$27.48 + tax for a plate of fish & chips with poutine. Plate that comes without lime wedge, no tartar sauce, nothing else. 15 to 20 minutes of waiting for a refill of water glasses. There were 2 of us and it was a not very busy Sunday evening... I cant imagine a busier evening... UPDATE: I sent an email to the address listed in the Owners Response and have had no response after two weeks...

The meal is not only very cold but I did not receive my dessert and the sauces that came with the meals are in addition to being iced, they taste nothing and they blame Doordash! He would have left the desserts on the counter... piss off when youre in the hotel and you pay $82 to have 2 meals delivered that miss more than half! Merchandise management on top of that! It hangs up on you for not offering you a solution.. that deserves a 0 star but I cant give it!

J ai acheté les produits en épicerie : les pâtes poulet et brocolis et à l intérieur de la boîte il y avait des pennene rosé , j ai contacter le service client et je n ai jamais eu de retour . Disgusting service!!!! Greeted by a badly behaved girl NO BRASS!!! I ordered garlic bread au gratin I received croutons no cheese cold not edible!!! I also ordered dips which I paid for and I also took the trouble to ask her if the dips were in the bag and she told me yes!!! Lamentable service, lamentable food, lamentable welcome!!! Could NEVER!!! Seriously welcoming customers no bra (it was quite obvious!!) It lacks class for a family restaurant like Mikes!!! Still happy that I gave one star because I would have given none!!!!

The barbecue chicken pizza sauce is a little too sweet for my taste. However, their breakfast pizza is the best Ive had. Their Hollandaise sauce is great.

Worst service I have ever seen waiting 30 minutes no one came to take my order when there was no one else in the restaurant the waitress preferred to talk about their lives to each other than to serve their customer I ended up getting up and going to eat at another restaurant

Black and hard fish & chips, no lemon or tartar sauce, I will ever order from this restaurant. The other time it was hard and black onion rings too. Very disappointing you pay and you are still hungry because it is not edible.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas: 1 carnivorous and 1 seafood. The 2 pizzas arrived with an exaggerated quantity of mozzarella cheese which swallowed up the finesse of the pizzas ordered. Also, there was no pizza rim as seen on their website. Their pizza looks nothing like the picture shown. I have been a customer for over 10 years and their pizza was magnificent, but in the last month they have done a 180 degree in their execution. Changed boss? Rotation of kitchen staff? Bad!!! Cold food, price too high compared to the quality and quantity... The benches to sit on are torn and unstable, we can swing with the neighbor at the table behind us... The customers there all seem to be in the same clan at the beginning of each month...without prejudice. The waitress didnt seem at all comfortable in her job.... Phewff!! I didnt feel comfortable at all. Its been 15 years since Ive been there and I wont go back!

My wife tasted her seafood linguine which was delicious to look at, my spaghetti Bolognese was very good.

I witnessed an unpleasant comment coming from a waitress towards a customer who had not agreed to give her a tip, really uncomfortable for this person.

We saw an online promotion explaining the 50% off the 2nd lunch, when we arrived to pay we were told that the promotion was not valid. Also, on the online menu as well as on the displays on the restaurant windows it is indicated that there are more than 40 lunch choices! Except when we arrived we barely had around fifteen choices... really disappointed we wouldnt have chosen this restaurant...

Thursday April 11, 2024 we went to dinner. I had a sub from the lunch menu. Caesar salad as a starter with very little sauce & sub without sauce, everything was dry. Good service. However, I regret that she did not stop by to check if everything was to our liking/if anything was missing. This would have saved me from stealing mayo from the next table

My favorite place, the best team, especially the manager, she is extraordinary.

3 delivery dinners for 2 people, in 3 months. 3 times 1 missing meal. Seriously, thats going to make the odds. This branch would benefit greatly from having competent kitchen staff, and given the reviews here, a new manager for at least 2 years. They would be better off with a lack of manpower than with employees rolling around. If you want to eat food made by people trained to watch the clock tick, go for it.

Extremely slow service, it took almost 2 hours to get our food even though the restaurant was half empty. After 2 hours, one person in our group still had not received their dish.

Cartier restaurant. I like the principle of Mikes Restaurant. You feel at home there. Since the age of 20 and now 55. For me its a little den to chat on a little bench.

I really like this place but very expensive for the quantity its not worth the price.. regular poutine at crazy prices and there are more fries than the rest there were literally 4 grains of cheese and the fries are not white enough Cooked and soft. Totally disappointed I will not order again. Their frozen pizzas would have been better

I ordered a medium pizza with a large Caesar salad, given that I had a $5 discount following a donation for a good cause...my order: cold pizza, Caesar salad 1/3 rotten (really rotten ) in addition to the sand in the salad not washing....Im calling to resolve this misunderstanding, to speak with sweet words.....Im being offered a $5 discount!!!!! Newly offering lunches with a young girl who doesnt know the menu...not great.

The waitress service was very good. The food was good too, but it took so long to receive our plates that it was ridiculous... This is not usually the case, but this Sunday lunchtime, not very busy, we waited almost 2 hours to receive our meals. I also noticed, once at home when I recalculated everything, that we paid $10 too much, there was an error on the invoice, but I no longer had the invoice with me for the prove and I know that it is not an error on my part regarding the tip because I calculated the amount before this one. Check carefully next time!

The service was very ordinary, 20 minutes before the waitress came to take our order. It took another 40 minutes before we received our plate (not very hot) only positive point is the taste of one of the 3 dishes ordered, oily dough, cold chicken, hard fries. Being an entrepreneur, I rarely make this type of comment and I never give a low rating. Today at 3:00 p.m. I went to eat with my daughter. When they came to bring us our meals, they were invaded by fruit flies. Disgusting. I asked the waitress, do you have a problem emptying your trash? This one told me the exterminators come every week and we have no problem. I just wanted to leave and leave my dish there. She tells me I dont see any...grrrr But my daughter wasnt comfortable leaving so we stayed and ate very, very quickly. My meal was a seafood casserole and my daughter was a pizza. The restaurant was empty. It is certain that with the job I do I will never take a customer to eat at your house. It would be wise to resolve your problem or empty your trash every day. The meals were delicious though.

We bought a chicken pizza It was bathed in oil, unable to cut ends, the paste was like chewing gum. The garnish was too salty and didnt hold up at all, plus we specified no mushrooms and thats it. Order on Uber then a total of almost $60 in the trash
