress asks us to leave because there are people waiting at the front door. Distraught, after paying, we get up and go out, noticing that in our section of the restaurant, there are still 10 seats free. I understand that dinner time is approaching; but why ask two clients to leave? Simply unacceptable! I still cant believe it. In my eyes, these two incidents demonstrate a lack of courtesy. Truly deplorable.

Nice, quiet restaurant in a good location and which offers a good lunch. Usually (me and my girlfriend have come to eat here about once a month for 1 year) the service is very courteous to us, however this time will be the last time we come to have lunch here because the service was deplorable. Normally the waitresses are very attentive but this time we were served by the owner and there were many aspects that left something to be desired in the service. First thing, we waited 25 minutes before being served while the other tables around us didnt wait more than 5 minutes. Then our 2 plates had errors, I asked for ketchup which never came (it was offered to me in fact) and we simply had the impression of being ignored due to our young age (early 20th ) while other older tables were served and cleared much more quickly. For example, the tables next to us arrived at least 25-30 minutes after us and were served at the same time as us and even served before! Needless to say, they were older and thats just one example. To top it all off, the owner assumes that I dont have enough money on my card (lol) since my card is refused even though its their machine that had a problem with the paypass! Normally I always tip around 20% when I come for lunch here but this time I only left 5% but according to my girlfriend I shouldnt have left anything. In the future, please treat your customers fairly regardless of their age, skin color, etc.

My family and I were very disappointed with the service received from Sandra today. No glasses of water, cold plates and an arrogant attitude. When we asked questions, the waitress made us feel stupid by answering us in a hurtful way. At the end of our meal, Sandra made us feel very uncomfortable by asking us for more than a 15% tip. I am still in shock, because his approach was very destabilizing and humiliating. We will never return to eat at this place. Its a shame, because this restaurant used to be so special.

We went to lunch this Sunday and sincerely the waitress (Sandra) was very disrespectful to us, insulted us and our family about our appreciation of her service and the fact that we each left a 15% tip. We were served by Sandra, who seemed not to want to work that day, very unsmiling, did not bring glasses of water, when we told her that the plates were cold, answered us; I cant do anything myself. We end up paying and leaving a 15% tip, she tells us loud and clear that we must adjust to the new standards and leave her a bigger tip, in front of all the other customers. She told us several times that we didnt tip her enough. Very disappointed, we forget I love your strawberry.

I want to start by saying that I know times are difficult. All companies are understaffed and I completely understand. So my 3 stars will only speak to the quality of service and food. That being said, the food was meh. Not good but not bad. The portions were really not generous for the price. I was still hungry when I left. What surprised me the most was the waitress who was angry with us because she or her cook got our order wrong. It wasnt the end of the world at all and we were willing to wait. But she really seemed insulted. Probably because there were a lot of people in the restaurant + a lot of people waiting outside. Maybe you should put a maximum seating capacity? Question that the staff can breathe from time to time. Or to accept reservations and warn over the phone that the service is taking longer than usual. In addition, the general toilets were out of order. The ones that worked were a single toilet and werent really clean. In short, my experience really did not meet my expectations. It was my first time in this restaurant and probably the last.

The Swiss mushroom and bacon Benedictines are a pure delight

Pretty ordinary lunch experience. Very bland French toast and I have rarely seen a custard with so little flavor. Very basic plate for the asking price. If you go there, maybe try the eggs benedict or omelette which seem more refined.
