Everyone I know who has tried them agrees that it is the best sushi they have ever eaten . I am of the same opinion! Its incomparable! I will eat it more often but it is very difficult (or even impossible) to get the phone line to order. Ah! And its better to take away. Its not so much a place to eat on site.

Best quality sushi in the whole city. Reasonable prices for fair sized portions. I suggest calling ahead if possible since they are usually quite busy - at very least a few hours.

Is anybody alive here? Tried calling 12 times this week with no answer. After reading all the great reviews, I really wanted to try this place. Doesnt seem like these people care about getting new customers. Not acceptable for me.

By far the best sushi in Sherbrooke, sushi king is saying something. Same price or cheaper than elsewhere and remarkable freshness/quality. You must book in advance (several days in advance for Friday ;)). Call in the afternoon. The same evening it can work but you have better luck by going there (and coming back to pick them up later) Its worth it

The sushi is excellent, the price is also very reasonable but the wait of at least 45 minutes at the restaurant when the order was already placed 2 days ago is very ordinary, hence the removal of a star.

Exceptional sushi at very good prices!! But the service is unfortunately exceptionally deficient... The way phone orders are handled is simply ridiculous. And it wouldnt hurt to be clear about your opening hours either.

I have to change the evaluation I made a few years ago... The sushi is still good but the quantities have decreased. Prices have also increased. The excellent service I have always received has declined to very poor. No one looks at me or speaks to me when I enter... I stand there like a thicket without really knowing what to do. To order on a Friday or Saturday, you have to call on Thursday and thats if they decide to answer. Thats it, its a shame but their popularity means that the service and quality have taken a hit.

Not better, not worse, but certainly not better. Sushi no better than at the grocery store. When you sell something, for example fries, you expect better than McCain fries bought at the local grocery store. But it is possible that good sushi is not found in Sherbrooke because it is very similar to what is done in other businesses where this is the only activity. Not to mention the unwelcoming mood of the owners who give the impression that they are being disturbed.

Unfortunately, you have to call in advance for them to prepare them and I have happened to come across sushi that fell apart as soon as I touched it. Also, I tried to order several times last week, without success, my calls were not answered. In short, a lot of potential and quality of cuisine, but lack of rigor and cohesion in the service! It all depends on how lucky you are when trying to order ;)

Excellent sushi at an amazing price. Always well prepared. The value is the plate and they take heart in what they do. Its our go to place for sushi night. I wouldnt eat there (cramped sad space with kids running around) but its perfect for take out. Be aware that they can get overwhelmed (there is one guy only making the sushi) with orders, especially on Thursday and Friday night. Plan ahead. They however generally make it happen in the timeline they give you for pick up. My pet peeve is that its sometime difficult to get them on the phone to order (weve passed on sushi from them a couple of time because of that). If they had Internet menu ordering and pay it would be amazing...

The sushi is excellent, really. Its difficult to place an order by phone, they answer every fourth time and the language barrier is an obstacle every time... but the quality of the sushi is worth it! Express lunches are a real bargain for the fresh sushi you will have!

The vegetables are always fresh and plentiful. Which means that the sushi is much larger in diameter than all the places I have made, but no less thick. 6*

The quality-price ratio of the sushi is exceptional. However, they are difficult to reach by telephone. The place is also not easy to find because the commercial display is very minimalist. Rely on the civic address.
