What a disappointment . Serve onion rings alongside a squid tapas, a starter of overcooked sausages with a questionable crust, a special beef tartare with big mac flavor that royally lacked punch, a tasteless lobster risotto and a portion of a size for children, a privately imported white wine that is not worth the asking price and so on . All for $225 for 2 people. Waiter who asks for your opinion but only persists to be right.... There is so much better in Sherbrooke at this price!!! Experience to forget!!

I love going to this restaurant during my visits to Sherbrooke. Excellent food but I noticed that the portions had decreased. The service is always impeccable and we often request the same server. Vegetarian options: The fish is excellent Dietary restrictions: Several intolerances and allergies, just ask the waiter and he checks with the cook.

J ai tester le tartare de saumon au feta et fraise qui ma légèrement déçu (il manquait de goût) Par contre, la présentation du plat, les frites et les sauces en accompagnement était excellente. En sommes, je crois que quelques ajustement en cuisine pourrait rendre le tout un incontournable à Sherbrooke. Un très beau restaurant et terrasse.

Usually the service was fast and courteous and has been for several years but for some time everything leaves one wanting the food is delicious but unfortunately the service is special and a little too familiar ....for 2h30 d waiting we were disappointed we only had our entry and we decided to go for take-out... We went to this restaurant for dinner for my birthday and everything was perfect. Our waitress Kellianne gave us good recommendations and suggested some very good tapas to share. The cocktails were delicious! We ate very well!

I highly recommend this restaurant. Attentive and professional service. A diverse menu and impeccable food.

We ordered a beef tartare (double portion) and a salmon poké to take away. The tartare was pretty good, if cheap with the croutons. The poké was disappointing: small portions of old vegetables, small portion of edamame, small portion of avocado (like 1/6 of a small one), and cold, chunky rice. Mixed well with the sauce, it was mediocre. There are quite a few things we can enjoy eating for $65+ I think.

Disappointing, the squid tasted a bit burnt, but was edible, so we didnt say anything. For the main meals the flank steak was good, but as for the pasta, it tasted absolutely nothing... really bland, for the first time in my life I returned a dish (of which I took 2 mouthfuls) they They still charged me the dish with a 50% discount, I hadnt touched it and it really wasnt good... I dont recommend it. No news from the manager and overall average service.

Restaurant discovered by chance. Great discovery, the owner Maxime is really welcoming, friendly, ready to go out of his way to make a place for you and listens to his customers. He knew how to surround himself with staff in his image. Great atmosphere for all ages. Sports screen but maintaining a warm restaurant atmosphere. The food is very good at affordable prices.

Very disappointed with the tartars (Hawaiian tuna and Italian beef) they were bland, the beef one was dry and the tuna one looked like it had been passed under water before being served. Expensive for the quality and quantity received ($13 per tapas plate). I still give 3 stars because the service was good and the sangria too. I wont go back, there are many places in Sherbrooke with better tartares.

Bon choix si vous êtes à proximité et cherchez à encourager un resto-bar du voisinage, mais ne vaut pas le détour pour un couple à la recherche de nouveautés. Par contre, cest un bon spot pour un petit groupe qui veut discuter autour dune bière (ou 2!) et éventuellement prendre un fish and chip ou autre plat du genre si la faim finit par vous tenailler!

Good service and good boy

Sorry to do a very pocket review, but last Saturday, the atmosphere was just there. All the food was very ordinary. The trilogy of very small overcooked scallops. Overcooked fried squid that tastes burnt... Then, pogo-sized tofu fries... And finally, a bland and tasteless salmon tartare (verde). The icing on the sundae, my sister-in-law was sick with her face in the toilet Hope you take this criticism constructively. I dont write often, the restaurant is fun with a good vibe and a beautiful appetizing menu, but Saturday August 14, 2021, you missed it. pm

It s without a doubt my favorite restaurant in Sherbrooke. I go there regularly with my two young children, or with friends, or as a couple. My children all love their tartars, and so do I. For me it s their keto menu! And with my lover we often share the Planche de Cochonnaille starter plate, a pure delight of discoveries for the palate! Thanks to the warm welcome from Maxime the owner. To his great astonishment he recognizes me every time.

Food ambiance service

the restaurant is good in general but the overflow poutine is not very good, too much nonsense and wet and fried soft and the tartare is good but really very ordinary and really very small poetion for $22 and dry bread crouton to eat with it really not fresh and very dry...suggestion...should cook the crouton and served hot with the tartare...nice decor for the restaurant but nothing more.the food would have to be very improved.for the price of the bills.for 2 people without drinks or beverages, allow more than $60 for 2 small meals...to be reviewed

Unpleasant atmosphere due to the manager who imposes himself. From the manager who demeans employees in front of customers. We wanted to eat and left after the aperitif. A big congratulations to the waitress for enduring this atmosphere!

Really disappointing!! I went there with friends for Sherbrooke sets the table . Very ordinary starter: crusty breads (2) with melted goat cheese and grated carrots. Tasty ham risotoo, but where was the ham??? On another guests plate possibly... chocolate mousse with a coulis of... I dont know, it was also on another guests plate, I imagine. I definitely wont go back, nor will my friends.

Local restaurant with a reputation for delicious salmon tartare. The atmosphere was fantastic, the duo who produced it played a varied repertoire. The food we had was cooked to perfection and the service was impeccable. Thanks for the American sauce!

Excellent meal and lovely atmosphere

While passing through Sherbrooke, we had dinner there on a Saturday evening. The atmosphere was good with the presence of singers but I dont understand the desire to keep the screen on especially when we see car races?!? Two different shows, it s always confusing! As for the food, everything was very good except for the prosciutto pizza. We were looking for slices of ham so much that we thought we had received a veggie pizza... please see again! In terms of service, Nancy was very kind and even readjusted a drink that was a little too full of ice. Ultimately the decor is very cool but the paint needs touch-ups showing the wear and tear of time and the popularity of the place.
