Such a slow services I had to wait for my order for 35 mins. They don't have bubble tea, then why advertise on paper? Disgusting employees playing around while preparing the order.

Amazing sushi, they take orders and they have freshly made sushi if you are in a hurry. Every time we order it is exceptional. Highly recommended!

I was with my friend who is pregnant and wanted the baby combo on board. We asked the first clerk (long black hair) if it was possible to have it but the latter at first did not know what we were talking about (as if to say that this product does not exist). And when we showed her the product on the sushi shop website itself, she wasnt able to do it because she didnt receive the training. Therefore the first clerk asked her colleague (brown hair with glasses). The latter came to see us and spoke to us very stupidly, telling us that she didnt do combos. So we couldnt have it. This is where we say that the product exists on the site so why couldnt we have it? Plus it was like 5 p.m. so far from closing (which could have explained a refusal). And there, as stupid as ever, the second clerk told us that we couldnt have a combo but that we could have any sushi separately... So if we ask for the combo sushi...we get a combo that supposedly was impossible to make........ My friend and I understood that these young girls just didnt want to work and provide customer service worthy of the name, because we understand that preparing a combo for pregnant women requires paying attention to food etc. just like for a combo for allergic people. You have to make an effort and just do your job, which clearly neither of them wanted to do. The sushi shop is known for having original and delicious recipes but with a s*** service like that I see no point in continuing to spend time and money in such a business.

Unable to specify allergies when ordering on UberEat (the restaurant may block the option). Unable to cancel the order free of charge, so I tried to call multiple times and no response... After receiving the order, I watched my wife take the sushi entirely for herself, certain ingredients were missing such as avocado on certain sushi and those who had it were not ripe a little disappointed with this sushi shop which represents this restaurant chain very badly

Very disappointed with the sushi shop at the crossroads of Estrie... 1. Huge lack of stock, no way to get what you want 2. When we finally manage to find what we can have, we are told that we will have to wait 20-30 minutes 3. After making my childrens meals - 20 minutes later, I am told that they do not have what I need for my meal. I chose reimbursement... It reimburses me the total of my bill to refill the childrens meals, fortunately I dont pay bank charges.

Better service than Delta. The order preparation time is by far the best and fastest in Sherbrooke.

I had the tuna poke bowl (which I get everywhere) still $17 for a fast food take-out meal. The problem is that there was way too much spicy mayo, I couldnt finish my dish. Dosage is essential in cooking.
Instability in food freshness. Today I had some mediocre sushi that I had to throw in the trash. I even found two bones in my salmon nigiri. This is unacceptable.
We cant have a 26 pcs L combo prepared on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday?! Its nonsense.

The tuna tataki burger was bigger and tastier than I expected! The only problem was that some bites were very spicy while the rest of the burger was not at all. The employees, on the other hand, were very receptive to my comments.
The online ordering service is offered for this branch, however when I arrived to pick up my order 30 minutes after ordering it I was informed that my order had been canceled (because they do not hear the sound notification from the iPad application in the cabinet under the cash register..) and that there was now a 50 minute wait, when the 5 employees behind the counter were chatting among themselves.. so I bought my sushi of a competitor!
