Been a fan of Sherlocks Pubs for over 15 Years and really enjoy the SP location and its service staff, food menu and friendly atmosphere!

Did last call over an hour before what they said their closing time was

Madison was amazing! She handled our big party with ease. Great service, great atmosphere. Thank you for making our event go so smoothly.

Madi single-handedly took care of our group of 25+, effortlessly, she was spectacular at keeping everyone s drinks full, providing suggestions, and keeping track of who is who, and she was a delight to be around all while doing it. Also compliments to the chef, the butter chicken was absolutely spectacular.

Very good, bit expensive.

Jamie is the heart and soul of this pub. I come from time to time to this location, and each time, Jamie is the driving force of an outstanding expierence. Her service is charismatic and personable, and her energy electric, but not overbearing. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and each expierence feels tailored to each individual, yet cohesive for the group expierence. Drinks never hit empty, and food is timely, often with recommendation and assessment from her based off any preferences or dietary restriction. She is warm, assertive, funny, and undeniably a master of her trade. Always request her section!

Love sherlocks. Cat has been my server numerous times and she is outstanding. Some of the best service ive recieved! The dry ribs are fabulous and so are their ceasers. Open mic/ kareoke is always a blast. If youre coming here, ask for cat as your server and you wont be disappointed!

Madi is an excellent server, super hilarious and always a good time, if you go in make sure you get a chance to meet her!

Got takeout. Family quite enjoyed the pizza and burgers. Not sure why a review of 3 of 5 showed up. Everything was tasty!

This was just the place my wife and I have been missing in our lives! The food was amazing, all of it tasted like a delicious home cooked meal. The service was awesome these guys really work as a team! And there was live music which made for the coziest and most inviting atmosphere. Review written by said wife.

For the price I expected the food to be a lot better. The burger itself was really bland. My friend got a cabbage bowl and she had to use salt because it literally tasted like nothing. Disappointed

Very friendly service my shepherds pie was tasty but a little dry had no gravy on meat but tasted fine. Fish and chips excellent and side gravy was yummy put it on the shepard pie lol.

Went there twice...second time was to give it a second chance. Food is meh, way too expensive for subpar food. Service was terrible, both times we went, different servers. We wont be going there a third time.

Good food, service and specials. Its a nice change from the normal pub food in North America. Food

Beer was good. Service was great. Horseradish was nice. Mini Yorkshire puddings seemed to be a factory creation. The beef was...beef. No gravy? WTH? The place is showing its age. The table top is scarred and sticky away from th centre. Upholstery has seen better days. For the prices, they should be doing better. Go to O****s.

I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was one of the better buffalo chicken sandwiches Ive ever had. It had great flavor and the level of crunch was perfect. Will definitely be back.

I have met friends for lunch 2 times, have been served by 2 different young ladies who always help make the experience even better. Well trained, well hired staff. Really enjoyed the DLT on this recent visit.

Very busy but friendly and accommodating.

Waste of money. First and last time trying this location. Forgot the pickles we ordered to start with. Ordered a med-well steak and got medium rare. Come here if you want a sandwich made with giant stale piece of bread and dried crumbly meat paired with a half dried out pickle. You can tell the food is exposed to air for a long time not being properly rotated, which is really nasty. Oh dont forget your cold broken fries and chunky gravy. I dont like to waste food so atleast I got some leftovers for the magpies if they will even eat it. Go to the downtown location the food is WAY BETTER.

Super great place.. I love going there to watch hockey, and the pizza is awesome, along with the rest of the menu. The bar tenders remember you, Carla, and James are a delight to see whenever myself and my wife walk in. All-around 5 stars

Mimosa flight and service were great

Went on pizza night and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Four of us shared 2 pizzas. Both were great. Service was very good too. Server knew a lot about the beer and made sure our coffee drinking friend had everything he needed. Food

Great place to hang out with friends and family. The food was great, the staff were friendly and the service was very good. My only complaint would be portion size was a bit small. Not a deal breaker for me, so I will definitely be back.

I was excited to try this place out when it opened up near me but honestly the food was underwhelming. Mediocre at best. But it s still a good place to grab a drink and play their wide vlt selection.

Went to the Sherwood Park location to check it out for lunch this past Sunday with my husband and my in-laws. We recommended going because the food at the downtown location has always been amazing and delicious. Weve been there dozens of times. Unfortunately at the Sherwood park location our food was just awful. The two of us that ordered different types of burgers had the driest, almost incinerated patties Ive ever tasted. The steak was over cooked, dry, hard like leather. I even had crispy edges. We all thought someone must be playing a joke on us because we were in disbelief a restaurant would serve the food the way it came out. I can understand one meal being off but all 4 meals. If it would have just been my husband and I we would have paid for our drinks and sent the food back and then left. yuck

A fun place to eat and play trivia!

1st time going last week, really disappointed as we heard great things. Food came out cold, everything was over cooked and not very good. Service was very slow for it being an afternoon. Layout and Decor is nice.

Don t get me wrong. We love this pub in Sherwood Park. But we were there March 24, 2023. The waitress was great. Kept checking in on us. We ordered nachos. They were the worst I have ever had. Lots were burnt. They were so very very skimpy on the cheese and toppings. And they were $25. I will never order them again. We order nachos lots at various places. But these . We didn t say anything to the waitress because we were there with others. So we just ate them. We love eating at Sherlock s. We will definitely be back. Just will not order nachos. And the restaurant was not busy. The singer was great but talking was a challenge because the music was soooooo loud. It could be turned down a notch or two. But we do love the live entertainment.

A group of us went, there was a good waitress that was on top of things all night. Looks like an okay gluten free menu but I only tried the butter chicken. First they brought it out with nan bread and had to go back to remake it, then while eating I found plastic in my food, a sizable chunk too. They did comp my dish and one alcoholic drink but that stuff shouldnt happen at all. The butter chicken in my opinion wasnt the best and at the time only one gf beer option. If I go again Ill update this and call that trip a scratch of bad luck.

All around great experience! Friendly, professional service from Makaela was appreciated after a long week. She recommended the bacon cheddar mac&cheese which was excellent. The special, prime rib, did not disappoint! For a casual atmosphere with excellent food and service, choose Sherlock Holmes Pub in Sherwood Park.

Had an amazing experience yesterday. The service was epic as our server, Arden was on the ball at a busy time. Live band was great. I would highly recommend this place. As it was my first experience there. :)

The food was good but the service is even better. Our server Peyton was absolutely amazing! Throughout our visit she was attentive, kind, and gave great service. My son didn t like his meal (he s seven and picky) she was quick to make sure he was taken care of and got food that he liked. I would absolutely recommend going here.

Had the bangers and mash, and the scotch egg, the were great!! Service was top notch, and live musician Jason Cheesman was a nice touch

We were a large group, 14 or so, my family and I after our fathers/grandfathers funeral. We had a private space where we could all be together. The atmosphere was perfect for us. The staff and the service were great. Everyone agreed that the food was really good. No complaints except to maybe consider getting some Don Julio or 1800. But really, we all appreciated all of you.

Get pub, great food, excellent service. It was a busy St. Paddys with almost no seating available but the servers were quick as possible ensuring drinks rarely went empty. The food was delicious and filling, just slightly over-priced on some items.

Very attentive and friendly staff. A really beautiful place. Pub atmosphere, with booths and a noise level I could handle, haha. Ill be back.

Great spot!

I really like the atmosphere of this place; Im not sure why but I find it very homey and welcoming. The food there is pretty good and there is live entertainment there on the weekends. I really adore their chicken strips and fries and also the shepherds pie. I brought some friends there awhile back and they really liked the place too. The staff there seem pretty nice too and the place does seem to get good business. I also like the fact that there are no minors allowed. The only downside I saw to this was when I went to the restrooms; they were down a small hall that had, at the time, these large barrels sitting in the hall. And I was thinking about how that could possibly pose issues to someone with mobility issues or someone who has a wheelchair. But other than that, it was all very nice!

It was an awesome time! I took myself out for a nice lunch and decided on here. The server was amazing and always super great! Food was delicious I had the firecracker burger with sweet potato fries and one of the specialty mocktails. Great food and a great, clean, friendly, building and staff. Would recommend.

The food was good, reasonable prices. We finished and left when the live music started. If we were just out for drinks the music would have been more appropriate but for dinner conversation it was overbearing.

Not sure what is up with the waitresses waitresses in this location, The last few times we have had a rude experience. The brunette waitress wouldnt even ask us if we wanted another drink wanted another drink, how our food was l, asked for lemons ,she never bothered coming back wouldnt even make eye contact with us.. I dont think this place is going to make it.

Amazing staff and always friendly, best food in the area, atmosphere and music are never boring and the trivia nights never fail to entertain, all in all one of my favourite places to go hands down

Now dont get me wrong, I LOVE salt, but between the salt added to my fries in the kitchen and the succulent au jus accompanying my beef dip, I was pretty dessicated after my beef dip meal. I also thought the sandwich could have been on a slightly less massive roll as the bread to meat ratio was a bit high. Other, no complaints and my beef dip was delicious!

The ambiance of the restaurant is great and cozy. Our server was very nice and our food was great too. My favourite was the bread pudding! I would recommend this to my friends and family :)

Have only been to this location twice, but both times the food & service have been excellent. Big thanks to our server KC last night my mom loved her double Caesar and the summer corn & herb soup was soooo good. Fabulous evening thank you!

Went in for a quick drink, I liked this location over the downtown location. Drinks were cheep and poured well.

Great pub. We were there for a stag wind down and the waitress was very attentive. According to the hangovers the drinks were great and I know the Yam Fries were fire. The only thing that was an issue for us was their live music. It was obnoxiously loud and drowned out almost everything in the pub.

This is one of the best pubs in the Edmonton area! So glad its in Sherwood Park! Comfort food, great beer selection and amazing staff & leadership! Only complaint...their wine provider doesnt pick good ones. Would love to see it on a monthly rotation.

Such a great atmosphere! The patio is amazing when were lucky enough to have nice weather, and the inside is equally enjoyable with a staff that truly cares about your time spent here. Sherlocks is the place to go!

Loud music for dinner Heavy metal screaming music Waitress was great but not enough staff. Two girls called in. And the girls there were hopping! Ordered steak sandwhich which the waitress recommended. I asked for well done. Came out red and blood on my plate. Asked for dill dip said they had dill dip but no dill dip asked for gravy. Gravy was brought out at the end. Luckily My bf ordered gravy and I used his. Bf finished his dinner and two beers before my steak came back Came back microwaved and no taste. And hard. Didn t eat it Food was comped. First time eating here but won t be back atmosphere and food were not in our favour tonight . The only reason I gave two stars is our waitress Callie was awesome and apologetic

Don t have the shepherd pie

Our server was awesome and the food was ok. The dry ribs were tasty and greasy. The spinach dip was very rich and packed with flavour, we got it with bacon and chicken. The yorkshire puddings were missing horseradish, it was just chewy beef in a yorkie cup. The drinks were tasty. One major criticism is your tables. When many customers (as the server stated) complain about how sticky they are...perhaps you could take an evening and remove the primer... No one likes sticky tables in a restaurant, it makes people think it is dirty and it isnt a pleasant feeling to peel your arms from the table.

The drink selection is good, but the staff behind the bar seem to think they work in a dance bar, not a pub. Were hear to visit with our friends, not shout at them over the loud music.

At 7:45PM our family walked into the restaurant past the 2 minors welcome signs on the door. We were quickly met by a server and told that minors are not allowed in after 7PM. I have no issue with the fact that there are restrictions on the times but please have proper signs on the door to save the embarrassment and negative experience of walking in and being told we are not allowed.

Great patio, clean dinning room. Food was good drinks were cold. All you can ask for from a pub.

Greatest bar in the park in my opinion. Food is great, beer selection decent. Only suggestion I have is to turn down the volume on the mic and speakers during your events. Its so loud you cant hear the person across from you. We normally have to leave for another pub when your trivia starts or band starts playing.

Food and service was great fun atmosphere with usually something going on like trivia or live music. Bus to the Oilers game as well!

Surprisingly this was my first time here since they switched over to Sherlocks. Since I used to go to Rose n Crown all the time before I k ew I was going to get Shepards pie anyways as its always been great there. They have plenty of beers on tap and lots of vlts as well. Comfy chairs at the wood which is nice and the service was great. Ill go back for sure now and not sure why I havent been more often.

The fish and chips is really good

Very quiet, which was ok cause it was a monday evening. However the waitress didnt come by much at all. Large gaps between ordering drinks then food then bill. The drinks were all ice. Both meals ordered werent very good. Probably wouldnt go again

This is a great location. Love the decor! The food menu has great selection and there is a large selection of beer. Our server Creation, was very attentive and fun. Will be returning to this establishment!

Good place and well maintained location and service

Samantha was excellent! Will definitely be making this a new favourite spot. Love the authentic atmosphere and both the drinks and the food were amazing. Cant wait to come back!

KC is hands down one of the best servers I ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We come on Sunday s because she is usually working. They always have our favourite beer on tap (Newcastle) and my husband is a huge fan of the scotch eggs! Also, best chicken fingers ever!! So happy that Sherlock Holmes came to Sherwood Park.

Our hostess Holly W. was amazing. The fish and chips are better then blowers and grafton. Thanks we will be back again for the same meals.

Amazing place but the waitress says they make them laugh if the customer doesnt tip the waitress loses it from their own pocket. Thats wrong. I will not be returning felt guilty into over tipping after my drinks were made wrong just felt ripped.

We had our Christmas party as Sherlock Holmes Pub and they were extremely accommodating. It was the easiest Christmas party Ive organized. The food was great, the desserts were a yummy surprise and the service was superb. If youre looking to support local this holiday season I recommend Sherlocks. You will for sure be greeted by smiling faces and tasty food.

Sherlock Holmes Pub was not bad. Standard pub fare, the service, food and atmosphere were good. Will certainly go again.

Awesome patio in the summer, and tons of seating with some more private areas inside as well. Yummy comfort food and huge beer selection as well! Come for trivia Tuesdays and open mic Thursdays!!
