We ordered food,almost no topings.. Cardboard pizza,save your money and go anywhere else. Try all hours pizza,i can eat half a medium..These guys leave you hungry,wife paid 20$ for chicken fingers and they sent 2... Place sucks..

The pizzas are extremely small, The two for one deal is a scam. if you want mid pizza for a ridiculous price, I would go here. better off to go to Domino s where you at the same pizza for way cheaper. customer service there was no help.

Being a SK native I was so excited to see a location open up here!! Our families favorite pizza place! And I absolutely love the dry ribs. The owner is very friendly and will greet you with a big smile if you pickup in the store. Thanks for the tasty food!

I cant seem to add a new review, so I edited this one. Added the 5th star. They have been steadily improving. Crust it crisp and tender. Cheese more gooey in that yummy pizza way. They take pride in this shop and it shows. Original review below: Well on their way! I, too, am from Saskatchewan and was excited to see a Family Pizza nearby. Staff was friendly, polite and generally excellent. A bit of improvement could be needed on the pizza. The cheese isnt great. I think maybe its light cheese or something. No ooey gooey melty yumminess. Son commented too. And the crust was pretty good. My favourite is North Battleford location, where they still know how to do the edge roll, which seems to keep the crispy crust softer inside. Overall good and I hope they will keep getting better!

This was a few Fridays ago but Im here for a review! I couldnt be more happy with the service and the food we got! We ordered 2XL pizza, a cheese bread and ribs! The ribs were amazing. My kiddos were fighting over them. Anywho they made a mistake on one of our pizza. When I called there were no hesitation or questioning. They were apologetic and said we will deliver another pizza. They rectified the situation promptly and had great customer service. I was so surprised they even called after the delivery and made sure that we were satisfied with our 2nd pizza. Love this local pizza place! Ill definitely be returning!

This place really puts the word family into perspective. They literally treat you like family when you come in. All of the staff are extremely compassionate, humble and kind. I was lucky enough to win 3 pizzas from Family pizza and my family was thrilled with how good the pizza was! The crusts were great, I loved the taste of the sauce (and I m super picky), and they were perfectly cooked. We ll definitely be buying pizza from Family pizza more often!

They don t use real pepperoni. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was a deli ham under the cheese. This is cheating in my book. I was disappointed when I bit into it and realized it wasn t actually pepperoni. I did enjoy their salt and pepper chicken wings. That I recommend. The service was friendly as well.

We won the draw last night at family pizza for a free large pizza and a side. We ordered the pepperoni pizza which was very fresh and delicious. For the side, we had apple and cinnamon sticks which made the perfect dessert. We will definitely be ordering from family pizza the next time we order out.

I have lived right down the street from this location for the past 6 months and just tried it for the first time the other day. Food is top notch quality. Prices are good, which is hard to find these days. Very clean establishment. Customer service is phenomenal. The lady that runs the place is super pleasant. Never would I ever order from a pizza chain again. Please give them a try!!!

I was very excited for this place to open as family pizza was a favorite of mine as a child. I ordered a meatball pizza and an all meat. The meatball pizza was missing the cheddar cheese and both pizzas were a bit light on the sauce. This is the reason for the 3 star rating. The pizzas had the right amount of toppings, price was appropriate, and service was friendly.

Terrible pizza. Tough dough on crust, very little pizza sauce, toppings were fresh (pepperoni/gr pepper and the chicken taco) but nothing special. Also got dried ribs and cheese sticks. Thought we would try a new place since the business is new but sadly we are very disappointed in the qualityand wont retun.

I ordered for takeout, wasn t sure if they were opened, the sign was off, immediately when I walked in my daughters and I were greeted by the men working, he asked if I placed an order already and explained that I was receiving two mediums for the price of the two small I had ordered. As I was about to pay, my youngest daughter asked for water, and I said no. (we are close to home) It was extremely hot out today though and the gentleman working said she could have the water for free. The service was great and when I came home pizza was pretty great too. I ordered the chipotle pizza and a ham and pepperoni. Both had a good amount of sauce and the crust was good too. It was baked perfectly. I ll be back! Great job you earned me as a customer today!

Glad to see a childhood favourite back! Ordered several pizzas today and was very pleased. As someone who has dietary restrictions, the gluten free crust was great and much better than a lot of other places. The toppings were very fresh and the pizza had just the right amount of sauce. Super happy to see this gem in town, a great deal for delicious pizza. The sauce is really flavourful and not too overbearing, fresh delicious toppings and a big menu. Pizza is unreal! The pizza sauce is tangy and they dont hold the cheese, where some pizza places seem to think that it will taste the same if you limit the amount of toppings.... The pasta is incredible as well! The parking lot is challenging but worth the fight to get quality good.

5 stars isn t enough. whatever you do, order their pouting. it is next level. on top of that, their deep fried pickles came to me warm and not soggy, their wings were fantastic, and their pizza was amazing. will order again and again

Family Pizza is the perfect pizza place to order for you and your family. They have everything you want, plus their own style of classic pizzas are fabulous

The pizza is good but that s it. Everything tastes like it should but it s not amazing. It almost tastes as if everything is pre-made and frozen but tastes exactly how you d expect it. It s a decent place for basic pizza but I prefer other places more. The workers are very friendly and welcoming and it s close to home so I will be back if I want basic pizza.

I grew up eating Family Pizza as a kid back in Saskatchewan. when I moved to Edmonton 20 years ago, there was no Family Pizza. Now that there is one here in the Park, that s the only place we order pizza from now! That s usually once a week! I love it so much!! Tastes just like It did 20 years ago! Delicious! My kids love it too! The pasta is also very good! The service is great! We even got complementary wings one time. Just over all great!
