Super nice discovery in Sherbrooke, finally a real wine bar! The restaurant is still small but the atmosphere is on point and the best places are at the bar to watch the cooks. Food, excellent from start to finish, the confit salmon WOW! The wine pairing was also perfect, trust them with your eyes closed! Attentive and fun service! We will go back! :)

Quality service, meal options which are original, delicious, regularly renewed and which allow a tapas model. An incredible selection of natural wine that the staff will help you choose and pair with your dishes. Perfect for having a drink or eating in a warm space. Ive been there several times and the experience was worth it every time!

Firstly, I would like to say that I discovered an exceptional wine that I have photographed for you. I wish I could have tasted more of the wine as they looked very good. On the other hand, I didnt like the second wine that I tasted very much (I dont remember its name but it was a red wine with a very pale color). We had the opportunity to taste some wines before purchasing and they were very good, I loved this option. Unfortunately I must note that in terms of food, I was disappointed. The portions are very small, this isnt necessarily a problem, but for the price I found the quality wasnt there either. The plate I liked the most was the fresh pasta, but I was the only one at the table who thought that. Aside from that, the service was impeccable, our waitress was very knowledgeable about her products and wines and I would recommend this place for anyone who would like to discover new wines. They have a wide variety of private imports from Northern Europe, several wines I had never heard of but sounded delicious! Also, I loved the fact that we could buy the bottles to take away and that they were much cheaper than in the restaurant section. Vegetarian options: Several options. Dietary restrictions: I was with a friend who is allergic to soy and nuts, and we were still able to find meals he could eat.

Still incredible with a beautiful subdued atmosphere. Great place for wine lovers looking for an enjoyable evening. Ps: currently, the tuna on the menu is a pure marvel.

The food was sublime, we shared 4 plates and each one was as magnificent as it was delicious. The service was warm and familiar, we wanted for nothing. On the other hand, I was crammed on top of my neighbor at the back, the benches were so crowded that I had difficulty breathing because I was caught between my neighbor at the back and the table (my neighbor had no more room than me) Im not a curvy person either. People were sitting on folding chairs which leads me to believe that tables were added due to their popularity but comfort took a bit of a backseat. In short, Im sure that when its not busy, this restaurant is a 5/5.

Without a doubt the best restaurant in Estrie, period. The complete meal care offers an incredible experience, the wine and food accompaniment is a big WOW! Fresh and varied products, whether vegetarian or not. Completely crazy wines. We love it and recommend it to anyone who wants to share a good meal to share and be surprised by the flavor! Wow. A culinary experience worth having. Yes its a little expensive but the dishes are worth it and are all sophisticated and refined. Each dish is unique and represents a taste that could not be copied elsewhere. Combined with their sommelier who will serve you a wine that will pair perfectly with your dishes, you will undoubtedly have an unrivaled culinary experience. Dietary restrictions: No problem for gluten-free and vegetarians. Limited but excellent choices. Kid-friendliness: No childrens menu, so not ideal for children. But some dishes might work for kids.

Relaxed and friendly atmosphere, the owner clearly knows his products and ensures that he meets the expectations of guests. Since these are imported wines, it is very interesting to be able to taste several products without having to buy a bottle. The dishes are light and well thought out. Our favorites are undoubtedly the trout and the beef tartare. Choose a seat at the counter, the service is excellent.

I went there with very high expectations, they were exceeded. I couldnt give anything other than a perfect score. Impeccable service, original selection of wines. The wine merchant section allows the discovery of privately imported wines which are all natural wines, organic wines without any additives. Attention those reluctant to sulphites! You wont find any here! What can we say about the menu, innovative, simple and sophisticated dishes that make brilliant use of the ingredients. Masterful flavor portraits. The value for money is extremely competitive, you will have a level of haute cuisine at the price of a bistro. I am won over, and I highly recommend the whole experience, and the wines are available to take away!

Having tasted the entire menu, I can say that it is flawless! Nice selection of wines.

Very impressed by the high quality of the products but even more impressed by the very high level of excellence of the service offered.

Perfect place to make great discoveries in a friendly, welcoming and modern atmosphere. Currently, blood sausage is a must, I had two instead of my dessert. But all the dishes are worth it. The prices are fair for the quality. Go there without hesitation, you will return there.

What a great find. After spending 5 days vacationing between Montreal and Sherbrooke we resigned ourselves to the idea of good, but not great food until we came here. We had 8 of the tapas style dishes and each was better than the previous. The capicolle was the only dish that rated as average but that was because it was simply shaved ham with cheese. All the others however, were skillful creations of the young chef that delighted our tastebuds with fresh vibrant and youthful flavours. When in Sherbrooke do not pass the chance to visit here.

Excellent restaurant with impeccable and friendly service. We had the ceviche which was delicious and different from the classic lemony recipe. The carpaccio was very tender but slightly lacking in salt in the bites without mustard seeds. The squash was cooked to perfection and the sauce went really well with it. The flank steak, although tender and juicy, quickly became cold. The wine suggestions matched perfectly with the dishes chosen. An experience and restaurant not to be missed!

Absolute gem of a spot in Sherbrooke. They have a carefully curated selection of natural wines with a great range of varietals and provenance. By-the-glass offerings were also varied and delicious. The menu, thought not extensive, showcased some really interesting dishes, highlighting seasonal Quebec fare. All three owners were present. The service was personal, attentive, and made the experience very special. Would definitely recommend.

Best wine list in Sherbrooke! Private imports of choice both by the glass and the bottle. I really liked the pudding. The elk short rib on the other hand was very disappointing, the meat was a little dry and the blend of flavors didnt work.
