Amazing sushi, one of the best restaurants we tried in the area :) Fair price too, it was perfect! We cant wait to go back!!

It was our first visit. We chose the all you can eat menu. It was excellent and the choices offered were numerous. It wasn t just so-called ordinary sushi. There was a great variety. The weakest point is the atmosphere, but that wont stop me from going back. Vegetarian options: There were some, interesting choices.

Very nice and airy place for meals with friends. Everything is delicious, and the service is impeccable: fast, warm and attentive!

The sushi was excellent! However, despite the efficiency of the service offered by the waitress, the delay in the kitchen was quite long, which is problematic given the limited time of 1h30 for the reservation.

We have been to this restaurant at least 20 times. We are sushi lovers, but every time its the same: theres a lack of service staff and you really shouldnt be in a hurry. Yesterday, the majority of customers ate with their coats on, because it was very cold in the restaurant. We notified the waitress, but nothing changed. It was long. At one point a waitress came up to us to see if we had received our first platter of sushi. We said yes, but that we had been waiting for the second one for quite a while. She told us that our waitress had left suddenly and that our sushi had not been ordered. It had to be done again. Often, items are missing from the menu. Yesterday was beef. One of our favorite sushi was therefore not available. I also heard the back table complaining that two people ate beef because they werent eating sushi. Its a shame because the BYOB and unlimited sushi option is great, but no one in charge seems to be in charge. I have often made the comment publicly or privately, and I have never heard back from anyone. However, we drive 1 hour to get there... But now, some people in our group no longer want to go there... We must surely not be the only ones to complain, because eating at the restaurant with your coat on, not eating sushi or meal that you want and waiting an interminable time, thats not what youre looking for...

The beef is very good, but we were pressed for time. The waitress is all alone on the floor, doesnt have time to come see us and we absolutely have to be gone by 7am. We have to finish eating quickly and there is no question of having dessert!! Quite disappointing!!

We loved Osé. The sushi and makis are original and delicious. The service was quick, the kitchen was on point, the restaurant was full and we had two courses in 1 hour 45 minutes. (Each service is approximately 15 pieces of maki). With good wine and good friends, the wait was more than reasonable. A big thank you and we cant wait to go back! Yum yum

The food is truly excellent and prepared with care. Every bite is a real treat. However, the service leaves something to be desired. The wait was way too long, which unfortunately diminished the overall experience. With faster service, this restaurant could be perfect. 3/5 stars for the quality of the cuisine, but a real need for improvement in terms of speed of service.

We started with the soups which were frankly doubtful. I dont think Ive ever had such bad wonton soup. The quality of the sushi was miserable and most of it was poorly prepared. I even found a hair!!

Perfect one-on-one dinner party for me.

I have been twice in 2 weeks and the entrance carpet has never been cleaned, besides the floor is very dirty and the dishes are not washed well either, But the sushi is fresh and delicious. Parking: You can park on the other side of the street.

Unfortunately this restaurant is not a true all-you-can-eat restaurant. We only have 2 hours to eat and the service is very long. We are allowed to order only 3 plates per order so in 2 hours you have to make your choice, you wait for the waiter to order, you have to wait for the kitchen for your order to be made and you have to eat!! The 2 hours pass quickly and finally you get kicked out because it seems there are other reservations after us. But the restaurant was half empty. The sushi is disgusting. They invent sushi. I didnt know that peppers went in sushi and even less did large shrimp with avocado. The sushi doesnt even fit in our mouths. I have big heartfelt words and that ended up having to eat quickly. I didnt eat it all because it was disgusting. Its not worth it and you feel like youre bothered.

Excellent sushi but very poor service today. It is written on the website all-you-can-eat menu from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. I arrive at 1:20 p.m. and they tell me we no longer have the all-you-can-eat menu. We reserve the right not to offer it if we judge that there is not enough time left and depending on the traffic (the room is 1/4 occupied) 40 min is more than enough time to get through 2-3 orders. Misrepresentation and theft of money! We are ordered sushi which costs me more than the all you can eat menu for a smaller quantity of food. Driving 40 minutes for that we wont come back here thats for sure. If we had arrived in 10 minutes I would have understood but 40 minutes is not acceptable

Unfortunately, we didnt even have the chance to taste their cuisine before leaving, disappointed and outraged by the deplorable welcome we received. As soon as we entered, the atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. The two waitresses present wore no smiles and seemed overwhelmed by the task. After waiting for several minutes, we finally managed to attract the attention of one of them. Osé Sushi is by far the best place in Sherbrooke to enjoy unlimited sushi! The price is affordable and the taste of the sushi is, as we can say in good Quebecois, bon dans yeule ! Plus, its bring your own wine which saves me from spending on alcohol. Its a perfect place to catch up with a friend over sushi, a little romantic outing or even celebrate someones birthday. I recommend everyone to have the Fanatique, Sapphire and YumYum sushi! The only downside I have is that sometimes their breaded sushi can come out of the oil a little overcooked or that the sushi is too cold (as if it had just come out of the refrigerator), but other than that its is a very good place! Vegetarian options: Being sushi, there are many options that do not contain fish or meat which is good for vegetarians.

I took takeaway because I like to eat there, unfortunately the fried sushi was really overcooked and it wasnt very good, it tasted burnt, I was really disappointed especially since I love eating there -down. Otherwise the rest was very good, I ordered online and it was really very quick! Parking: There are few places in front but there are several in back!

I went to eat with my 2 children and my partner, we had a very cold welcome, the service was really negligent, I had to ask for napkins, in the second course we did not have a plate to eat or any food. water and so on we paid for the remaining sushi and the waitress be boys did not give them to take away even if we paid for them in addition to the initial price to see again What a shame

Shared experience. I love the restaurant when it comes to unlimited sushi. Nice variety and very good taste. I went back there for Poké the other night and I was very disappointed. Very small portion, little salmon in my dish and the flavors were not there. So, I recommend for unlimited sushi, but not for Pokés!

We booked for Valentines Day and asked on the phone what the latest time was to take advantage of the All you can eat and they gave us a place at 1:30 p.m. When we got there, she told us that we could only order 9 sushis. As the menu ends at 2 p.m. We felt like they were rushing to kick us out. She left twice with our sauces when one of us had not finished. You understand the disappointment. We will try to find another sushi restaurant next week to compensate.

We purchased take out sushi from the website. Very good service and no delays. The restaurant was full when I went there, the restaurant seems to have a nice and warm atmosphere but the parking lot is really not big enough and you have to park on the street. The sushi is good but lacks a bit of tone (they were a bit poorly rolled) otherwise no negative comments to say. Nice little sushi place. The sushi is good. The waitress very friendly and patient. Efficient service even though the restaurant was full. In terms of atmosphere, despite it being a Thursday evening, the lights were very bright and the music almost inaudible.

One evening, I ordered at 5:00 p.m. and I was texted that my order would arrive no later than 6:15 p.m. I called at 6:30 p.m. to be told that the delivery guy was leaving with my order and would be there in 15 minutes. To call back around 7:30 p.m., to have the line hang up on me twice, and to be told that Im not the only one eating sushi tonight and to wait for you. Finally, my meal arrived at 7:45 p.m. Lets say that the anger was at its peak when I had an additional error in my order (very spicy dish instead of non-spicy as ordered). In short, I am very disappointed with the latest orders placed at this restaurant. Dietary restrictions: Offers gluten-free sushi/meals. The only reason I order there.

Against: no return after leaving them a message saying that they had forgotten items in my order even though they had confirmed that it was complete - poor management of the backlog when ordering online (obvious overload of their capacities on Valentines Day evening rather than limiting the number of orders per hour) Pro: good prices, interesting quality sushi and chefs choice which was diverse and not filled with fake vegetable sushi. I would still recommend it for non-busy times (check your order before leaving if its take-out), but I wouldnt go back there on principle.

To start, we all received our soups not at the same time! So others finished sooner. After the choice of the chef, Correct. the 2nd round which is your choice, its a maximum of 3 sushi (because we are a large group) Again in the 2nd round, weve been waiting for our sushi for 40 minutes and its 6:43 p.m. STILL LOOKING!!!! I will leave no tips. We wont have time to do the 3rd round! For $37 and 3 sushis + the chefs 10 pieces... Not great! I didnt choose the place, but having seen the reviews I WOULD NEVER HAVE COME HERE!! If you are unable to have groups booked for more than 3 weeks, DO NOT TAKE ANY GROUPS!! I have already worked in a sushi restaurant and I can tell you that I have never given service like that with 4 maki rollers! Reduce the variety on your menu if you dont provide! Two salmon Poké bowls and sushi desserts. The dishes are huge, there is a wide variety of vegetables and the quantity of each of them is very balanced! The taste was delicious. Upon receiving the sushi desserts, I was disappointed with the visual presentation, but the taste, Wow!! They are excellent. We went to the Rock-Forest branch this evening. Disappointing. Here are our comments: During our first sushi service, we noticed that the small sauce containers on our table were dirty. We had to ask for more. During the evening, lots of fruit flies wandered around us, went on our food (on raw fish...), fell into our glasses of wine which was supposedly not wine and which we served ourselves, landed in our face...it was disgusting and very unpleasant. While taking a big bite, I unfortunately found a long hair in my sushi. This was enough to disgust us and make us decide to leave. I warned the waiter and the response received was: for real!? okkkk, everyone in the kitchen usually has nets...For the flies well its because soy sauce is sweet and that attracts them...and he cleared our table. We left after paying our bill of almost $100 in full. I left a tip out of good manners, but I shouldnt have given our dissatisfaction. Im a regular at Osé sushi Rock-Forest and Magog, and I clearly dont want to go back there. Ah, I forgot...Just before leaving, we used the bathrooms. One of them did not work, while the other was in a terrible hygienic state and had run out of paper. Unpleasant experience from our arrival to our departure. I cannot imagine that a food establishment would be in such a state. Food and cooking safety leaves room for interpretation. Good continuity.

Ive been ordering takeout from this restaurant (rock-forest) for about +/- 7, 8 years. From order to order I am always more and more impressed by the quality of the sushi. They are made in a hurry, the quality of the ingredients also changes a lot... every time I showed up for a take-out recently, it took an extremely long time before being answered by a waiter who passed in front of me several times without even greeting me and saying sorry for the wait (which are generally the basics of customer service) I also often had to wait 20-30 minutes after the time I was given. The price is very expensive compared to the quality of the food. In short, I no longer think I recommend it even if this restaurant used to be my favorite.

I took a friend to show her the quality of the food. I tried to book the day before with Open Table, but it seems that didnt work. When we arrived at 12:45 p.m. on a Friday, the Restaurant is full. The 2 waitresses do their best to avoid looking at us. And they do that well. About 10 minutes later, a visibly upset waitress informed us that the restaurant was full; we are also informed that it is not possible to eat at the counter which is free it would have been so much nicer to welcome us and say: sorry we are full

Good original sushi, the all-you-can-eat formula is really worth it for the quality of sushi.

The front door closes poorly which creates drafts, the bathroom floor is very slippery, there is no paper to dry your hands. The service is excruciatingly long (2 hours for 2 courses of 16 sushi). The waiter also stole our menu to give it to a neighboring table, the tables are very closely spaced so it is difficult to sit down and get up without bothering the people at the back. Chandeliers are also potential dangers for people over 5 8 since they are not necessarily above the tables. The sushi is good but nothing more.

Theres food for everyone, even if you dont like raw fish. However, many items on the all you can eat arent available, so choice is quite narrow compared to others. Quality is really good though.

Frankly disappointed with the quality of the sushi, I went and asked for a take out, the wait was 40 minutes on a Monday evening when there were only 3 tables occupied in the lounge. I took the menus of the Chefs choice but as a result, I was told that it was the Chef who would decide which sushi of the day would be included, as a result of the shopping, the cheapest sushi on the menu with cucumbers infusion and disappearing proteins. In short, a detour to forget.

Terrible takeout service! They charged us with sesame sauces that they never put in our order. When I called to tell them about the situation, I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes before someone hung up on me! On the other hand, I have no complaints about the food. Its very good!

Food is amazing and the waitstaff are even better! These poor girls were running around busy as hell. On a Tuesday night! One waitress told us they were behind on tables. She was greeting people at the door and taking care of half the tables in the restaurant. Looked to be about two waitresses working only. From what I could tell. Both very young, both very hard workers! And the diners kept pouring into the restaurant. A lot of diners! Felt so bad for the waitresses. It was only a Tuesday evening. Cant imagine what it would be like on a Saturday night.

I called the restaurant to get information on the lunch menu, they put me on hold for 10 minutes, no response. We decide to move, there is an hour before the end of lunch at will when we arrive at the restaurant. The man at reception tells me that he cannot take us (there are 2 of us), because his kitchen does not provide. I point out to him that there are still two tables free and that if he had informed me when I called instead of putting me on hold, I would not have come. I am very disappointed for a first visit, it is a lack of respect towards the customers there. I dont think Ill come back and be fooled and be told: Because of a lack of staff, we cant take you .

No welcome. 20 min wait without hello. Reservation on site for 7:45 p.m. We are told that the all-you-can-eat menu ends at 8 p.m. What is the reason since you can order the whole menu well later? No interest. The sushi is good but the welcome and service need to be reviewed in depth.

Table reserved for 2 people at 6:45 p.m. and at 7:35 p.m. only a glass of water on the table and when we went outside because it was too long, our waitress was solving personal problems outside! Ciao bye I went to eat at yuzu!

It was my first time there. The size of the spring rolls was not negligible at all. We had decided to take the all-you-can-eat option. However, we were more than half full after the spring rolls Vegetarian options: There are a lot of vegetarian options Dietary restrictions: The menu includes gluten free options. The ingredients are well listed on the menu. Parking: There is quite an extensive amount of parking: directly infront of the restaurant or slightly lower (altitude)

Excellent restaurant, the waiting time may seem long but they must have the lack of employees like everywhere. In any case the food is really good and the service is good and welcoming.

As soon as I arrived, I was charmed by the warm welcome from the hostess. Fast and efficient service. In less than 20 minutes our order arrived. The quality of the food was excellent.

Good place to go at lunchtime.

A busy Sunday lunchtime with just one waitress who did her best. Sushi without any taste even the spider and kamikaze were not spicy. Breading of the breaded sushi too big and soft, tuna not fresh... Only positive point was the shrimp. Tempura.
