I love this restaurant for everything! Tonight we had excellent service as always and the food was perfect!

This is my third experience. Always wow, a simple, well-made and delicious menu. What can we say about desserts! The value for money is hard to beat!

Charming and warm place. The cuisine is succulent and the presentation of the dishes is magnificent. The lady who served us was very attentive and kind to all the customers. A superb discovery! Thank you for this great experience.!!!

Weve been going there a few times now. The food is excellent, beautiful presentation and the drinks selection are very good, but the slow service is unbelievable. Each time, even if its not always the same waitress, it can take 15-20 minutes to get our drinks even when there arent many people... the kitchen had time to prepare our meals before let us have our cups of wine. If youre thinking of having a second drink, order it early! I work in the field myself so I know the reality of working as a waitress and I am far from impressed during my visits.

Honestly, this place deserves a WOW. Superb atmosphere and no need to shout to talk to each other. Attentive and friendly service. Their strength remains in their food. Breathtaking. Attractive presentations and the taste is divine! The compositions are balanced and creative. We want more! My favorite dish of the evening is the salmon gravlax , but we also tried the compton fondant, the wild boar burger (a big favorite for my husband), the autumn skewer and the salmon trout ravioli and we consumed it all with enthusiasm! I recommend this place without any hesitation! We will definitely go back!

We came here quickly looking for a little place to eat and found this address. What a surprise, what we ate there was excellent, prepared with care, really delicious, my Mix Grill hummmm I m still drooling . The service was also very good. Marjorie, our waitress, was very friendly, a service as required for our tastes but without being too intense, great.

Ive been in Sherbrooke for over 15 years and Ive never been there. What a discovery. Everything is perfect: the food, the service and the atmosphere. Oh yeah, the cheesecake is divine. I recommend titi!

The meals are tasty followed by a slight lack of quantity compared to the suggested prices. Waiters, waitresses on the lookout accompanied by a lively enthusiasm despite an atmosphere disjointed by the proximity too restrictive for nice verbal exchanges, too many people too much noise.

My first time in Sherbrooke, and this was the first bar we entered for a drink. The waitress took about 10 min to bring us a menu and then we waited for another 10-15 min (the place was EMPTY) and we left. As we leave, she noticed and yelled after us well, bye! Not only will I never desire to enter this venue, I really dont think Ill ever visit the city willingly ever again.

I came for dinner with my partner on April 8. We had a reservation for 6:30 a.m. We quickly ordered the salmon gravlax. After eating this we ordered the mixed grill plate. We waited 1.5 hours before receiving our meal. There was even a couple who sat next to us AFTER we ordered and received all their service before we received anything. Also a good 35 minutes after completing our cocktails the waiter still hadnt come to see us so we could recommend a drink. Despite everything, I dont blame the waiter because he admitted to us that there were supposed to be 3 of them but that two of his colleagues called off to go see a show. Very disappointed with the service team as the food was good and we aimed to try the entire tapas menu. Shout out to the blonde waiter who paid for our second round of cocktails. Youre friendly and we saw that you were in the mood

The waiter we had was great, the atmosphere was cool, but what can we say about the cook, a specimen. I asked for rare steak and he served me well done. When the waiter made the remark he grabbed the steak with his hand and presented it to the waiters face . We were at the bar so we saw and followed everything. Then he puts the steak back on the plate and tells the waiter to come and have me cut in the middle to check if it is rare and not, it is well cooked, my dear sir. You don t need a culinary degree to see that the steak was well cooked. He made the steak again but what ordinary behavior. Im not going back there anymore, thats for sure...

We come to Sherbrooke from time to time and Le Tatageur is our top 1 restaurant to visit on special occasions. We tried the Valentines Day selection and it was a real treat. We have never been disappointed and the food is sublime. The menu has a nice rotation and each time we come the menu is different, but always as delectable. Thanks to the wonderful service and kitchen team, its delicious.

Great place to have dinner with friends

A place where you eat well. Its good cooking. The service there is excellent. On the other hand, parking is not easy. In terms of the price of the dishes, its quite expensive all the same. It remains a great place to go out with friends.

Dessert NOT BUT THE 10000/10 CHEESE CAKE homemade yum! My compliments to the chef! He was alone all evening and absolutely deserves all my compliments!!

Excellent food, we ordered several dishes, the sea trio and the crème brûlée are our favorites. The homemade desserts are exquisite, impeccable service, beautiful banquettes, lots of varieties of alcohol

The place is good, the atmosphere is nice and not too noisy. Food is ok. Not amazing, lacking in flavor a bit, but not bad either. The beer selection is pretty average. This is not the place where a beer lover is going to rejoice. Where it went wrong for me was the service. The waiter who served us was nonchalant and seemed like he didnt want to be there.

In the heart of downtown Sherbrooke for nearly 20 years, Tapageur is now an institution. The bistro menu is varied, new items are often on the menu and the presentations are careful. Exhibitions or various artistic performances are regularly presented there. The staff is young and dynamic. We are warmly welcomed. Relaxed and festive atmosphere.

I chew my words like I chewed their food. It was DELICIOUS! Outstanding and fast service, the drinks were good, the atmosphere warm. The waiter gave us good advice, even the music was good I recommend it to everyone!!

Nice surprise this Wednesday lunchtime in search of an interesting restaurant open for lunch in downtown Sherbrooke. The menu consulted on the website is very attractive. There you can find blood sausage, fiddlehead pasta, various tapas-style dishes whose composition seems inspiring. For our experience, we are offered the lunch table d hôte which includes a soup or salad, a main course and a dessert, all for $22. Their proposal is interesting. We board. We both have the soup as a starter. We follow with steak and fries and the daily special offered which is a seafood pizza. The broccoli and parmesan soup is really well seasoned and garnished with green onion which frankly adds a very appreciated and surprising touch to the whole thing. Successful! The steak and fries are truly exquisite. The rare cooking is perfectly done, the previously marinated beef is simply delicious and is served with a sauce on the side which adds a salty and tangy touch. The fries are perfectly crispy. Only criticism, the spicy mayonnaise to accompany the fries could be a little more creative. That said, it s a constructive comment! As for the seafood pizza, I would never have gone for this dish if I had not seen it beforehand, placed on a table for the Instagram photo of the day to be taken by the manager. The presentation was excellent and very appetizing. And it was also really good! The pizza dough was light, reminding me of the texture of fougasse. The béchamel was silky. There are grilled shrimp on top sprinkled with a spice; chili, sumac, paprika? I cant say, but it was Nice. You can also find squid and mussels there, if Im not mistaken. Just perfect for a dinner on the terrace. The service was attentive, friendly and fast. We ll definitely be going back to try other things! See you soon!

The owner was active around every tables to ensure we all deserved the best...Ive also met the young cook in action to tell him how much I appreciated our new adventure in discovering new ways of addressing foods. Gabriel( the young cook) took time to talk to me while working. He was so focus on his presentation. Astoning discovery in Sherbrooke. Chus went to eat at Tapageur. It was good. After I got out there *winks* Google asked me to do a review. I said to myself: Well yeah, why not. But at the same time, Im not a culinary critic, yesterday I ate white spaghetti au gratin. All day long, I just had that and I was tired, I didnt want to go to the grocery store. But hey, I found it good. Not spaghetti, my meal at Tapageur. I was happy, everything tasted like it was supposed to taste, super nice consistency at that level. Its a really good place. At the same time, it depends on what you like. If youre into contemporary dance and ramen, I dont think this is the right place. But if you like contemporary dance, ramen but also like something else you can go there. But I dont think you can dance. In fact, I say that and Im not even sure. Hopefully we can... Ask the owner and they will be better able to answer. I spoke there, it seems cool. But youre not sure its a good idea. It might be disturbing. Chus super open-minded but in my opinion people should not dance in a restaurant. Im sure itll work in the evening, but at midday Im not yet convinced. The idea is not bad but it needs to be organized. I dont like dancing, I probably wouldnt go but were sure who has people who would like that. It was very good.

With this name, I was expecting a Spanish style place (tapas), but the place looks more like a pub. The tapas are tasty, the ribs and accras especially so. The presentation is very good and the service pleasant.

We loved our experience at Tapageur. Our server Philippe gave us very good advice and allowed us to have a very nice evening. He knew the product offering well and knew how to highlight it. The food was excellent, particularly the Veal Cheek, Sea Trilogy and Bison. The portions are reasonable and the prices are just as reasonable. I highly recommend!
