Well prepared menu, the dishes are very good and the atmosphere pleasant, what more could you ask for! Ah but yes, everything is vegan The only downside in my opinion is that you absolutely have to book on weekends because places are limited. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available.

Beetroot pancakes are an extraordinary taste journey. The bright color of the beetroot already announces an original dish. The flavors are perfectly balanced, each bite is a pleasure. Crispy, soft, sweet and salty. A must-have for fans of creative veggie cooking!

I am not vegan, nor are any of the 5 other guests, and we all enjoyed our plates! Creative, fresh, interesting and tasty cuisine Pleasant service For me: just spicy chai latte and nourishing eggs benedict! Tasty Japanese pancake and different from our American pancakes! I would go back!

Changed my review since i have been twice after the first incident with the working hours. The food is good, and the prices are ok. The main thing is that most meat replacements seem to be mostly Seitan based, and I kind of had my fill of it.

Probably one of the best vegan meals Ive had the chance to eat in a restaurant! Friendly welcome, the two employees on site welcomed us with a smile and good humor despite the fact that we did not have a reservation. We were planning to eat out and took a long time to make our choice without ever feeling rushed or rushed. They took the trouble to advise of a longer delay in preparing the dishes and our takeaway meals arrived earlier than expected! The pear grilled cheese sandwich was delectable. My smoked salmon dish with eggs benedict was fabulous! The portion was generous, it was very tasty, well presented, colorful! I will definitely go back there when I am in the Sherbrooke area. I recommend with my eyes closed!!!! (The exterior look of the restaurant could use some love. A large industrial garbage container right next to the main entrance gives a bad look and the building, from the outside, appears tired and in disrepair. I dont I would never have suspected that there was a restaurant in this place if I had not been informed beforehand. Your menu and your service are perfect, it would be a shame to give the wrong impression from the outside and turn away new customers. potential.)

This is one my favorite vegan restaurants anywhere, ever. Its almost a weekend ritual at this point. The management and staff are great. The location is cozy and comfortable, with a homey feel (its basically in a house). Coffee and drinks are top notch. And the food is some of the best vegan brunch weve had. Weve tried almost everything on the menu at this point; you can stick to healthier options or let loose on amazing chicken waffles or breakfast poutine. They dont always have Pogos / corn dogs but if they do, get them.

Sauge is a truly charming place, with the most efficient service. Being vegan, my partner and I were really happy to discover this restaurant in Sherbrooke. The brunch menu is well diversified and the prices are fair. Our meal was delicious. We ate poutine with extra chiking, pesto gnochis and onion soup au gratin. Eating without cruelty, it was the ideal place to celebrate my partners 40th birthday. Thank you

Great restaurant, great food, great atmosphere, great smiling service. I chose the Bénédictine with a salad. The dish was delicious and its presentation was impeccable. The prices are fair, you would expect more expensive for this level of quality. I cant wait to go back and try every dish on the menu.

Edit 2023: Great vegan brunch place that has options for everyone. Omnivores and vegans will love this place. Options for soy-free and gluten-free eaters as well. I had the chickn and pancakes and it was absolutely delicious. The chai latte was very good as well. They offer soy milk or oat milk. Reservations are recommended on weekends. The only downside is although the staff is lovely, they did forget a coffee order and one persons soup. We came on a Sunday lunchtime, and tasted some brunch dishes. Everything was excellent. It takes guts to open a restaurant in the middle of a pandemic. It takes even more to also choose a niche that is both narrow and still carries certain prejudices (i.e., vegan cuisine). However, even as an inveterate meat eater, my experience was excellent in every way, and I cant wait to go back. Go there on your next craving too; there is talent in Sherbrooke.

It was worth the 2 hour drive. Im coming back this weekend..when its this good, you have to let everyone discover it!

Best lunch ever

Super good! We had the Chickn waffle & the Béné. Very tasty, original and sweet and salty in both dishes. We took some extra maple syrup for the coffee which we ended up adding to the waffle and wow it was just missing that. The frozen London fog (not on the menu) is a must try. The service was great and the little terrace was nice! We will definitely come back (the 1h40 drive is worth it). The only downside I would have liked more plates with fruit. Only the Classic plate contained it. We came back (second photo) and had the tartare and classic lunch! Cretons are a must!! The fresh and delicious tartare.

Really good restaurant! Finally a vegan restaurant in Sherbrooke!! When we first came here not long after their launch, it was good, but not excellent. We came today almost a year later and they really improved and it was really great. Well return for sure!

It was a very nice gastronomic experience. Some tables are very close to each other, but the warm atmosphere and delicate service will tip the scales towards exquisiteness. The presentation of the plates is very elaborate.
