A1 service, very good cocktails and excellent quality/quantity/price ratio for the food. The cavatelli and the praline mille-feuille are worth trying!!!

For a third visit, still satisfied with the impeccable food, the atmosphere and the service received.

We had originally booked for 6 people a few months ago. Over time we added people to our reservation, communicating clearly with the restaurant. Although some requests were accepted, our experience with the hostess left a bitter taste. On the day of reservation, after obtaining permission to add three additional people to our table, we received a very passive-aggressive call from the hostess blaming us for the increase in the number of guests, while imposing a reduced menu and separate tables (one for 6 and one for 5). Despite our understanding and thanks for their flexibility, the hostess made us feel that our reservation put undue pressure on the kitchen. When we arrived, we were seated at a table of 5 and three tables of 2, although a table of 4 was vacant right next to it. When we asked if this table could be added to our group, the hostess curtly refused. Fortunately, another very friendly employee allowed us to rearrange the tables in a more practical way. An hour later, the hostess returned to finally grant us the table of 4, emphasizing that if the other reservation arrived, she would be obliged to place them at the bar, despite the fact that three other tables would then be freed. The service from our server was impeccable, and the meal was delicious. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice, but the dismissive and inappropriate attitude of the hostess really ruined a lot of our experience. She spent the evening observing us and talking about us to other employees, which was uncomfortable to say the least. Despite this, we ate well and had a good time, but we would hesitate to return because of the attitude of this hostess.

The food is delicious and really different from what Ive tried elsewhere. The portions are generous and the value for money is excellent. The only downside would be the service, which was a little slow. That said, our waitress was very knowledgeable and attentive. I recommend this restaurant, but allow some time to fully enjoy the experience!

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Wesley Restaurant this evening, and what an experience it was! The concept is nice, but the real reason to visit is the incredible quality of the food. Every detail has been carefully thought out to offer an explosion of flavors. The oysters were incomparably fresh, and the duck I ordered was cooked to perfection. The service was the jewel in this gastronomic crown. A charming and attentive young man served us. He took the time to listen to my desires and reimagined a cocktail (cucumber martini) the way I wanted it and all with a smile and an obvious desire to make our experience memorable. In short, Wesley is a must-have. I hope to return soon to relive this exceptional evening.

Our two evenings at the Westley were simply incredible in every way. Excellent quality/price/quantity ratio! The plates are generous and tasty, in addition to being very creative! We were lucky to have the same server twice. The latter has unparalleled service! Great knowledge of the dishes, pairings and specificities of the restaurant! Very attentive and present!

Its been years since Ive enjoyed a restaurant outing like this. Firstly, I want to thank Gabrielle for her impeccable service. Professional and good advice. I had never eaten oysters before. She offered me an oyster to try and it was a revelation. THANKS! Next, I have to thank Chef Yanick. He came to see us to discuss his new dish with my wife to get her opinion. Very friendly and above all concerned about the quality he offers to customers. Lets talk food. The dishes were really good. My wifes scallops were perfect and my octopus was incredible. Not all restaurants are good at this dish. Here it was wow! I never had dessert, this time Im happy I did! So, when I return to Sherbrooke, the Westley will be my destination. Long live Westley!

Beautiful restaurant, well decorated with a nice atmosphere. Nice welcome and good service. Quite a wait to receive our drinks and between services. All of our dishes were delicious. The harmonious blend of flavors. The scallop plate was very good, but $28 for two medium-sized scallops is still expensive. Beautiful wine list and delicious cocktails.

We were in town for work and recommended here by a colleague. Seating was not available, so we sat at the bar. The entire experience was so incredible it would have been worth standing to eat. There were amazing drink selections and a wonderful locally sourced meal! The ambiance and food were worth 10 stars, it was excellent!

We went, a group of 10, to the Westley restaurant for my girlfriends party and what a disappointment... the dishes served were disappointing, poorly seasoned, extremely small portions, totally bad. After 4 gyn thonics and a bloody ceasar the impression was that the alcohol was not there or had been diluted with ice/water, no atmosphere in the restaurant, the sound of the music was very very weak. We had to reorder our drinks 2 - 3 times before getting the drink in question, in short I would not recommend this restaurant and for $195 I had by far the best evenings in other restaurants

The food is excellent for the price! Very relaxed, relaxed atmosphere and very good service.

First time going and the only spot available was at 8pm. Not the worst as the hours say they are open till midnight. Didnt think we would be there for almost 2 1/2 hours.... Pros: -Very very good drinks! Like exceptional. Some of the best I have had in Sherbrooke. -Friendly bilingual staff. Always smiling. -Lovely decor and bar layout. I really enjoyed the motif. -Partner had Pretzel with pear mustard which was great. -My starter was Chips with sour cream were ok. It was a good portion but needed more dip. Cons: -Very very very slow. Over an hour to get our starters (chips and a pretzel) and then another 45 mins for my main. -Music was too loud and had hard time hearing my partner or even the waiter. -Felt very crowded and cramped. Always seemes like we were very close to the people next to us and would bump into them. -My entree was the braised beef cheecks with red wine sauce. It was not tender at all, lacked flavour (absolutely needed salt), vegetables were all undercooked (an understanding cooked potato is hard to eat) and had maybe 3 small square of meat that had more fat than really should have been on it. Had it cooked longer, maybe the fat would have rendered... -We only got bread after we asked about it when I got my main so 2 hours later. -Bread was served with RANCID olive oil. Had to spit it out! Also everyone else got what looked like balsamic vinegar in the oil but we only got oil that clearly had gone bad. -Went to the bathroom and one of the chefs was sitting across the floor blocking the door and only moved because the manager came by. It looked like he had collapsed. Super awkward and unprofessional. So in the end, clearly they need more staff because it was so slow but the food still felt rushed. Debating going back because the drinks were really good but the time it took to get food that wasnt good and rancid oil that I cant get out of my mouth is not encouraging.

First time in this restaurant. Small, super well appointed space with lots of greenery. The bar is impressive and the Gin list :D Were not even talking about it!! I went for a mid-afternoon business meal. It was quiet but we loved it. The waitress understood that we were not in a hurry so she let us go at our own pace. We ordered the cheese and charcuterie platter and 2 Buffalo cauliflowers as a starter. The dishes were varied (2 salmon tartares, 1 ravioli, 2 sea bream and 1 steak) The dishes were succulent and everyone loved it!! Definitely worth testing :)

This was our special 13th anniversary dinner and Westley didn t disappoint. The vanilla butternut risotto was out of this world. As was the grilled octopus and salmon plates. The plates weren t amazing for their choice fish alone, but the accompanying accoutrements as well. The salmon s pumpkin butter with miso and sake? Omg That s about it. Thanks!

Great discovery, great atmosphere (wall of drinks, plant hanging everywhere) great service all the dishes that our group tried (there were 7 of us) were really appreciated both for the starters and for the main meals. The desserts are okay if there is only one thing I could improve it would be the desserts. We took the dishes to share for the starter and there was something for everyone. Very varied menu. We will definitely go back. The best plates: Starter to share, The bang-bang style cauliflower plate was all the rage, the octopus plate. Ps: the majority of chairs are wooden chairs with round arms like in the old brasseries, its not the most comfortable but there are still benches at the counter and benches.

Nice restaurant, nice atmosphere and good music. The cocktails were delicious. Our tapas and meals were absolutely fabulous. The price range followed the quality of the products served. As for the service... A change of server changed our service experience from exceptional to ordinary. But despite this little snag, I highly recommend going to try this restaurant.

Since the opening of this restaurant I have been under its spell! Being able to share and taste everything is perfect for foodies. The variety of cocktails offered A1, they can also make them on request depending on what you like. The service has always been great too. Long live Westley! Good job, dont give up!

What a restaurant! We are welcomed with a cocktail that takes us straight to paradise, to then stay there for the duration of our stay. Seafood cooked to perfection. A soundtrack that is not too intrusive but full of songs of impeccable taste. And above all, kind and attentive staff. In short, I will return there every time I am in Sherbrooke.

I am disappointed with our dinner we had dishes to share it was for a job party the cauliflowers were very good but the rest I would not pay 150 for a dinner with nothing on the plates.

Delicious and well-balanced drinks, varied menu with vegetarian or carnivorous options. The size of the dishes is uneven, making it difficult to assess the quantity required for a satisfactory supper. The big downside: in the evening after 7:30-8 p.m., if you like EXTRA LOUD music, you will be well served. We left because it was unbearable to yell at each other to hear each other. Damage.

I dont usually leave comments when Im not satisfied but this time, Im somewhere in between. The delicious meal, the service, perfect, the atmosphere, discotheque so not for me, the manager, very friendly, the clientele, in general seems good but we had some settlers having fun whistling at the bar. So why just 3 stars, the portions are too small if you are hungry versus the price, the music is really too loud, impossible to chat and settlers at the bar. The manager had to intervene and offered us the cocktails to apologize.

Definitely a gem in Estrie for a successful evening! Attentive, smiling and extremely competent hosts who know their products will make you spend an extraordinary evening whether as a couple or with friends. The warm ambiance is greatly due to their high-quality sound system and carefully dimmed lighting. The musical playlists are very well chosen and perfectly accompany the evolution of your evening! Good food but very small portions for the price and appetite. The decor is very beautiful and the service was ok although slow, but the music is WAY TOO LOUD, it felt like a club, we had to shout to talk to each other. Big point to improve!

I loved my experience, the dishes were tasty, I really fell in love with their vegetarian meal. For my part I liked that they were small plates which allowed us to taste several meals.

Took an hour to get the order. The food was: Cold! Raw! Overpriced! The only thing I can highlight is the attention of the waiter for the drink. Very friendly. Definitely, a 150$ dollars badly spent. Without more to say!

I am writing today to denounce an absolutely unacceptable situation. When I wanted to reserve a table for my birthday, I realized that the Westley required compensation of $35 per place in the event of cancellation. This practice is ILLEGAL. The OPC denounces it and warns consumers, moreover be aware that even by verbal or contractual agreement you can NEVER transfer your rights. How a restaurant can believe itself to be above the laws and circumvent them with impunity. I will never book or encourage an establishment with such practices. This is embarrassing, pathetic and ILLEGAL, I emphasize again. You are lucky, since I am considering whether or not to report you to the OPC. Readjust, you band of thieves.

Extremely disappointed with the quantity for the price... very good food, there was no shortage of water in our glasses, but we waited for 2 glasses of water before asking the waitress for drinks, because nothing was offered. The glass of red glass room temperature and not cellar....?? Plate of scallops, 3 medium scallops, about 20 grams of angel hair, nothing, nothing else.... $30, no vegetables, salad or side dish... very expensive and disappointing. I had to go to the convenience store to buy myself a sandwich to complete. In short, nice place, but no culinary expectations.... last time for us.

Great discovery during a recent visit to Sherbrooke. Warm decor, attentive service and inspired cuisine. The dish of cavatelli with duck confit and oyster mushrooms, the fish (artisans take) and the ricotta cake, citrus granita, berry coulis were all succulent. This restaurant offers excellent value for money.

We were passing through Sherbrooke and this restaurant was highly recommended to us and we were not disappointed! Excellent dining experience and warm atmosphere. We were seated opposite the chefs and they enhanced our visit with their sense of humor and their culinary tips. We had a great evening there and highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely come back during our next stay!!

Went to Westley for a late dinner, and OMG I highly recommend this place. I knew it for lunch time, but their evening menu, it s very good too. Like I said to the waiter, there aren t enough starts on Google maps reviews to rate the excellent food and service we experienced. Started with a Scotland scotch and oysters and we had the special 60-day aged local beef steak with mushrooms sautéed. OMG everything was just delicious! It s a small and cozy place that s worth to star And make sure to get a bottle of the hot sauce to take home!

Super well appointed small room, with a nice atmosphere if youre looking for that of a bar. Very large selection of gin. Rather between friends for a noisy evening than as a couple for calm. The dishes are hearty and tasty. Maybe with too many different flavors according to my personal taste. Super friendly staff and original way to see the chefs at work.

We have always had incredible service! The concept of the menu is made for sharing, meaning the portions are a little smaller than main dishes, so you can taste more of these delicious plates. The drinks are simply stupid The alcohol menu is varied and quality. Little pearl to discover!

The antipasto to start (for 2 people, there are really a lot of things), is truly a must, a real delight for the taste buds. choosing dish by dish as the evening progresses avoids waste. Second visit to Westley, to my surprise the lunch menu is not the same in the evening. Which is far from being a problem :) Like last time, the taste experience was great. The dishes are beautiful and tasty. The decor is beautiful and warm. The only reason for the minus star is the price of the meals which in my opinion is a little exaggerated. The quality and taste are there however, the problem is really the quantities. I recommend people to try it, however, despite the quality of the dishes, Im not sure its the kind of place we visit periodically.

Succulent dish...great discovery

Some dishes are succulent like this octopus carpaccio, but the big fault of this restaurant, in my opinion, is that the menu does not change often enough and since there are 4 choices on the menu, you go around quickly . Uneven service.

Honestly one of the most unpleasant evenings Ive had in a long time. We arrived at 8:30 p.m. on a Saturday night and the music was already blaring (heavy 90s hip hop), we could barely hear our immediate neighbor. Even when shouting, the waitress could barely hear us order, and made us repeat it over and over again. We asked politely to turn the volume down just a bit, but there was no difference. I even think they set it up. The food was very good, but the menu doesnt change. The first service was slow (1:30 after we arrived), but in their defense, the restaurant was busy. In short, we preferred not to order dessert or an additional bottle of wine, in order to leave as soon as possible. I dont think Ill go back there.

Beautiful wedding anniversary evening at the Westley restaurant on King West Sherbrooke, warm welcome, we let ourselves be spoiled by Michael who prepared our dinner for us which we entrusted to him to choose as he wished and also thanks to the sommelier Jérémie who knew how to help us. advise in the choice of wines and we were not disappointed thank you to the whole team and I hope the beer was good at the end of the evening

Great ambiance wide selection of beers and spirits. Great service. A little pricey per serving size(-1/2star). 90% sure they water down their drinks. Asked for a double shot of gin(straight), recieved the right quantity in the glass but it tasted really weak. On the bill only a single shot charged.

THE END THAT RUINS EVERYTHING. We had an unparalleled experience... blow away by the food: a rare explosion in the mouth. Small portions but it was good. The big disappointment comes at the end when we are invited to LEAVE THE RESTAURANT 10 minutes after paying because people who had reserved were waiting. Wow never seen before. Excellent evening! The chefs cut was really good! At $25 I think it was reasonable given the quality of this dish! For the leaders catch was a sea bream. From what I was told, people thought it was a little too expensive at $28. The tofu fries were amazing! The service was very good too! Not haughty and the servers were very friendly. Very nice decor too!
