The service we had for a party of 10 on a Sunday lunchtime was poor and I was sick the next night.

I have never been so poorly received in a restaurant and after discussing it with the waiter at reception we were cordially sent away with a response of I don t give a damn. Imagine my horror when I found out that the server in question (Phil) was the owner Food that drips absolutely nothing extra, cesar salad that drips water 3 croutons no bacon or cheese and brie melting but not melting the cook only has to add a brick of brie thats all Luckily the barmaid was nice but for the rest, the restaurant avoided

Very very long service, 1 hour 15 minutes before having barely cooked starters and the restaurant was empty.... they started my streak again because it had burned it even though it should have been rare. Ask for a counter fillet and I get a flank steak llol. Wow. Food not good. Do not recommend, much better place than like La Signerie.

They went on a Saturday evening without reservation and served us at the place we had spotted. The food was really delicious and the atmosphere was perfect because we could hear each other talking despite having a CH game. I recommend this place and I will return there even if I stay far away.

Impeccable service 1 x out of 8! Shrimp served cold! You never turn your plate over because we recook the Shrimp, so its real smel of boot! Its going to take a long time before we get back there!

Pretty average overall, especially from a food perspective. My salmon salad was literally candied, in too much vinaigrette. The pepper could also have been a little less abundant. Either the salad was not very fresh, or it had been left in its dressing for too long which burned it. For her part, my partner was satisfied with the fillet of sole that she had ordered. Maybe the bar is better than the restaurant?

I dont recommend the fondue, our broth remained lukewarm, it never came to a boil. The unlimited shrimp disappointed me a little, the garlic shrimp lacked garlic and the Buffalo was a little too salty, the Greek shrimp was good. Everything lacked accompaniment on the additional plates

I came to try this place with my girlfriend and her friends. We waited a long time to get our table. Seeing the waiters in the restaurant looking at us without reacting in the distance. The restaurant is empty and the employees are not friendly. So ordinary food, I had the Texan chicken. Meal lacks love.

Very good service. The food was well served and hot. I ordered a homemade lemonade and it was fantastic. The menu offers a variety of meat, fish and seafood dishes. The table was very clean and the waitresses were very polite. They have space for reservations and events.

Good fast service but food way too salty... Chicken fingers and fries. The refilling of Coke should be free as is done elsewhere when it is liquor in fountains... But no openness on this from the restaurateur. Well go somewhere else!

We ordered 2 frozen flavor starters. Then 2 uncooked pizzas and finally 2 coffees, one filled with ground grain and the other seemed to have lemon pulp at the bottom. I wont go for a drink anymore. At this place, the service is lacking. In short, to be avoided.

Pire take out. On a commandé en ligne, nous sommes arrivé à l heure indiquée. Nous avons attendu plus de 15 minutes à l entrée, personne est venu nous répondre. On a été finalement au bar et la serveuse nous dit qu elle était occupée 5 minutes plus tard elle nous donne notre commande qui était dans le réchaud. Arriver à la maison tous les plats etaient froid! Nous sommes à 5 minutes de route

It seems that this establishment has no respect for its customers. Customer satisfaction is not one of their values. Observation made during an event that I just experienced at this place. I was splashed by a cabaret filled with alcohol dropped by the waitress down a staircase and the table where I was sitting was just downstairs. I was treated without any empathy and no compensation was offered to make up for what I had just experienced. I mentioned to the waitress that I would need to have my coat cleaned. She came back with the bill that I had to pay, and she told me that she had spoken with one of the co-owners and that I just had to come back with the cleaners bill. There are so many restaurants that want to survive and are committed to satisfying their customers that, the one being Brasserie Le Dauphin, will definitely be on my black list.

We went there as a family for a girls dinner. Rather disappointed with the flavors, but good service and decent atmosphere. Edit to answer the question: I ate the salmon tartar as a starter and the half rib as a main course. I would have liked it to be a little tastier, but it was, in my opinion, rather bland.

La carte est beaucoup trop longue de choix, ce qui laisse penser à une expertise moyenne de chacun des thèmes de repas. Le repas en soit était bon mais rien dextravagant comparé à ce quon peut trouver dautre sur Sherbrooke qui pourrait vous offrir une expérience bien plus intéressante ! Le fondant au chocolat était tout sauf fondant (malheureusement)!

Me and my boyfriend went to eat there for his party and we were very disappointed... I took the fishermans plate and the potatoes in the scallop shell tasted like frozen... As if they They put it in the microwave before giving it to us. My boyfriend had the filet mignon (8 oz) and it was literally tiny. Especially since the plate is $40. The rice on both of our plates was undercooked. We also ordered the fried squid as a starter and there were only a few large pieces, the rest was mainly fried bits :/ It looks like they served us the bottom of the bag... My boyfriends drink was good , but mine just tasted like water (I had a virgin mojito with blackberries). Apart from that, the waitress was friendly, I didnt dare tell her that I didnt like the shell... Nothing against the waitress of course hehe. In short, the food wasnt good and thats mainly why I wouldnt go back. There are so many better restaurants in Sherbrooke, dont waste your time there :)

Every time we asked for something like a straw, ketchup, takeout box, etc. It had to be repeated because she forgot to bring it.

Delicious ribs loaded with meat and good fries. Just a small point there coleslaw was a bit bland in taste.

This is the 3rd time Ive been to the Dauphin and each time the service is way too long, more than 2.5 hours for dinner and the restaurant is not full.

First and last time. Slow service, full of billing errors. The waitress (Marie-Rose) has no manners and is borderline arrogant. We even heard him make fun of certain customers with his colleague...it leaves a good image for a company.

Very disappointed!!! I like to eat well and I dont mind paying for good food but seriously!!! Charge more for the salad that comes with the meal because the salad is expensive, plus the salad was dry, almost no dressing. If I have to pay more at least do it the right way. No sauce with a skewer, is that normal?? Im going to think for a long time before going back. Amazing!! Well I got a response from the restaurant saying that I should have asked our waitress for more vinaigrette. You have to read the comments our order was for takeaway so its difficult to ask for more delivered to us. Also we weighed the meat on the skewer and there was 2.1 ounces. I dont find it acceptable and if you just want to have positive things, do better. Quantity and quality are not all on the back of the holidays and lack of resources.

Terrible service!!! Arrogant waitress, who throws us our dessert with a stupid look. Who forgets orders or brings them after 1 hour. Who dares to ask if there is an error in the tip amount. We just ask to be served and with service with a smile and politeness, it seems that it is not too much to ask.

0/5 Truly one of my worst restaurant experiences ever. The food was cold and really poor quality. Didnt even get a change of plates. The freshness of the food really needs to be checked because the smell is intense coming from the shrimp. The service was pitiful, frankly I have never taken so long to eat in a restaurant, the service lasted more than 3 hours! The restaurant was far from full and some waitresses had even been cut. We had to chase after our bill and our food! We decided to wait at the door and again we had to wait 15-20 minutes. It was lucky that another waitress took over several times because I think we wouldnt have eaten. Take a serious look at your staff. I strongly suggest you go eat elsewhere or at home if you have the choice of Dauphin in mind.

Ive been going there several times with friends and my daughter. The service is impeccable and friendly. The only problem and its a bit my fault is to sit next to the bar. The music is too loud and too difficult to hold a conversation. It was up to me to think about it. I really like food. I recommend.

Poor service, the waiter spilled sauce on a collectible plush bag, no apology or compensation, spilled sauce on the $450 bape pants on the other next to her same thing, no apology, no compensation, took the order, waited 30 minutes to come and say that they no longer have this meal in the kitchen to choose something else for me, a very slow service despite the restaurant being so empty, to hear the waiter complaining about the fact that he has to serve us despite the fact that we were under reservation... all in front of our eyes of the manager too busy flirting, chatting and drinking with a customer at the bar than taking care of her responsibilities as manager! To say that it was my suggestion to go to the dauphin because I really liked the restaurant before.. but now I dont think Ill go back!

I have so many positive comments, where should I start? It s chic, very chic and at the same time so friendly, family-friendly, relaxed. Everyone working on the floor smiled at us. We are greeted with a smile, asked if we have a seating preference. If we look up, someone asks us if we have a question. We find ourselves with Pénélope, smiling, quick, attentive; what service! And then we eat: the plates are beautiful, the portions are generous, tasty, I enjoy rice shrimp and Caesar, everything I dreamed of. Even the drink is perfect. Thank you, I will return there regularly as a family and once I hope as a gang, in the room upstairs, designed for large groups, there was a lot of atmosphere!

One Sunday lunchtime, we went for dinner with shrimp and salad, and to change my rice the waitress told me that I could have vegetables for an extra $2.00, which I accepted. Our plates arrive and tasting the cooked vegetables the vegetables were not fresh with a taste of old, I do not eat them and I eat the rest of my plate and at the end, I remark to the waitress that I I didnt eat the vegetables, they tasted like old, outdated vegetables, she went to look back and came back with THE BILL AND THE EXTRA $2.00 WAS CHARGED, I asked her I want to see the manager, SHE ANSWERS ME: my manager says he is busy (he is the manager and owner). I said to myself WHAT ASS, serving vegetables that are good for the chicken AND TOO MAKE THEM CHARGE, you really have to need money to accept losing customers for 3-4 vegetables. RESTAURANT LE DAUPHIN, I understand why it s not a place I frequent

Not able to get a water refill despite having asked for it 3 times, some people at our table had finished eating, others were still waiting for their plate, I had asked for no mushrooms on my plate and my request to not taken into account, my boyfriend asked to change the salad and his plate arrived with salad, several desserts and coffee never made it to the table even after ordering, some plates looked like freeze reheat meals , ordinary waiters attitude, they seemed disorganized, chaotic experience... I dont recommend

The service was long! You know the moment when you have finished eating, drinking and have reached the water, but the waiter does not bring you the bill, after having asked for it twice. You just want to get away... Plus, it was an evening where there werent many people... In short, the food was excellent!

First experience in this restaurant for my partner and me. He ordered the sparkling flank steak and it was excellent! The meat was tender, the sautéed mushrooms were very good too. For my part, I was more than disappointed by my dish. I chose the chefs choice which was the beef bourguignon. When the beef and potatoes arrived, they were lukewarm, the vegetables were cold in the center. I reported it to the waitress who was very friendly and quickly corrected the situation by bringing it back to the kitchen, which I greatly appreciate. Unfortunately, the taste was not up to par. For the beef, it felt like I was having a reheated canned meal. Given all the positive comments, I imagine there are some very good dishes, its just a shame that this doesnt apply to the entire menu.
