222 Baseline Rd #374, Sherwood Park, AB T8H 1S8, Canada
Me and my wife France love coming to this place, been dinning here for around 7 years. Best breakfast! The atmosphere is awesome and service is the best. The one waiter Sean is probably the best server I’ve ever encountered. Food is always top notch! Kudos go out to all the staff at this Cora in Sherwood Park, Alberta
The food was alright. Staff was friendly but I didn't get exactly what I ordered. I ordered a meal with scrambled eggs but they put them on a separate plate because they forgot. The pancakes were ginormous but delicious, I couldn't finish them all and I also liked the fact they gave kids coloring books with crayons especially because my sibling gets bored easily. Generally a nice eatery in Edmonton.
We came here for our team breakfast this past weekend, I was so thankful that they were able to have space for our large group. They had great wait staff and were able to take our orders smoothly and efficiently. It was a pleasant experience for our girls. The only reason I took stars away was because I would have prefer that our kids got fed first and because my meal had so much cinnamon in it I couldn't eat it. However the fresh fruit, great menu selections and refreshing drinks were wonderful!!
This location has the sweetest server working there. I wish that I would have asked her name. I was there on the morning of Tuesday, Oct 29. I was her first customer. She greeted me and made me feel at home right away. I was thoroughly impressed with her dedication to my experience. She even helped me find an option that would bring the best protein while also keeping my caloric intake in the range I wanted it to be. I don't know if she is the way she is because of the way she's managed or if she's a leader on her own, but it sure felt genuine to me. I am going to make a point to eat there every time I visit Sherwood Park. Of course, the food was Cora standard, and it tasted great! Keep up the good work.
Dec 17, I'm a long time Coras customer and recently Cora's has started serving French Fries for breakfast. These potatoes are processed and frozen and when pan fried they are nothing but a disgusting mush. Because of this i will return one more time to use up my Cora's point, say good bye to the staff that have made me feel welcomed and then find a new restaurant to have breakfast at. Other than this issue, Cora's has been a great restaurant with exceptional service.
Food was excellent and the service was even better! I don't give out 5 star reviews often and I'm so happy when I get to. I had the 10 Star omelette. It was delicious. We were four, all of us had nothing but good things to say about our meal. Josee was awesome. Friendly, intuitive, and super pleasant, she is definitely meant to have a customer centric career.
An excellent experience. The moment you enter, your taste buds start working by the smooth food aroma. Three cheers for Jenna
I haven’t been here in years but thought I’d meet some friends early morning and this is only 1 of a few places open early in Sherwood Park. The menu is quite large but server was great at answering questions. Not a cheap meal at almost $30 but well worth the cost. I had the bagel and lox with fruit. Quality of fruit was wonderful and fresh. The bagel was just right with a nice portion of cream cheese. The service was top notch! Our server Jenna consistently checked in on us and I never had to ask for refill of my coffee. Prompt service. Didn’t have to wait too long for food. Very clean.
Prices have gone up, but the quality of the food has declined in a big way. I am very disappointed in the forgetfulness of the staff as well. I will not be going here again .
Best place to eat
Great breakfast, fast service.
Sooooo expensive! ordered 1 egg and ham. $16.95!!! Then because I ordered a gluten-free toast it was an extra $1.50. Probably wont be back anytime soon. Food
Shaun is awesome server
Need some improvement on the food and the services, but overall we enjoyed. They still can do better, I guess.
Always a great time at Cora. The service from one amazing guy at the Sherwood Park location always doing an amazing job keeping everyone in the place happy and not waiting for anything. He also has a fantastic attitude. He makes it great every visit. Food is almost always amazing and atmosphere is great. Prices are reasonable and pretty good. Cant wait to go back
Always good. Pretty expensive for what you get.
Always a great breakfast and great service here. Thank you for doing an amazing job!!
Great food and friendly staff
Will not be returning to dine here after a very poor experience. My son had poured 2 packets of sugar onto his paper kids menu. Upon seeing this my partner and I removed the sugar packets from his side of the table and isolated the mess to the menu to ensure it would not spill onto the floor or table. As the server, Sean approached he saw this and took it upon himself to try and scold our 3.5 year old child, approached his side of the table and tried to yank the menu from my child s hands before my partner and I got involved and told him to back off. My son was startled and scared. We told him that we would ensure to discard the paper menu and sugar so that it would not create a mess. And he continued to complain about how he did not like it. He left and came back to the table to take our order. We were so uncomfortable and upset at this point that we considered leaving. He approached our table this time with a change of attitude telling us a story of how he d make a mess of his water when he was younger at the table, laughing it off. He tried to approach my son again and was trying to be friendly - I asked that he not speak to our son. To which he said why he doesn t like me? . I simply put my hand up requesting that he stop. We decided to stay and placed our order. However by the time our food arrived we had honestly just lost our appetite. We asked for the bill and left. My husband called into the manager who apologized and offered us a free meal. But this isn t about a free meal and we will not be returning for a free or paid meal to this location again. This person needs to be removed from serving children or needs to be provided with additional training. It is not the fact that he had an issue with the sugar. I get it, it is not ideal obviously to have sugar spilled but there are countless ways to approach the situation. Accosting a young child as a grown adult is intolerable and inappropriate. In no situation should an adult ever approach a child in a manner that scared them. It is absolutely unacceptable. Eat at this family friendly establishment if you wish, but just know that your child will be shamed and berated for being a child. I really hope the management takes this feedback into consideration and makes it a priority to ensure this individual never does that to a child again. RESPONSE TO OWNER: He did not intend to be aggressive is really what you re going to try and tell me? He exclaimed No! No! No! as he whipped across my son s side of the booth and began to rip the menu off the table and out of my son s hands. Before I physically had to put my arm out between him and my son. My husband also had to put his arm around our son and pull him away from Sean. That s how close in proximity he was to our child. His intention may not have been to be aggressive but his actions including his behavior and tone frightened a child. What would you call that? How can you possibly defend that as management? I don t believe that you are taking any of the feedback from previous reviews including my experience seriously as there are multiple reviews about this server and yet he continues to treat patrons poorly making them feel uncomfortable and upset. I did not want him to manage the situation in a friendly manner after I requested he stop interacting with my son. I wanted him to respect my wishes and STOP taking to my son. PERIOD. He can speak to the adults and guardians of the child. Not the child. I do not care that Jack is a frequent visitor and has had generally good experiences . Those generally good visits which were mediocre at best were cancelled out by the extremely uncomfortable and upsetting visit we encountered yesterday as a family, with our child. Your dismissive, management curated response and attempt to diminish the severity of our experience is highly upsetting. Again, eat at this establishment at your own risk. There are a number of reviews about this server and to date he is continuing to aggravate patrons that are mainly women and children (read the other reviews). Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly
Still one of my all time favourite breakfast places! The brioche and French toast are amazing but the real winner is the mounds of fresh fruit that comes with the meals. You can tell them your preference and get more of one kind than another! One of my favourites is the 1990 harvest! Service is always great and its always spotless when I visit!
Just went here with our 10 month old baby and we are so impressed with the service. Our server Soleil accommodated everything we requested for our baby. Badreddine (sp?) in particular came by our table several times to chat with the baby and took her over to give several free toys and a balloon. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!
Sean was our server. He was incredible! Great brunch. Thank you!
We come here all the time and the service is always great. Shout out to Ryan our server today and Bert for the amazing service.
I recently visited the Cora location in Sherwood and, while the service was great, I was disappointed with the food quality. The bacon wasnt crisp and didnt taste fresh, and the same could be said for the potatoes. I have been to other Cora locations in Vancouver and Burnaby, and the quality of the food there was much better. Unfortunately, this visit didnt quite match the quality Ive come to expect from Cora restaurants.
Always the beat for breakfast!
We were seated and watched our server (Sean?) talking to another employee for roughly 10 minutes then when he finished went to a table sat well after us took their drink order and they got their drinks then came to us. Food was mediocre at best. Only half the potatoes were cooked for both my husband and I. Dont understand what the hype is.
Went out with a friend we both had omelettes. Huge portion served with healthy sides. Really love breakfast at coras
SKIP order The food had good portions but the food was ice cold. The delivery had many stops before it got to me. Took an hour to get to me. Driver was pleasant
To a long time to get service. Foods always great though
Great food and great service
Service was excellent.
Food was great. Ashley was fantastic
Great food, service extrordiniaré, allergy friendly, & family environment!! Parking: Parking is generally good, keeping in mind high peak times on the weekends. There are spaces nearby. The walkway has accessibility & doors are push button capable.
My Mom and I went there for lunch on May 4th. As we were standing in the entrance to be seated we were greated by a young man with blonde curly hair, looking very unimpressed. We asked if we could have a booth, to which he replied I guess I can go clean one... and let out a long sighhh as he grabbed a cloth and walked to the table. While we were waiting and he was wiping the table, a friendly young lady proceeded to seat us. After some debate on the menu, I ordered a grilled pizza sandwich & my Mom a tuna melt. We asked for salads as sides and when we asked what dressings were available, were told only balsamic, thats it.. :(. Not everyone likes balsamic dressing, so dont understand why they dont have at least 2 options to choose from. Sandwiches came pretty quick...side salads had nice presentation with sliced strawberries and coconut sprinkles, however, the lettuce was terrible...definitely not fresh, dry and limp pieces throughout. My pizza grilled sandwich looked quite burnt, I decided to take a bite out of it and sure enough the whole sandwich was ruined and tasted bitter, as you can see in the picture it was VERY well done. The waitress never came by and asked us how everything was, so eventually I was able to track her down while she passed our table and mentioned that the sandwich tasted burnt, to which she replied I guess it does look burnt doesnt it?!! Personally, I dont even know why a waitress would serve this to someone. I decided to have a tuna melt as well, and that was brought out quickly. Extra napkins were scare, besides the one that wrapped the utensils, we asked for more but they never came, so we used the ones under the teapot. The waitress never asked if my mom wanted a water refill for her tea, at one point she actually walked by with a coffee pot and said oh never mind youre drinking tea not coffee, and just proceeded to keep walking quickly, we didnt even get a chance to ask for more water..... I also did witness the boy, with the scraggly blonde curly hair, running his hands through his hair on several occasions while answering the phone and walking around and then bringing plates of food out to tables, which I found very unsanitary, as Im sure he doesnt wash his hands every time he runs them through his hair and delivers food. All in all we were very disappointed for our lunch, especially for what we paid and will definitely NOT be RETURNING to this establishment. We actually came here when it first opened and it was fantastic, not sure whats going on now, but somebody needs to tighten up the reins. UNFORTUNATELY, we wont recommend this place, especially for lunch :(
Took my mother here for breakfast on May 13th. We arrived around 945am and it wasnt busy. We were seated fast and thats about where the good ends. It took a bit for our server to come over and he was nice however he was very concerned with his hair and throughout our breakfast we watched him consistently wet his hair, push it out of his face and that he didnt appear to wash his hands after doing so. I understand hes not directly touching our food but we all know hair can get caught on fingers or come loose and youre doing this while in the kitchen, serving people coffee and standing at a persons table. As a person that works in the food industry I found this off putting. When our food arrived it was not hot but luke warm. Sat there for about 15 - 20 mins before we were able to get our bill. Mediocre breakfast for the price. Not somewhere I would recommend.
I was not happy with my meal. I had a breakfast crepe that had no flavor, was thick and rubbery. It was wrapped so many times. I couldnt taste the filling. The fruitthe on the other hand was good and fresh. Pretty steep price for what I got.
Always our favorite breakfast place.
Thanks for correcting opening hrs on Google good food and service
Very good service. Food was prepared quickly and fresh. Restaurant was clean and server was very attentive ensuring drinks were refilled.
Yesterday I had the unfortunate circumstance of having Sean as my waiter. Not only did he immediately lean in and comment on the text of my sweater, he then proceeded to try and see how much I knew about my schools founder making me uncomfortable. Sean then decided to comment on if my friends sitting across from me were together and how I was alone and he would sit next to me and eat off my plate. He proceeded to constantly come to our table and attempt to talk to us even when we poliety didnt engage. He tried to bring up the political situation about the Oliver renaming, stating that as a child of Greek and Italian heritage where was his recognition. Which wow. We got our food which unfortunately mine was undercooked. Raw pancakes and very grainy hollandaise. When the pancakes were sent back he asked if I was sure this wasnt how the pancakes were supposed to be. After all was done we decided collectively that we werent going to tip as he had made us all very uncomfortable, he then proceeded to loudly ask why we thought his service was bad because we didnt tip him and when we actually tried to answer him, cut us off. Over all horrible, Invasive service. Bland undercooked food. And even with a 50% discount on the food not worth the price.
When your visit starts off with your server (Sean) offering to sit at your table if you give him bacon, you know your Sunday morning is bound to be a treat. Table of 3 and he made each one of us uniquely uncomfortable. From fixating on the rainbow text on my friends chest to my jewelry (which, when not responded to positively, he then negged), to attempting to start political discussions on the renaming of Oliver, to odd and hard-to-stop (as in I had to get mean, literally tell him I do not care and that STILL didnt work) interrogations on the founder of a local campus, to assuming two friends of (assumed) opposite gender seated next to each other are a couple; each interaction with him made the experience worse. Add to it overpriced eggs benedict with grainy hollandaise and half-cooked pancakes and you get a bad time. Made even worse when the server was not tipped (honestly it takes a lot for any of us at that table not to tip), proceeds to loudly comment how oh you didnt like my service? and then attempt to press for answers. No, Sean. None of us liked how you tried to shoulder your way into our table or conversation, tried to steer us into political discussions, would NOT shut up about irrelevant questions or moral judgements on the founder of a local institution, or kept fixating on the two femme-presenting people. To the managers credit, most of the other staff seemed reasonable and friendly, and my friend received 50% off the undercooked pancakes. Wont be visiting Coras Baseline again, unless after 11am and I get enough alcohol to not remember it. For a fraction of the price and twice as good service, Ill be frequenting Tutti Frutti. A shame, as Id love to support a bilingual business, but Im just not interested in an invasive food service experience. EDIT: Disappointing to see the owners defending Sean. His behaviour was too insistent and consistent to be accidental and certainly was not a misunderstanding. ABSOLUTELY never returning given this new additional information and will be speaking to those I know in the Park to encourage them to also avoid. Also, if you dont pay your servers enough to not care if theyre tipped or not, even more reason not to support your business.
Great Service! Great food!
Great breakfast place - awesome service from Sean!
They took the Theos skillet off the menu and replaced it with disgusting other skillets
Dependable and the staff are always amazing. I m always so glad when I get sat in Sean s section. He works hard, is so friendly and I always enjoy catching up with him. No matter who you end up with, the staff are great and in my opinion truly make Cora s in Sherwood Park stand out!
Delicious food, cozy atmosphere
Parking: Large parking lot, but always seems to be 75% (or more) full during business hours. May have to circle the lot once or twice to get a decent spot. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu. Crayons and book at table. Balloon (sometimes) when leaving.
Just a subpar commercial breakfast place. Nothing that will blow your socks off. The staff and service was great
Some spots of the food werent up to par - undercooked bin that was dipped in batter - just let it sit and cook properly at a lower temp and itll cook all the way through. Stop trying to rush the food out. It ends up burnt or just not cooked properly - that includes toast and over easy eggs. No one likes things soggy and undercooked. The service has been okay lately - theyre nice enough but usually have to wave them down for attention. And they seem to not want to give you the bill before you pay so you can see charges. - they just get you up to the til to tap. Not okay in my book. I need to see what Im paying for and make sure prices match what they should. All in all - we will return. The fruit is fresh and ripe
Went for breakfast for actually the first time to Cora. Nice clean spacious surroundings with great food and service. Will certainly be back.
Always awesome. Try the crepes or the Eggs Benny.
I always like to come here for breakfast. Their food is fantastic and the portions are filling. Great place to enjoy good food and great company.
my boyfriend and i came here for breakfast one day and our server sean was just amazing!! usually i hate going out to eat because service everywhere is underwhelming and it s not a good experience. but this guy was just great, he talked to us like we were real people and not just customers and he was sooo nice and funny. love this guy! food was amazing too
Food quality is good. Staff are friendly but not too friendly that they insert themselves into our conversation. I will go again
Great food.
Food was below average, crepes were tough, seems obvious the batter was from the morning and not shaken. Impossible to have a conversation sitting next to two very loud guys. I know the loud customers arent the restaurants fault but the review asks about atmosphere and that is what they count as.
Came in for crepe deal and chose other delicious food .
Was a great experience
Food is great, like every time at every location. This time, our server took our order, and then we never saw her again. Someone else brought out our food, and we had to ask another server to ask for our bill. Our 1st server returned, just placed the debit machine on the table in front of me and waited. I believe she said thank you when I gave her the machine back, that was all.
This place is rundown and showing its age. You get you water in a cheap, well used glass. Service was slow and unapologetic. Prices are easily 30percent too high. Nice napkin wrapping silver ware but if you need more than one you get a cheap, flimsy single ply napkin. The only plus is they bought silver ware thats a little bit heavier than the cheapest
Always a good visit
Friendly staff breakfast was great
Excellent food, service, great quality and large portions. Good value for money.
Fantastic service by all the staff. Food was excellent. Ill definitely come back again.
The meals are always great here and the prices are reasonable. I love the half a plate of fresh fruit on every breakfast.
This place is always great. Weve been here many times for brunch as a couple, or as a large group with the whole family, the grandparents, siblings, and all kids included, which usually means a group of about 20. The service we get is always fantastic, the servers are friendly, the food is always done perfectly, and its usually fairly quick for our food to come to the table, even with such a large group. The food is delicious, with great options and fresh fruit. Weve never had an issue with any dish thats been ordered. If youre looking for a good meal with great service, swing by this place, you wont regret it.
Awesome
Our server was lovely, we went on a Tuesday over the Xmas break and it wasn t super busy. We waited 30 min to order, we were seated over an hour before our food came and none of us enjoyed it. When the time came to pay the manager was terribly rude. I won t be heading back.
Do not order for delivery. Embarrassingly small portions when compared to dining in. Same price though! Fruit is slimy and mushy. Nothing like what is pictured or when dining in.
Food was good, waitress was pleasant, but the manager Mo had some derogatory remarks which both my wife and myself definitely did not appreciate.
The service was okay but not great brought water for tea but no tea bag had to asked for coffee refill
Really great service. Had our little guy there and they went above and beyond to make him smile. Food was good and there was a decent amount of space between tables. Kid-friendliness: All of the staff were so sweet and kind to our little guy on a busy day between the holidays! The food portions were a touch too large for a little one in my opinion but it was good value for your money.
Ill start off by saying the food is as good as always with Cora. However, the service we received was horrible. It took the waitress nearly 20 min to take our order on a quiet Friday morning, then another 20 min just to get our bill and pay at the end. Food
Expensive but good service and food. Minimum $20 a plate
Food is amazing! Always a book a table as the line ups are crazzzy! Service is always great!
Great Service, food was excellent.
Vegetarian options: Good selection of the menu for everyone Parking: Lots of spots available and easy to get to. Recommended dishes Everything Omelet Parking space
So much fruit! High quality food.
Excuse me sir, Im sorry that you had coffee spilled on you and to show you we are going to comp your meal for you. Is there anything else we can do?... thats how its done. BTW it was steaming coffee spilled... maybe lecture your staff on what kind of lawsuits that could bring... instead of sending in your most condescending employee.
Wow I loved this place!! This morning i went with my family and the people were so nice the food was AMAZING! and the smoothies where great!
Food was good. Our server was friendly and attentive.
Kid-friendliness: Kids seem to love picking a balloon. Food
Friendly waitress and great food!
Wheelchair accessibility: Full ramp, wide sidewalk Food
Cant go wrong with Coras...really enjoy their vegetarian options!
The in restaurant food has been amazing but the take out leaves much to be desired...smaller portions and I had several items missing from my order. Really disappointed. :(
This is our first time attending this location, though its been many years since eating at Cora in general. We received outstanding service from Sean, despite how busy it was, he was friendly and we over heard how nicely he interacts with the kids (and we shared that with him too). Kid-friendliness: Server Sean was great with the kids, and there were balloons there that each child could have.
Best breakfast anywhere. Havent found any place that beats Coras for breakfast. They also have a secret menu option for the frenchies... they have creton. Ask for it. Great service, but this location is a bit dated in terms of furniture.
Top 3 places for breakfast for sure. But you cant beat toast.
Excellent service this morning for breakfast! Thank you, Melissa :) The Western-Cheddar Crepomelette was great with Hollandaise sauce. Hashbrowns are sooo tasty...Coffee and everything is just what youre looking for in breakfast. Parking: Lots of parking available
The staff was amazing, the food was just ok, nothing special. I wish they had smaller portions available as I feel a lot of food for wasted.
Always expensive but you get a pile of fruit!!!! Yummy though and friendly staff and clean environment.
Food, atmosphere, and service were all top notch!!
Large group of 8 and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time, hot and delicious. Will continue to recommend it to everyone! Kid-friendliness: Kids love coming to Coras, definitely a family friendly atmosphere
Wonderful service by Josie! Thank you (:
Very good pancakes ngl
Always love going there for a brunch date on Sunday mornings!
our server was Josee and she was excellent - so prompt, cheerful and positive, and the food was excellent as well. Plus we really enjoyed the quite little separate room we ate in which allowed us converse comfortably. Definitely going back
First time,, awesome food, service and pricing
Soleil my waitress was the best! She is prety cool and helped me with the menu :) I would definetlty come back :)
There is no any healthy food
Sean is a rock star.
As always Coras provides a comfortable family atmosphere with good food, great service, and fair pricing. If youre adventurous, the Halloumi Chorizo skillet is a flavour bomb! Food
Always love having breakfast at Coras. Favorite brunch date place. Keep up the good work Cora staff!
People love this place for Sunday brunch... For the longest time there were no Mimosas available, but now they do have them!
Had a great lunch. Service was great, people very helpful.
The food is delicious .
The food was great as usual even though I feel like the prices are getting to a point where I won t pay more. Our server was awesome. She was very personable, attentive, and treated the kids great! Would gladly come back to this location.
Food was good, spouses breakfast was probably a bit better than mine but overall a good experience
Best lunch I have ever had in a restaurant. Above and beyond all expectations. Thank you.
The food was cold.
First time at this location. Plenty of seating at 830 on a Sunday. My favorite item is the Ode to Oatmeal with rye toast. The server we had was great, he kept the coffee flowing.
Really enjoyed our breakfast! Great Eggs Benny! Service was excellent.
Hot fresh and fantastic service !!
Its a family restaurant that tries to feed you healthy meals, and it does a pretty good job of that. Some pretty cool and off best menu choices. Good friendly service and atmosphere. Nice place to take the family. One thing, dont order a burger. I had the brunch sandwich and the burger had a weird after taste and texture.
Always good at Coras
The food is usually always great, but I ve found this location can be hit and miss with service. The first time we went, everything was fantastic. The second time we went, orders were mixed up and items were forgotten. I don t want to rate too harshly in the event that this was just a one off experience.
Fast food, delicious food, friendly service. Will definitely be back
Shawn needs a raise. When the Fast Freddy gang shows up we always receive amazing service. Youll never see the bottom of your coffee cup and Shawn is just a pleasant server in general. My favorite item on the menu is the Fanny. Only thing I can comment on is the floors. Every time I come here they seem sticky like they havent been mopped in forever but they still look clean.
Excellent breakfast. Good portion sizes and menu options. Sean the server is efficient and polite. Thank you.
Love their menu! Something for everyone! Wheelchair accessibility: Right by the door. Food : 5/5 |
Not too busy. Food was delicious and Madelene took very good care of us. Thanks!!
I had a young waitress. Sorry I cannot remember her name. She was super attentive and made sure I was happy with the service and the meal. Vegetarian options: Manu presents many options. Parking: It s at a mall. Plenty of parking. Sherwood Park.
Excellent customer service, friendly and welcoming staff, delicious food. We were a big group service was fast and smooth, our server Ryan was very accommodating to all our needs, and I would also like to mention Mohamed the manager, thats how all managers should be he was very considerate, overall we had an amazing experience, we are definitely coming back. I definitely recommend this location to everyone. Vegetarian options: They have a good variety of vegetarian dishes
Visit was great. Asked the hostess for a quite area and I understand it s Sunday lunch she still gave me a 4 person table in the back. Sever Elysey was very attentive and check on me regularly. Food was as expected for flavour but delivery time was great. Food : 5/5
Womens washroom doesnt smell nice at all.
Great service and delicious food!!
I ve always enjoyed going to Cora s, their food is always so delicious. However, I ve noticed they ve change their smoothie recipe which doesn t taste the same. I hope they go back to the old recipe.
Good food, and a good friend for company makes the noise in the background a distant hum of activity and patrons.
The very best Coras Ive been to in years! What great service! What great food!
Service was amazing. The food was extremely bland with a dirty griddle after taste. Side note the grapes were some of the best Ive ever eaten.
The food and service here is always wonderful. I recommend Coras for breakfast or brunch. Lots of fruit comes with every meal.
Worst experience ever from the start the woman that works there was rude from the beginning and the young fellow followed her with the chastising because I sat down on my own. He quickly came over to remind me that I should not have done that and I was messing with the system lolol all I wanted was breakfast and coffee not a lesson in how to sit down and so I waited for my coffee forever and I decided to leave. If I could give a minus score I would. Never again
Was a large group of us, servers were impressive
Did not enjoy breakfast poutine Half a hot dog is the main meat Some chunks of burnt bacon Very noisy and crammed
Normally we dont go out for breakfast but we had company November 11th and it seemed like a good idea. Coras was a great idea! The food was very good and the place was packed. Yet we still had great service. But Coras went up 10 stars in my opinion for something else. At 11am the sound of the Last Post came across the PA. Within moments every one in the restaurant was quiet and during the following minute of silence you could have heard a pin drop. No one made a sound. My hat is off to Coras for doing this. I will definitely be going there more often!
Delicious and nutritious!
Great conversation with Sean this morning. Keep up the good work!
Staff were so friendly!! Food amazing Kid-friendliness: Brought my 5 kids and the staff were amazing even when there was a spill! Food : 5/5 |
Food was good I would have preferred a different type of potato/hash brown but thats taste there was nothing wrong with them.
Great for breakfast.
The food was great. Soleil, our waitress was very patient and helpful with our many questions ( this was the first time we have eaten at Cora) about food allergies and menu options. Definitely would eat with you again!
Mess with it. The waiter took their job seriously . Refreshing
Always good!! Friendly staff and the food is just delicious..
Good food. Fun staff.
Friendly and personable
Kid-friendliness: My 9 year old loves this place and their awesome hashbrowns.
My go-to breakfast spot in Sherwood Park. The breakfast poutine is my absolute favourite.
Exceptional
Breakfast was an absolute delight. Love the ambience.
Very good, and grand aughter loved her swan fruit! And balloon
Good breakfast platters with fresh fruit. Good service
Fantastic service - staff are friendly and helpful- got a great breakfast recommendation that arrived quickly.
always great food and service. Been going there since 2011
Great breakfast)brunch/lunch spot with fresh delicious items on their menu. Everyone at our table enjoyed the food and our wait staff was good.
It was my first experience but it was good...clean..good food and staff was good too
Food was great! Server could have been better
Food presentation very nice. Quality of food good.
Fantastic
We shared a breakfast sandwich. Too big for 1 person. Very good
Our waitress, Chris, was great! She was friendly and accommodating. Went above and beyond. They have the best high chairs for babies (9 month old). My daughter sat and enjoyed brunch the whole time and I wasn t worried she would fall out.
The banana waffles were huge.
wow everything warm make the big difference thx to do it when i ask extra salt caramel on the side
Their cretons is particularly Awesome!
Delicious n satisfaction in portions size compared to some other locations... good service. Who can com plain in family friendly atmosphere on a Sunday
Excellent breakfast and great service. A bit busy on most days and weekends have lineups almost out the door. Update: I havent been here in awhile and wow the prices have gone way up. Most dishes are in the $20 range and coffee is $4. It used to be a great value because of the fruit and the prices werent ridiculous but now its another story. They added a frequent users card for points but Ill never need that. Bye Cora, Ill eat cereal at home and save my $35/person. Family of 4 for $140
Excellent place to eat
My go to breakfast and Sunday brunch! So many choices on their menu, food is excellent and plates are huge! I have a sweet spot for their cretons, simply delicious! A bit on the high end price wise but size of the plates and food quality totally justifies the price and after all, its a treat! My favorite are North side 137ave and Sherwood Park, nice parking spots!
Great service from our waitress!! Very friendly !!
Iput my review of a gas station by mistake here. About Cora sherwood park, If there is more than 5 stars to rate, I would give 10. The best Rating for the manager mo , to the super friendly staff and different qualities of delicious food.
At Coras go, this one isnt bad service was lacking but I assume theyre short staffed like most places. Food in comparison was slightly below tye average Expected
I have gone here with my family for years. The only other store that compares is the 1 on gateway (same owner) You can expect nice waiters, clean tables, and the bosses are super great. Kiwi is usually on point make sure to ask. Have you tried the hollandaise? Dietary restrictions: They Care. Kid-friendliness: Balloons and activities. Wheelchair accessibility: Ive actually never seen someone in a wheelchair here but it is accessible.
Nice and clean but most importantly, Sean was such a good waiter, fast with a personal approach. Thank you Sean
Good food and service
Service was good, and so was the food. Reasonably priced.
