Yuzu sushi in Sherbrooke

Good and fresh. The sushi is excellent but can sometimes be poorly rolled.

Order online around 1:35 p.m., Sunday November 17, ask for pickup at 4:45 p.m. We are limited in time due to transportation to be taken at 6:00 p.m. Present on site at 4:45 p.m. for recovery. The person there tells us it won t take long . He serves other customers, time passes, always the same answer it wont take long. After 35 minutes of waiting, he finally leaned over and boom, the tray had been in the fridge all along. No excuses, no time to eat, $50 in the trash, and ironically I also tipped. This was our very first order and it will be our very last. The sushi was ordinary, it looked like the rice hadnt been seasoned.

I live in Orford (50km round trip) although there are sushi restaurants much closer to my home, the distance is well worth the value for money and freshness and the excellent service from the staff.

Very clear descriptions and photos. Very easy online shopping. Order complete and ready on time. Very cordial on-site service. Excellent diversity and quality of sushi. The base rice is EXCELLENT and enhances all sushi. The menu offers a nice variety and the vegetarian and responsible fishing options are interesting. Theres something for everyone! Vegetarian options: The veggie platter is (for the moment) a little disappointing, but the a la carte menu offers a very nice variety of excellent veggie options. Its worth exploring!

Very good sushi (discovery platter, Bao and sushi pizza). As good as Sushi Taxi, but cheaper (and they made a sauce at our request... that looked like Sushi Taxi)

J ai commandé des sushis pour une soirée entre amoureux. La belle soirée que j avais planifier a été complètement ruinée. Premièrement, il manquait des crevettes tampuras dans notre commande. Nos sushis étaient chaud et notre soupe miso était froide. En plus de l attente interminable, nous avons été malade le lendemain. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cette établissement.

I arrived a little early and my order was already ready. Vegetarian options: Easy to find on the menu. Parking: We can never run out of parking. On the other hand, it is often icy. The abrasive is not too good.

First time at yuzu and we were disappointed with the shrimp pokeball 15.99 plus tax plus tip for ultimately a salad with little rice and really nothing for the shrimp which was supposed to be the key element of a shrimp salad. And above all very small quantity abused for this price. Red Chicken offers 3 times more product for the same price. However, nothing to say about the taste, it was excellent. But for the price this will be our last time.

If I could give 0 I would!! We ordered the salmon poke. The salmon was of poor quality, chopped like cat food. And what about the vegetable accompaniment! The sauce tasted like Caesar sauce, in short the worst poke EVER.

Worst sushi experience of EVER my life, so I wasnt expecting some amazing things, or a pure Japanese experience! Just eating good fresh, varied sushi and spending some friendly time with my little family. Honestly, this is the first time in my life that I have left this kind of negative comment. But above all, avoid this brand, its clearly bad, smothered in spices, and frankly not great. The service is not great either, 40 minutes telling us that the order will be ready in 15 minutes. A positive point is to present well without being a reference of the genre. In short, avoid!!! Worst culinary experience since I arrived in Sherbrooke!

Very disappointing poke bowl, $17.59 for a little rice, a lot of salad and 3 slices of cucumber, the taste is good, the tuna is delicious but very expensive for the quantity. Worse than at the grocery store.

We are regular customers and we recommend this place without hesitation! A most pleasant service with a beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff. Not to mention the quality of the sushi which is as beautiful to the eye as it is good to the taste.

Very disappointed with my order. I order avocado sushi online and pay to pick it up later at the branch. I show up at the branch to be told that they are out of avocados and have replaced with cucumbers... not exactly what I want and they dont offer refunds or changes. The quality of the food leaves something to be desired and I found a piece of plastic wrap in one of my sushi

Very disappointed with the quality and service, I placed my order through Ubereat which took 1 hour to be ready, error in my order: I ordered tempura shrimp sushi and I received something completely different and sushi from very poor quality. The sushi was not even properly closed and poorly filled as if it was done in a hurry given the closing time which was close. Out of 22 sushis, 6 are inedible and 6 others are just cucumbers... They explain to me that my order was botched and misrepresented because of the delivery man who had nothing to do with it, I live 3 minutes from the restaurant. Mathias at the telephone service tried to accommodate me by offering me a credit for the incorrect part of my order and I thank him but I will never order from this restaurant again.

Still very good. The Sunday set of 30 pieces is always very pleasant. Sometimes sushi falls apart. But the taste and the service are there.

2nd time ordering from this place... very disappointed to see that there is negligence in the preparation of food.. find a large piece of what seemed to me to be a piece of paper towel. In short, I will stay elsewhere in the future.

Place our 2nd order with you. And disappointed with the order. We like to eat our sushi with soy leaves. We tried the seaweed sheets but we really didnt like the taste in our mouth. I arrive at the restaurant to take our order which took 1 hour to prepare only to be terribly disappointed. The entire order was made with seaweed sheets!! While I had specified on soybean leaf on the phone. The cashier gave me the reason and I quote we ran out of soybean leaves. But she was able to make me a philanthropo, the only one that must be on soy leaf! I dont live near the restaurant at all. I would have appreciated someone calling me to confirm with me if I still wanted to place my order. And not force myself to have sushi with seaweed leaves that I wouldnt like. And the easy, flat excuse. We will take your name and issue a credit. I waited 1 hour to not get a meal! Next time Ill stop having it and demand to know whether or not you have soybean leaves. Of the 3 restaurants in Sherbrooke, we appreciated the taste and the presentation of your sushi. But I admit that I dont really want to come anymore.

Best place! Freshness, quality of service and several choices to satisfy our needs fried sushi is my favorite! I hope to see more :) Dietary restrictions: I liked having veggie or cooked sushi when I was pregnant. I just had to leave a comment or tell them on the phone that I was so that they would be careful about cross contamination :)

I ordered cold spring rolls and sorry but I am so disappointed made with warm and soft garden salad made with matane shrimp salad served with cirrus mayonnaise really they really dont know its what a spring roll with shrimp that is not edible, very mushy for the rest, an egg roll and a very ordinary avocado roll I will definitely go to the competitor

0 Service. We placed an order on Uber eats almost 2h30 in advance, 1h30 later it was canceled for no reason. If you are not able to serve people in the evening, then mark your restaurant as closed. It s okay to be busy, it s not okay to give people false expectations. Then we try to call this restaurant this user is currently unavailable . Its all very practical.

I was a fan of Sushi Shop since their first branch in Magog. But for some time, the quality and level of service had declined significantly. I tried the Yuzu from Rock-forest this evening and I was pleasantly surprised. It was very good, fresh and the service was also very good. I ordered online in advance. A little expensive but its sushi nonetheless.

The longest waiting period to make sushi in Sherbrooke. Children are not welcome in the restaurant during the wait which is 30 min to 45 min for 30 sushi... The attendant asked us that my children sit down, when there is no one in the restaurant . (When they had been waiting for 20 minutes). The taste of the sushi is really basic for the $70 spent.

Very poor quality service, we were offered to replace the nori with soy leaf, the order was returned with an error that we noticed namely nori in all sushi, we were told never to do so. having offered because it is not possible, we are made to look like liars and no commercial gesture or return of the sushi that we paid for and which will go in the trash. Shameful, they supposedly inspected, obviously even this part is not assured since customer orders are not respected. We will never return to this brand and we read their slogan passionate about quality which is displayed on the towels but which is not put into practice in the reality of the commercial relationship with customers.

Way too expensive for what it is! Im not condemning the quality of the sushi which is decent but for $45 for 2 we were still hungry... Its even a bit fraudulent: for $8.75 they indicate 2 spring rolls on the menu. In truth there is only one, cut in two!!! Not stupid Yuzu! You wont see me again!
