If you are hungry this may not be the place to eat quickly but the food is delicious

Nothing to complain about in terms of the meal, we cannot say the same in terms of the service, the waiter was terrible, throwing us the box to allow us to take his dessert and also throwing us the bill to pay, until he sat himself his tip percentage on the TPE which he did not deserve. It doesnt really make you want to come back. Heres why only 2 stars for the service.

La nourriture était excellente jusquà ce qu je mange la soupe dans laquelle il y avait une grosse arrête, et la serveuse ma mentionné que sétait le risque à prendre quand on mange une soupe au poisson et en plus javais par choix pris une soupe au poisson à $4 de plus car nous voulions tout les 2 y goûter et quune amie nous lavait conseillé

Excellent food and nice balance of flavor for most dishes. The portions are quite qualitative and generous. A few dishes lacked small tweaks to justify the price, but overall its worth it. Desserts at the table d hôte would benefit from something out of the ordinary (e.g. donut with maple syrup and ice cream, it s quite basic). Otherwise the service was good, except that one waitress in particular seemed irritated at being asked to repeat the table dhôte explanations. Warm atmosphere, but not very intimate and uncomfortable chair. In short, a good restaurant to try without being a must in Sherbrooke.

Exceptional service, the place is friendly, lives up to its name. The cuisine is French, very good, the only thing that makes me give it 4 stars is that the dishes are a little salty for me.

Excellent dining experience. The food was excellent and almost everything was perfect. Unfortunately the service was not at all up to par and unfortunately this is the only reason why I do not give it a 5 star. Also no I will go back there anytime, however I will choose another waitress.

Very good service. Good dishes in general, particularly the fish soup. However, the main meal was disappointing. The poultry was dry and tough and the vegetable side dish was cafeteria-style.

The food is very good, the menu is not very varied even for this type of establishment but the dishes are all very good and the cooking of the bison was perfect. Good service and interesting meal offer. For discerning palates. Cost is proportional to quality. More for a dinner for two or with friends, not a family one. 5 to 7 courses, we stayed there for 3 hours.

Wow, a must-have! The best restaurant in Sherbrooke in my opinion. Cooking meat, fish, seafood, vegetables 5/5 Seasonings for proteins, vegetables, sauces 5/5 They also make terrines and tartares, sometimes exotic meats like kangaroo, all delicious I recommend the explorer menu. On your starter AND main meal plate, you will have 3 different proteins with their own sauce, spices and vegetables. Everything comes together perfectly. Also, you have to choose the fish soup, it is incredible!!! Usually I always manage to find a small point to improve but here, after 4 visits, the only thing I found is that they dont have a carafe for decanting the wine, which is a little disappointing because with this quality of food, we inevitably bring very good wines....

Aggressive staff

We are poorly received and the food is not very good for the price. I had a bit in my soup. I raised the point, but I dont think my comment was taken seriously.

You ruined my wifes birthday. Group of 14, all 14 people introduce themselves. 3 of them only ask for starters and desserts, the other 11 take 7-course menus. 1 hour later, the owner asks these three people to leave because according to the rules of the house, its table dhôte or nothing!!! We all thought it was a joke, but no. The 14 customers left, what ridiculous management. I have never experienced this kind of humiliation in a restaurant. They charged us $23 for an entree. Disgusting service.

Bad service, we were a large group (14) and 3 people in the group simply wanted to have a starter and a dessert. The waitress asked them to leave the restaurant. In a condescending manner, the chef asked one person in our group what she did for a living!

French-inspired cuisine masterfully revisited. The discovery menu is always very impressive in terms of variety-quality-price. A service constantly on the lookout to make sure everything is perfect. Keep up the good work!

It was the first time I went there. I liked the food, but I have to admit that after 7 courses Im still hungry. In terms of experience and service it was slightly disappointing. It was very difficult to have a simple glass of water. The bottles left on our tables were always empty and even after asking for more, I often felt like we were forgotten. Ultimately, the service lasted almost 4 hours and as soon as we finished eating, we were quickly shown the door, something I have never observed elsewhere!

The place doesnt look like much but the food is worthy of the best restaurants in the big cities of the world. Our waitress was most attentive and we had a fantastic dining experience. I took the experience where everything I ate was determined by the chef. I admit that when I received my main plate Duck breast with orange sauce I was not sure because I have already eaten it in the past and it had not been a great success. I was very happy to rediscover this dish cooked by a real chef this time. All services were excellent. I recommend this place.
