Ribeye Butcher Shop (Sherwood Park) in Sherwood Park

Friendly staff. Sampled some cooked chicken breast while there it was so delicious. We picked up frozen scallops and a couple of pepperonis. The pepperoni was really good. I was checking out the tomahawk steaks which are really cool. I will definitely go back to get one. Scallops are frozen but big. Havent cooked them yet. Will edit when I get them cooked.

Very disappointed. I went in to get beef short ribs. I was told that 5lbs would enough for 10 people. After they cut the meat they came back and asked if 6lbs would be too much. I said that was fine. This morning I was preparing my ribs and this was what I found in my package. I expect that ribs will have extra fat and that I am not dealing with a tenderloin cut. However I think this is ridiculous. I don t even have enough meat for my guest for tonight s dinner. Will not be returning.

Doug, Brody and Dallas were so helpful! They deserve a raise and christmas bonus! Came in with a video of a recipe my husband wanted for his birthday dinner! They were all throwing out ideas and helped make a very special meal for him! I appreciate all the above and beyond customer service, and cannot wait to return!

We have now tried the Dry Aged Steaks both Ribeye and Striploin. Dry age time / 30 day / 40 day / 47 day / 60 day .... Absolutely Delicious with extraordinary taste and tenderness , just off the charts. Doug once again you and your team has made our experience at Ribeye Sherwood Park not only awesome but fun even if I just drop buy to snoop around. Its like the Butcher shops in your neighborhood from days gone by.

Heard how good their smash burgers are ,and it definitely lives up to its reputation, that was one of the tastiest burgers I have ever eaten!!!

Thought wed try someplace different than our regular butcher. The staff were very pleasant and helpful but unfortunately for me it ends there. The tomahawk steak I purchased was spoiled. It said packaged on the 19th, we cooked it on the 20th. When I opened the package I had noticed an off smell but because this was my first experience with this particular steak I thought maybe it was the large exposed bone that had the smell. After I cooked it, the smell was still there and as it isnt cheap we had to try it, it tasted foul, we had to throw it out. Quite an expensive piece of meat to have to throw out. So staff experience good, meat experience very bad.

Didnt have exactly what I wanted but helped find alternative. 10/10. Female with glasses rude for no reason. Didnt realize she was speaking to me and got snappy. If its the same girl from all the reviews maybe find a different position for her lol

I was installing some equipment, and the food smelled amazing, so I tried a smash burger and fries for the first time. The young lady that helped me did t hear no pickles (I get gassy), but the burger was amazing, and the fries... out of the world. My wife likes the butchered meat selection. Its just awesome.

Have come here many times since they opened in Sherwood Park. Came by this evening not quite realizing they were closed but the young lady behind the counter was extraordinaryily rude and gave us the worst look. We apologized for not realizing they were closed as the door and all the lights were on and open, but she carried on with her her rude attitude even after we had apologized. It was actually pretty disappointing as we really enjoy the local fare here. A simple, oh hey, sorry, we just closed would have gone a long way. Hopefully the next time we come in, theres a more polite person behind the counter. 2 Stars for the previous good experiences weve had and hopefully our next will be better and grouchy redhead manning the till.

I have been on the hunt for a delicious burger here in Sherwood park for over a year now. I would give their burger an 8 out of 10, which is the best I have tried so far. I wish I had asked what was on the burger or that they would have told me, but I will know better next time. I was shocked that no choice is given for toppings and that they are very limited and sparse. But I chalk that upto them being a butcher shop and not a burger joint. The seasoning was perfect and the burger to bun ratio was okay, but more meat, less bun as in most places would have brought the rating up. I passed on the frozen crinkle fries that were exceedingly over priced for frozen and went somewhere else. would definitely go back and recommend to others. They even sell them raw to cook at home! Service was quick and great, place was clean and I got the feeling they could use more business and community support. You can also get 10% off if you show them a receipt from h &w if you shop the same day. They also have a fantastic holiday menu, although its strictly for the wealthy!

Highly recommend trying a smash burger or premium burger from here, so delicious and fresh. You can eat in or grab premade patties to take home and fab up to your liking, we ve done both! While you re at it, make sure to grab an order of their dirty fries too they are amazing. The fellows that work here are great and always so friendly as well!

Best rouladen strips ever! Good width, good length, not too heavy and reasonably priced. The meat did not fall away on the sides when rolled. Tasted great! Will order again.

These burgers are hands down so tasty and filling and the FRIES dude wow knocked it out of the park it s a danger having it in the same parking lot that I work in. You get both quality and quantity and the customer service is great I love this place Highly recommend

Went to go get some pork chops with my son and the attendant Katelyn was clearly having a bad day. She asked us what size we wanted after I answered she got upset with us and not sure why. Anyways I have spent a lot ofoney here and wont be returning

Amazing place. First time going in. Got a frozen rabbit and they were able to cut it into stew pieces for me. Very friendly and amazing customer service.

Grab lunch and your shopping. High quality meats, this raspberry chipotle bacon is awesome. Would recommend the Dirty fries for lunch. Come hungry and try a burger too. Great addition to the park

Burger was excellent. Such high quality beef should be accompanied with fresh cut fries not frozen ones.

Went to the Manning location to find something for dinner. Picked some cannelloni and put it on the counter to look at other things. When I went to pay the owner gave me a free chicken parmigiana. I was blow away! Amazing customer service! And the cannelloni was delicious too!

Came to try the new location and picked up some steaks for tonight s dinner. Very nice store and lots of meat options. Staff was friendly and helpful with everything. Super excited there s a location in Sherwood park

Got some burger patties to grill at home. So delicious and well priced! The staff working were very helpful and friendly too! Will definitely be back soon to try some other items and to return for more burgers.

Tried the new Sherwood Park store a few weeks ago for a couple ribeyes and yesterday for a couple striploins Pricing was on the upper end and I found the steaks just okay..4/10..I ve had better Customer entrance is much too small and crowded.. therefore access to the coolers poor and it appears product in the coolers must be completed at a request to a staff person. The staff were very friendly too bad the products I bought missed my expectations. I ll stick to buying my meat from Costco

First time visiting Ribeye Butcher Shop in Sherwood. While shopping I observed an employee carry fresh cut meats to the cooler with both hands ( no gloves) and the proceed to lean the meat on himself free one hand and open the cooler door. He then proceeded to place the meat on the trays, shuffle other trays and signage and close the door leaving meat slime all over the handle. He looked at his hands and proceeded to wipe the meat residue onto his pants ( not apron) and go back to the food prep area. So although the tomahawk and Ribeye steaks did look attractive, I decided to wipe handle with a paper towel and relay what I had witnessed to another cashier and walked out empty handed. Hope you guys improve! Disappointed

Went in for beef strips for stir fry, and beef was cut in thick strips with the grain instead of against the grain. It was inedible, we had to get take out. If I m going to pay butcher pricing, I expect a butcher not a high school student.

Probably the best steak Ive had in my life and Im pretty fussy. I got the steak lovers box and beyond happy. The burgers are amazing as well. 1000 times better than Costco.

Purchased a ribeye steak watched while it was cut and wrapped appeared on appearance a good steak Bbq the steak and it was as if I bought a round steak chewy and toughest ribeye I ever purchased for 30 dollars

We purchased a steak box. All cuts were very tough. Will not be shopping here again. Total waste of money.
