My latest lunch experience (Tuesday at noon) has been very bad, which is disappointing as before that was not the case. My falafels were so oily I could not eat them, our chicken was charred (not in the pleasant way), and things just didn’t taste as fresh as I’m used to from Rima. The lack of salad choices also makes me hesitate to go back, as other shawarma places have much more selection. Service was polite and friendly, but the food was not worth the calories or the price.
Probably the best garlic mayo we have had in a while. Value and price, went twice in two days. Was busy and order to go was quick. Much appreciated thank you
If you want to have your belly filled, could not complain with the hefty portion they serve! Tasty potatoes, salad, creamy garlic mayo. Just found the chicken dry. Still a great value for the money.
Got a mixed platter and everything tasted great! Would’ve liked more than 1/2 a pita (so maybe ask for extra) but otherwise this place is amazing
Doesn’t worth the high price we paid for the 2 plate of shawarma, beef was burned, and chicken was bland, we found plastic shredding in our salad.

The staff was super friendly and the food was good. The portions were larger then I expected! Reasonable price and an overall good experience. The only downside is I expected it to be slightly cleaner seeing as there was no other customers when we came in (dirty front doors and windows with lots of fingerprints, a few dirty tables). Also it would be good if the menu was easier to access or read on the displays, as well as have English written in smaller text underneath. :)

Very very very ordinary.... Lots of rice, old potatoes, mediocre falafels, tasteless meat and above all..... Completely cold after 5 minutes of travel.... I dont recommend it at all.... There are better elsewhere....

I was looking for a quick Lebanese meal, this is the perfect place for that. I ordered a falafel plate, it was ok. Vegetarian options: Lebanese tabbouleh, hummus, falafels, raw vegetables.

Please management, monitor hygiene. Basic hygiene procedures are not respected. We see the cashier and other employees handling pretty much everything with their bare hands without washing.....from the card machine directly to a pita bread in their hands....telephone, your delivery order screen, hands are everywhere. If thats all happening in front of the customer, imagine whats going on in the background.

Nice place very well positioned. Beautiful, very varied menu with Bubble tea and ice cream. Fast and attentive service. As for the meal, we took the mixed plate. The quantities were large and well packaged. Very reasonable prices. In terms of taste and flavors this restaurant is not my favorite for this type of restaurant but the food was still very good. On the other hand, my girlfriend loved her Bubble tea.

I went there. I waited. And the restaurant did not open, even though the hours posted on the door said it should be open. Very disappointed, because I had traveled 2.5 hours by motorbike to get there.

we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, the ingredients were fresh, generous and well portioned. The only criticism was that the garlic mayonnaise didnt taste like garlic. We will go back to taste other dishes.

Very disappointed! I ordered for the first time from Restaurant Rima on Saturday. It was to be a treat for my Mother. I ordered through UberEats as I was instructed to do so by the man who answered the phone at Rima. The delivery was pleasant and simple and the delivery person, Mohammad, thanked me for the tip I provided. I ordered the mixed plate and the beef and lamb salad. The meat was dry and crunchy, very unappetizing, and the salad contained nothing more than lettuce and tomato. How did this order leave the restaurant? I don t know if this is typical, but meat should be moist and tender, not dry and crunchy. Needless to say, we did not enjoy this meal and did not eat it. It was a waste of $46 and made for a sad lunch! Who assembles the orders at Restaurant Rima and where was the manager overseeing the restaurant?

Beau restaurant libanais, les assiettes sont bien remplies, les prix sont bons (environ 15$ pour une assiette) les ingrédients sont frais. Surprenant de voir un bar laitiers et un bubble tea sous la même enseigne, mais le mélange fonctionne. Ça plaît aux enfants qui auront de quoi se satisfaire. Nous y repasserons certainement.

Food was very good but.... Tables and windows where dirty. There also seems to be much confusion among customers about where the menu can be found. I suggest more attention to cleaning and making it easier for customers to find the menus.

It was much better before they moved. The takeout is cold and the atmosphere is not as good. They also messed up my order several times and the gyros meat now has a funny aftertaste. In short, its really sad that the quality has fallen so much because I was a recurring customer and it was a favorite place for take out...

Well, lets rate! The place is always clean and the Shawrma looks clean The tase of the Shawarma is not what a real Shawrma tastes like, but overall it is 3/5 ( When you order a sandwich I suggest you get it without lettuce in order to get the taste of the Shawarma) Their plate is full of sides that will make the plate looks like it is huge, but the Shawrma is kinda not too much ( So youll get full because of the sides more than the Shawarma itself) one-star deducted first because they are a bit overpriced, secondly, they dont have the panini press that will heat the sandwich after rolling it The people that work there and the owners of the place are really nice and generous tho Overall recommended if you dont have any other Shawrma place

Very good food, BUT... Failed order service. My order was forgotten on a group of friends. When I announced it, I was told 5 minutes before receiving it. I only got the order after 15 minutes, when I was leaving.. I would have appreciated an apology at the very least. Some compensation would have been welcome.
