ZIGLE Korean Bulgogi Restaurant in Sherwood Park

Took my friend here for the first time for their birthday. We had the bulgogi set, which was really fun to cook at the table and was a good portion for two people. Will definitely consider going back in the future!

Loved every dish. The spicy tofu was cooked to perfection. Service was quick and the server was very nice. A great place to eat in Sherwood Park.

I had the pleasure of dining at Zigle Korean Bulgogi, and I have to say it exceeded all my expectations. The food was absolutely fantastic every bite was bursting with flavor, and the quality was top-notch. We had the pork belly bbq and the brand new chicken soup dish. The presentation of the dishes was on another level, showcasing great attention to detail and care in every plate. The service was equally impressive friendly, attentive, and always ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. The team truly made us feel welcome and valued throughout the visit. I will definitely be back and can t stop recommending this place to everyone I know. If youre looking for a memorable dining experience, Zigle is the place to go!

What a great local restaurant. Food was awesome. A little mixup with our order, but quickly rectified & a couple comped appies for the error. So delicious- you have to check it out if you want to try Korean food. Definitely recommend! Parking: Free

This is an authentic Korean restaurant, somewhere halfway BETWEEN a regular Korean restaurant and a fancy Korean BBQ place Not a Canadian Korean restaurant It is beautiful, clean, and upscale. The food is fantastic. The service is incredible However, if you are looking for a Korean BBQ, this ain t it, even though the food was cooked in front of you, it is NOT BBQ If you are looking for a regular bibimbap, this is not it either This is almost like one of those fancy drinking place actually in Korea with very good food and LOTS of alcohol. If you been to Korea you know what I mean But we were there early in the evening, not much drinking in the place when we were there, and very quiet, even though it was full Nevertheless the Korean alcohol selection is LONG. If you want to try authentic Korean beer and soju, this is THE place The bulgogi is how I remembered in Korea, just perfect I shall definitely try to pork belly next time The tea is a little weak, I don t care for it. But that is how they like it in Korea. And it is free A must stop in Sherwood Park (Be ready to pay, 2 people and run up over $100 before the drink) BTW I almost forgot to mention, they even give out those silly Korean bibs my kids love them. It is hilarious you don t get more authentic Korean than bibs

So fantastic! Food is amazing - fresh, great portions and well spiced! Lots of options even if you dont like spicy food or are vegetarian! Staff are attentive, friendly and considerate! Very clean , modern place. Wide open concept so you never feel crowded by others and can have privacy at your table. Four people, with mini mandu and chicken wings appetizers and 4 individual dishes came to about $115. We were all stuffed and two of us left with some of our food. My 80 something parents can be picky eaters. It was there for the first time there and in the end, their plates were clean! My mom loved her creamy shrimp and my dad loved the chicken wings and his bulgogi bowl. We will all be back! Vegetarian options: Lots of tasty options. Parking: Lots of parking in the evening when other businesses are closed.

Ive come here a couple times while in Sherwood Park for work. The bulgogi bokkeum bap is my favorite. I appreciate having different fruit sodas for a non-alcoholic option that isnt regular pop or water. The place is very clean and the staff are friendly.

Menu can do a bit better. Flavor needs to be enhanced more. Was expecting soup menu and something more than bulgogi ... buts basically what they have. Kinda pricey for what they serve. Service was great though and i like the atmosphere.

What a great restaurant! We had the best dinner and the service was wonderful! Everything is fresh and tasty. Our server walked us through the iPad and menu, which has pictures and great details of each dish! It was a really great experience!

Went for a team lunch with my work. Was able to get an reservation for 10 people without issue a week in advance. Service was great, it was nice having the touch screen to place the order so you knew there were no errors. Food was delicious and came out quickly. Decor is a bit plain but overall had a great experience and would go back again.

Food and service was excellent and fast! I cant remember what we had exactly but it was very good. Servings look small in the pictures on their menus but I was satisfied/full. My sisters was enough for a take away. Not a huge fan of the iPad menu, but it does work and I will certainly be back!

We were out as a family of 3 and we ordered the pork belly to share . It came with veggies and dipping sauce, it was incredible!!!! The service was amazing, very sweet and helpful especially if you have never had Korean food before .. we will be back . Food

4 of us came here to have dinner. The food was good- however the only reason I didn t give 5 stars is because our starters took a long time to come out and also they were both cold -we got the kimchi fries and chili chicken to start, to share, and the fries were lukewarm and the chicken was actually cold like it had come out of the fridge :(. But our Zigle bulgogi was hot because they cooked it at our table. However the main dish that our friends got was the pork ribs and they took so long to come that the waitress brought us 4 complimentary shots of soju to apologize. My husband and I had already finished our bulgogi and it was probably half an hour later that the ribs came. But again, they were very tasty.

Tried it today. Bulgogi Signature Zigle for $56 wasnt worth it imo. For the amount of veggies and sides that come with (rice not included), we found the portion to be skimpy and overpriced. Interior was nice and clean, our server was friendly. However, I dont think Ill be back.

This was the best Bulgogi EVER! The Kimchi in rounds was delicious and crisp while being turned into round bite size portions.

First time out and had a wonderful experience! The chicken wings alone were worth the trip( we had sweet chili. Going to try crispy chicken and rice next time!) My wife had the grapefruit chiller cocktail, which will definitely be a reorder! We had the bulgogi special for two, which was an amazing amount of food. To top it off the service was amazing. Our server explained the ordering process, made suggestions and even helped cook the food at the table. It was refreshing getting a level of service that made the tip option a no-brainer. A non-chain restaurant with amazing food and service!

Delicious Korean food! We stopped from out of town to eat and were thrilled to find this restaurant. No wait to be seated and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and ready to explain how to use the ordering software available on tablets at each table. The food was hot and fresh with quick turnaround from order to table arrival. Admittedly, we went the street food route and had: cheese tteokbokki, fried mandu, kimchi fries and sticky sweet and spicy chicken. Forgot to order rice but the two of us were stuffed by the time we finished, so it was fine. The food had great flavor and I loved the fried fishcake on the top of the tteokbokki! Didnt snap a pic of the food, we were too hungry to stop for a snap, but did get one of the refreshing pineapple soda...so tasty!

Super impressed at the pleasant servers, and the menu was electronic so you could browse without feeling pressured to hurry and make a choice. Because we were with a 4 year old , we were happy to see that they catered a little to children and she could order chicken nuggets and fries. The servings were generous and served hot from the kitchen. The 4 year old was given an appropriate plate and utensils, as well as a unicorn themed tumbler. We all left feeling super satisfied, and we had a lovely server whom I think was Grace. Would certainly return again if we visit Edmonton!

Enjoyed going to this restaurant. Food cooked at table. Service was excellent. Love the Bulgogi beef, seasoned perfectly. The restaurant is very clean and well organized. The person serving explained the process in detailed to make the experience easy and wonderful. Tables for larger groups and for smaller numbers. We have come to love Korean food and hope there will be other Korean menu items as the restaurant grows. Looking forward to our next trip to this great restaurant! Having just had a lovely lunch at Zigle Restaurant with friends, I can highly recommend it. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was thoughtful and courteous. It was an all round excellent dining experience, in a very nicely designed restaurant. The food was delicious in flavor and beautiful in presentation. I will be back to try more of the yummy offerings on their menu.

Our group of four went for lunch to Zigle today. Three of the four have eaten a lot of Korean food, including in Korea and they were impressed and delighted with the authenticity and sheer tastiness of the meal we enjoyed today. And the one party member who hadnt had a lot of Korean food before is now hooked. Zigle is beautifully appointed, immaculate, and our server was fun and friendly. This is a great restaurant and we will certainly go back soon to try some of their other dishes.

I recently visited this restaurant based on a friends recommendation. From the moment I walked in, the owner greeted me warmly and was extremely friendly. They specialize in jeongol, which is Korean hot pot, rather than offering too many different dishes, which instilled confidence even before tasting the food. The dishes were meticulously prepared and tasted just like it does in korea. Highly recommended! I went here recently because a friend recommended it to me, and the owner greeted me warmly and was really kind from the moment I walked in. They dont cook many types of food, but they specialize in hotpot, so I felt trusted before I tried it. The food was neat and delicious, just like eating at a Korean restaurant. I recommend it

Got take out from Zigle today and it was fantastic!! Ordered the bulgogi japchae, bulgogi gungjung ttekbokki and the sweet chilli crispy chicken. The ttekboki were pillowy soft, the japchae had a great ratio of noodles to meat/veg and the crispy chicken was phenomenal!!!! The lady at the front was very helpful and I got my order in under 15 minutes! Great service, superb food and will be back again!

This place is fantastic! Lovely atmosphere, and very convenient ordering from table! Went here today for lunch for the first time and was super impressed. Rice bowls for lunch are very reasonably priced and delicious. The iced coffee was also amazing. To top it off their cutlery and dishes are stunning! Highly recommend trying this gem

There is a fantastic Korean restaurant just a few minutes away from Edmonton. I am so glad that I saw the TikTok video about the opening of this new restaurant, which has quickly become one of my favorites. Even though I live in the city, I believe this place is worth the trip. We recently had a birthday party there with a large group, and the service was incredibly fast. The bulgogi dinner was an excellent value and perfect for sharing, but we ended up sharing everything we ordered. The sweet soy crispy boneless chicken was absolutely the best Ive ever had. The coating and the cut of the chicken were perfect, and it was so tender and delicious. We could have eaten so much more because it was that good. I loved all of the dishes we tried, and I cant wait to go back for more. Come hungry, and one unique feature of this restaurant is the tablet ordering system, which I really enjoyed. I personally appreciate the convenience of being able to place an order immediately while Im in the restaurant. The food was fantastic! Bring your friends and support this amazing restaurant, unless youre still sleeping in it!

My mother in law is a Korean chef and we are pretty picky with restaurants however we really enjoyed it here. It was very tasty with a mixture of new and old school menu items. I highly recommend it.

We were looking for a good spot for some Korean food - we were surprised to find a Korean restaurant in Sherwood park! When we entered, we were impressed with the cleanliness, modern decor, and warm welcome. all the tables are set up with an easy ordering system as well as grills that are set up right up on the table. Our server helped us with our order and we thoroughly enjoyed every dish! Everything from the fried chicken to the churros were incredibly fresh, flavourful, & of high quality ingredients! Everything is made in house (even the kimchi!). We will most certainly be back!

I really loved the japchae! I make it at home sometimes, and after eating this one, I realized what I was doing wrong at home. Ill be sure to come here again.

I lived in Korea for 7 years and havent had a chance to eat Korean food much since being back in Canada and have been hesitant because how good could it be here in Canada? Well...this restaurant was fabulous! The taste was authentic, portion was big, and the owner was the sweetest woman! I recommend trying this lovely restaurant! I cant wait to go back and bring friends for their signature bulgogi dish!

We had a great time at Zigle restaurant. Food and atmosphere of the restaurant were absolutely fantastic. We had bulgogi soup, chicken, softtofu soup, and Nokdu jeon. They were amazing taste and especially texture of Nokdu jeon was fabulous. Warm atmosphere and welcoming staffs. The price of food was reasonable. I would highly recommend this restaurant when you live or visit Sherwood park area. I would definitely come back for another dine in.

Wow, what a culinary delight! I just had the most incredible dining experience at ZIGLE Korean Bulgogi. Their dishes are truly exceptional - tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The marinade is perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness and spice. The service was top-notch, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere was clean , modern and inviting, perfect for a night out with friends or a date. Im still dreaming about the savory aroma and the delightful flavors. If youre a fan of Korean cuisine or just looking to try something new, Zigle is a must-visit. Five stars and a huge thumbs up from this happy customer!

Very cool spot, happy to have a unique experience in Sherwood Park. We tried the bulgogi for 2 and the wings - both excellent. Will be happy to go back.

This was a very satisfying meal for a couple buddies that dont eat Korean too often. 4.5/5 stars, We plan to go back again. We ordered the recommended Bulgogi platter combo, which would have fed us both comfortably. But we added some extra kim-chi (good stuff, and I am normally very picky about my kim-chi) and some rice for pouring the sauce on after. The extras are small cheap ($3 each portion) add-ons so you can customize to a large degree. And then on top of that we ordered and shared another main, and got some special drinks as well. All said and done, our bill was $90, so enough we wont go every week, but not so much as to be unreasonable. I very much enjoyed the food, and feel it was a treat that was worth the cost. Our server was great, and they bring an induction pad that hooks the pan up to the table, and she came and went a few times while it cooked at the table in front of us. She did all of that for us, and let us know when it was ready for us. Plenty of parking too. The only hint of a negative is the setting was a little dark and sparse, but thats mostly nitpicking. There were other groups sat at neighbouring tables, and we were not hearing them or disturbed by them regardless, but its just a thing that stopped it in my book from being a perfect score. Parking: Like I said, it is part of a big lot, could easily fit 30 vehicles in this cordoned section for this restaurant alone, let alone the rest of the lot.

We shared the 2 person Zigle Bulgogi and the Japchae and it was delicious and stuffing. The service was great. Menu is nice and simple. So excited to to go back and treat my tastebuds to more!

We had the bulgogi for two which was cooked at our table. Adding the bulgogi into lettuce wraps was unique. I found the food rather bland but it was a good experience.

Exceptional service, fresh food nicely served! We (3 of us) ordered bulgogi, pork ribs (big servings), crispy sweet chicken, zigle tacos and fried rice. Clean and good ambiance, its our first time to eat at this place, a bit pricey than others but we are truly satisfied. The washroom is also clean! A must try for something new to experience.

Food was nothing special. They don t have enough menu. It s also pricey. Restaurant too dark and there blinds are down . Too modern the order menu, it s not good for old folks who s not in technology. It was OK visit nothing is special. Food

Such an awesome place! We came here and had the Zigle Bulgogi Signature, and it was amazing! They were so friendly and walked us through the process. So cool having it cook in front of you.That broth is to die for! They recommended putting the rice in the broth at the end, and game changer!

An excellent place to get Korean food in Sherwood Park. Bulgogi is done competently and is quite tasty. However, the stars of the show for me were the kimchi fries and bulgogi burger.

It was an absolutely amazing experience! We brought friends who had never tried Korean food before and they thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered from the menu. The food tasted authentic like homemade mamas cooking healthy and delicious. The vibe was awesome and the friendly staff made our experience the best. Highly recommended to everyone!

Came with our group of 14 during spring break and had such a nice time there. The place has good parking and is spacious. The fact we can order from the pad is a great option and food came out fast. Bulgogi pot was fun and the additional meat to add was a generous sizing. Kids loved it. Happy parents. Will visit again! Tacos must eat right away or seaweed gets soggy. Kids loved the wings. The dried persimmon dessert was delicious to end the night. My daughter tried her first churro ever here and said it tasted great with the nutella. Only wish the kimchi and veggies for the pot came as free side dishes when we needed more and carrot and cucumber stick could of been sliced a little more thinly. Will visit again!

Truly an incredible experience. Flawlessly executed and delicious in an immaculately beautiful setting. Everything in this restaurant is so well thought out, from the glass straws and golden cutlery, to the details on the plates of food. Service is genuine and hospitable. To top it off prices are more than reasonable. You have to try this place!

As a Korean who has eaten Korean food all his life, I can confidently say this is the real deal. Authentic Korean cuisine perfectly blended with a Western style. The staff were super friendly, and my family and I had a great time.100% recommend to anyone looking for a delicious night out!

The staff were comforting, helpful and friendly for my first visit. The digital device for ordering food has a call staff button and has pictures of the menu items. The wait for food was short and the burger and japchae I tried were delicious. Tender bulgogi and savory kimchi and tasty glass noodles as well. I celebrated my birthday and the staff helps with birthday celebrations. Parking: There is a number of parking stalls in the shopping complex area and there are some handicap stalls.

Highly recommend this modern Korean restaurant in Sherwood park! We tried their bulgogi (signature dish), kimchi fries, bulgogi japchae, Zigle signiture burger, Zigle tacos, and their soy chicken wings, which were all so flavorful and rich in texture. We were also impressed by their drinks, such as the pineapple soda and my favorite being the Zigle iced coffee that was recommended by the sweetest owner! Our experience at Zigle was top-notch, and will definitely be coming back to try more of their dishes. Great vibes for friends & family gatherings!

Absolutely delicious. Fast and super friendly service. So glad to have this gem in the park! So nice to have hot tteokbokki and delicious fresh kimchi. The bulgogi japchae was so flavourful, and combined with the ssamjang veggies + kimchi its a perfect one bite. Cant reccommend this place enough!

We went here for a double date with some friends for the first time tonight and loved it! They have iPads at every table to make ordering and service quick and easy. We loved being able to see pictures of all the dishes to help us choose. The menu had a wide selection and our server was great at explaining some of the unique Korean drinks and menu options. The portions were massive and I highly recommend the bulgogi for 2, though it was so much food it could have fed 4! They cook the bulgogi at the table on an induction heater which is very cool and keeps the food hot. We tried many menu items and everything was absolutely delicious. Our server was very sweet and the experience was great, we highly recommend Zigle!

Underrated place with delicious food and wonderful service, as well very reasonably priced. The bulgogi stayed nice and hot the whole meal..tasted great same with the tteokbokki! The server even offered us more lettuce when she saw we ran out. Very attentive staff, loved it. 1000/10. this place deserves to have a full house every night. Definitely coming back!

Zigle was fantastic! The menu is small but tasty! I much prefer that to an overloaded menu that they cant execute well. We had the cheese tteokbokki, japchae and the crispy chicken and rice. Food came out quickly even though it was quite busy for a Wednesday night. Everything was very good. Not overly spicy. The price was about average for a sit down restaurant. Overall very happy. I hope they are around for the long haul. We need more variety in sherwood park!

Delicious bulgogi, tteokbokki, kimchi, and fries!

The soy sauce tteokbokki was my favourite! Good vibe and food was delicious.

This was my first visit. I really expected their food and vibe because their google reviews were so high, and every food on instagram was amazing. However, it didnt reach my expectation at all. I odered their signiture menu which was $75 Bulgogi. Taste was not bad but not enough for 2~3 people. Pricey. Vibe looks fency and clean but didnt match with their food. It looked more like a cafe. Service was excellent. They need to explain about their food for the first visitors. Many customers took a long time to order even there was kiosk each table. I dont think I will be back.

First time here. The area is modern, spacious, and clean. My friend and I ordered the Bulgogi for two and it was delicious! You cook it at your table and put into a lettuce wrap with mushrooms, pumpkin and Kimchi. Fresh, tasty and healthy. What a great dining experience and tasty food. Would definitely come here again to try some more dishes. A nice alternative to the usual fare.

Glass noodles and Kimchi dish were great. Anyone looking for some good food and great service. This is the place! I will be definitely coming back.

This just might be my favourite Korean restaurant in the greater Edmonton area. Everything was fantastic: the delicious food, the stylish decor, and the attentive and friendly service. The salt & pepper chicken wings were crispy and seasoned very well, the mandu were juicy and flavourful, and the meat in the bulgogi gungjung tteokbokki was tender and tasty, with the tteokbokki having just the right amount of chewiness. My husband and I were very impressed, and we will definitely be making a return visit.

Tried a variety of food with two other people and had Kimchi Fries, teriyaki wings and bulgogi tteokboki. Food and the atmosphere was unbelievable with amazing service with a wide variety of drinks with clean and chic interior. Easy style of Korean food for all to try and approach! Overall left with full tummy and smiles on my crews face. Amazing experience!

Me and my bf share a love for korean food and are always out hunting for the best korean fried chicken. We saw an instagram video about this place and decided to try it out. The food, interior, and staff are amazing. Everything came super fast and the food was delicious! The owner was super sweet and attentive. She really took care of us which honestly made for an unforgettable experience. You also order your food through the tablet and as first timers, it was a super quick and easy process. We ordered the kimchi fries, fried rice, tteokboki and the sweet chili wings I definitely can t wait to see their menu grow!

Was very excited to try this new restaurant and it did not disappoint! Food was delicious, service was fast and very friendly. Would definitely recommend trying it, all of the dishes that we ordered were delicious, but the Zigles Taco were our favourite dish.

This place is a gem! The food is flavourful, portions are generous, and the service is good too. Between two people, we shared the crispy chicken with rice (so crispy!), bulgogi japchae, and a side of kimchi. Thrilled to have such a great Korean restaurant in town. Ill definitely be back.

I was craving japchae, punched Korean food into googlator and Zigle popped up. The food did not disappoint. Glass noodles with their signature beef and a side of fresh kimchi hit the spot just right. Staff is ridiculously cheerful and friendly. Food came out of the kitchen fast and looked great. I am not a huge fan of the modern decor (which is nice, clean and fresh in its own right) but with the food this good who cares about the walls.

Food was good. A limited menu but what is there is good. Different concept with menu online and you order on a tablet at your table. Would have been nice, being new, to have someone walk us through it. Decorating is in the minimalist style and being concrete was like eating in a cave. Food was good.

Absolutely amazing! As a long time Sherwood Park resident, I can say weve been lacking variety in restaurants. So when I heard about Zigle I was beyond excited and it exceeded my expectations! Finally a great local place to get authentic Korean bulgogi. The service was wonderful and the bulgogi was delicious! As a first timer, when they brought out the platter with the meat and put it on the hot plate, they showed us how to cook it and explained how to eat the bulgogi with the sides and lettuce wraps. Everything from the meat to the kimchi was so tasty! A price of $75 for bulgogi may seem daunting but from the flavors to the experience, its definitely worth it especially since it fed 2 of us. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and welcoming. I can honestly say this is the best experience Ive had at a restaurant. I hope more people give it a try because its such a unique experience and its hard to find authentic Korean food in and around Sherwood Park. Will absolutely be making this a regular place to eat at!

Out of all the Korean restaurants I ve been to this one has been the best, the quality of food is amazing and very affordable compared to most places. The owners are very welcoming as well as the atmosphere. This place has become me and my friends go to spot. Everything is homemade and tastes incredible. The girlfriend and I tried this place out yesterday as she had seen a video about it on tiktok and figured it would be good to try out. We went for lunch and were surprised to see how nice the inside was. You can tell whoever designed it knew exactly what they were doing. The cutlery matches the decor, and the fineware definitely added on to the aesthetic that they were clearly aiming for. We had ordered the mandu, bulgogi (dish with rice), the tacos and kimchi. Each dish was delicious and plated in a very visuallly pleasing manner. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to go back again tonight for dinner and brought my brother with us. Tonight we had the bulgogi (main dish), mandu, and the cheese tteokbokki. Both times we visited, we were treaded by friendly and attentive staff that ensured we were taken care of. The food came out fast and was absolutely delicious. The kimchi was so good that I could consider ordering a bunch of it just to eat as a meal. 10/10 would reccommend, will definitely return

First Korean restaurant in Sherwood Park and luckily it is a REALLY good one! Its bougie because they cook in front of you and you have a nice stone for your utensils. But their food is GOOD. We tried their Zigle dinner for 3, Kim chi fries, crispy chicken with fried rice, japchae and EVERYTHING was very good. Their Kim chi is homemade and they make the effort to cut it up in front of you. So looking forward to many visits!!

The burgers are soggy and not good bulgogi meat, its more like minced sloppy Joe meat. The chicken wings are good. The menu is too small. It has a lot of potential but I do not understand all the 5 star reviews to be honest. The ordering on screen at the table essentially doing the servers job for them and then still tipping them is pretty backwards as well. Anyways, I personally wont bother going back. The only dish we had that was decent was the wings and they still werent worth going in for.

Hubs and I enjoyed a lovely lunch at the newly opened Zigle today. Service was top notch and the bulgogi was DELICIOUS! We will definitely be back!

We ordered several dishes and enjoyed all of them, especially the bulgolgi tacos, teriyaki chicken wings and the fried rice. The yuja soda was refreshing and not overly sweet. I liked the convenience of ordering on a tablet with pictures of each dish. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I appreciated their recommendations and the pride they take in their family business. Seating was comfortable and the atmosphere was cozy. We will definitely be back to try more dishes.
