I wanted to order online since this service is offered. I tried again several times because the website had a bug. So I resigned myself to calling. The person on the phone is super friendly. So I placed the order only to realize that the online prices are not good. They increased the prices and the website was not updated. This is still a difference of 30% more. I have not yet received my order. So I cant comment on the food. I think they should update their website and make sure it is functional periodically.

We call for a delivery at 8 p.m. and we are transferred to the Belvédère branch which is closed. We call back to be told who does not deliver in our area (corner crossroads).. even though there is a branch in Rock Forest which closes at 10 p.m.. wow

Poutine...pizza...chicken wings, everything is good! But our #1 choice remains pizza

You want fast food and youre sick of paying for order errors, cold food, kids portions and burgers that can rival the worst landslide in history at a price that borders on humor? (yes, Im talking about you Ronald) Well, go to Johnnys. For a big dollar cheaper than a BLT trio, you get a burger worthy of the name, a liquor with enough hot fries to have to wheel you to your cart. As a bonus you get a coleslaw and a tit cup of sauce.... Parking: Drette at the door Kid-friendliness: Theres a games room upstairs and even small arcade machines... Wheelchair accessibility: Its on the first floor, no ramp or steps to climb and there are wheelchair spots in front of the front door.

Being in an arena not very far away, I wanted to place my order online to save myself time but it was impossible to go to the payment stage to finalize the order, there are no other options than payment in line and the error message asks you to choose another payment method. So I go directly to the place to place my order and wait for it to be taken away 30 minutes after entering. $64 for 1 large Special Demers pizza, 1 medium pepperoni pizza and 1 small fries. I arrive home, cut the tie that held the 2 pizzas together to open the pizza boxes... Bad pizza for the big one, I was given a fully dressed one!!! Very disappointed but after waiting and making the return journey of around 12 minutes we decided to eat it the same at 8:00 p.m. So a very disappointing experience and it wasnt the first time I was disappointed there so thats the reason for this review. Edible food but not worth the price paid!

We went to eat on a Tuesday evening. (April 9) Shrimp special. Fast services and the restaurant was full. The shrimp were really, really good.

We had it delivered the other evening, 1/2 had the crust underneath soggy and extremely soft! So much so that it was extremely poorly eaten! Be careful, chicken fajitas also have bacon! On the other hand, the toppings were great, but the crust ruined everything! The other pizza, with cheese, was fine! Im disappointed for the price!

We ordered from Johnny Rock-Forest. During our call, we mentioned for poutine, wanting sauce and cheese on the side! (we ordered the meat fan poutine, which comes with bacon sausage and pepperoni). We also ordered two other meals with that, not just poutine!! Its already been 2 times that our orders were inaccurate, which is why we asked to make sure that the cheese was in the order!!! When the delivery man arrives, my partner says he wants to check that all the items are present in the order, he looks to see if the cheese is there, everything seems correct, we pay for the order, the delivery man leaves and we sit down at table! SURPRISE! no meat with the fries in the meat fan poutine!! 3 times in 3 orders that our order is not correct.! Yes, to err is human, but please, when we ask you to check that everything is present, it would be appreciated to have what we ordered. Its not a $3 credit that was offered to us that will make us come back!

The food is excellent! At an affordable price. We give our order and when its ready, it vibrates! There is no table service, but the employees are super nice. Well appointed. This restaurant is very nice. Parking: There is sufficient parking. Wheelchair accessibility: You can park near the entrance doors.

Jadore lendroit. Habituellement, je prends un repas en passant mais dernièrement, jy suis aller en famille a la salle a manger. Nous étions a la grande table en mezzanine et les enfants sont allés a la salle de jeu pour patienter. Nous y retournerons souvent. Une idée comme ca, peut-être plus de grandes tables serait bien pour les repas a 7 personnes.

I went to get a medium thin crust pizza for $30 with tip and I had the onions replaced with olives (about 10 slices of olives on the whole pizza) and very few toppings!! Im a person who doesnt eat a lot and I could have eaten the pizza alone but we were two girls so we were left hungry! I started going to Johnnys because it was the best pizza by far, it was THE place to go but its over and I dont recommend it to anyone! When we increase prices and decrease quantity there is a problem somewhere! I dont mind paying but I want my moneys worth.. * When you have to add things to your pizza, that s not normal!

Good place, small misfortune the waitress dropped our pizza so we had to redo it... Accident happens to everyone but this meant that not everyone ate at the same time. But it was good.

After a few correct visits, Thursday January 30, 2020, a few people in the restaurant and it is 1:00 p.m., I order and as soon as I sit down my order is ready...chicken not freshly cooked and fries poorly cooked and not hot. Which GUERLOT can serve dishes like that! You have to do it not being able to cook fries....for us its over! I tried the restaurant again on Tuesday, 12 nice shrimps for $10.99 and I ate well!

The big weakness of this restaurant is the delivery/takeout orders. I have ordered SEVERAL times, and there is almost always a mistake. Example: paying for 16 shrimp, but only having 8, salad dressing forgotten, or the entire side salad completely forgotten. This has happened so often that it is not a rare oversight, but downright negligence. Out of my last 5 orders, I believe I had 1 without error... and I am NOT asking for extras/exclusions or anything else, Im really talking about basic orders here, such as the menu... At least, in a restaurant, you can ask for corrections, but when its delivered to your home... well you just get screwed. A simple check before sending for delivery would be more than necessary.

I placed my order at 6:00 p.m.... I called back at 7:00 p.m. to ask them if they had forgotten me: yes. He tells me hes giving me priority... 7:45 p.m. the delivery man knocks on the door.... The restaurant is 10 minutes away by car.... They didnt offer any compensation.

Unfortunately I have to change my opinion on Johnny Resto. After a while I dont know what happened but the quality of the food deteriorated. I had several disappointments during my deliveries, several omissions in my order and several realizations that the food was no longer as good as before. Have they changed their cooking? It was so good before...

A perfect place for a simple meal for a family with young children! The games room on the mezzanine has what it takes to keep them occupied for many minutes. Ventilation is inadequate, however. Its too hot! The prices are quite reasonable and the portions are generous. The quality and flavors are satisfactory, considering that it is a fast food restaurant. Note that there is no table service. As such, the management of empty cabarets that pile up alongside trash cans could be improved. The decor is pleasant. Kids love to eat in the little caves as they say.
