I have been to fast Eddie's many times in the past, but years ago they closed the location close to me so it's very infrequent that I'm able to enjoy the food, now it's only when I travel out of town but it still tastes awesome... always satisfied and the fact that they kept their prices low I was able to feed two of us for the same price as one combo at the competitors and the food tastes much better, and the milkshake machine is never broken l.o.l.
First Fast Eddie's I have been to that served - tasty, hot and fresh food - fresh as it could be. Tators with cheese and bacon - hit the spot. My son had the tators with a chicken burger (wish that was a fresh pc of chicken) he enjoyed with a chocolate milkshake. Very nice service and fast!
Looks good on the menu and prices are very reasonable but food quality is low! I ordered the chicken sandwich and must admit for $8.99 a combo my expectations were not high but the chicken was a frozen processed patty. Others had hamburgers and cheeseburgers, again the prices are cheap but the sizes are why. I would pay more for quality chicken and a better burger. I will admit the burgers are probably bigger and cheaper than McDonald’s but I didn’t eat one to suggest how they tasted. The fries were generous in their size and decent but super salty, less salt and they would have been excellent. Service was fast and the girl working was very friendly. Drinks are $1 any size and they have what looked like decent milkshakes, didn’t order them but saw on the menu. I may give the burgers a try in the future but never again the chicken.
This is a very cool iconic place to go not very many of them around I think there's only two If you have a chance I would go here instead of McDonald's just to try it out The banana cream pie milkshake is to die for cookie wafer with a banana cream milkshake Definitely get the burger with the onions probably the best one of the menu The chili cheese fries are to die for The pickle fries are very fun to share Chicken burgers are good too
The food I got tonight was horrible….Got crazy fries and I couldn’t eat them! There was so much salt it was absolutely disgusting! 4 orders of them and no one could even eat them! Like not over salted but I might as well licked the salt shaker it was that bad! I’ve NEVER had fries like that before! They weren’t even full to begin with…. Absolute garbage to be honest! 3 double cheeseburgers and the buns were hard! Restaurants are not worth the money any more terrible service everywhere you go but this was the worst I’ve had in a LONG time! I’d give it a half star if I could and that’s only because the order was at least right!
I used to come here many moons ago when they originally opened, it's definitely changed a lot and not for the best . We got two burgers which cost almost 20 dollars with no sides plus we had to wait for the them to be cooked. It ended up they were still pink inside and overall I was not impressed. I should have just got the chilli fries like I used to . I probably will just skip over this stop next time and go elsewhere.
Pretty basic fast food burgers. Did a comparison to the McDonald's right beside it, ordered the cheeseburger from Eddie's and the cheeseburger from McDonald's, and Eddie's was slightly better tasting at a slightly cheaper price. If I had to choose I'd go with Eddie's.
We ordered a large crazy fries chilli cheese. It’s one of my family favourites. Been eating this since the beginning of time. Was so looking forward to eating this and enjoying every last bite of it. I got it and the fries were cold. The chilli or cheese was very absent in there. It was only on the top that made it look nice. But tasted horrible. Dry and stale. So disappointed I called to inquire. As this cost almost $8. The employee was a little confrontational at the beginning. After I mentioned I am the one who’s tasting it and I definitely know what fresh food tastes like. It’s not my first time eating it. He then calm himself a little and said to bring it back. I am on my way to Hamilton and are far into the highway. Plus it’s snowing. No way am I coming back. I wanted to bing this to your attention in case you may think people don’t know or care about the quality. He tried his best to sort the situation. It was a bit painful. Customers should not have to go through something like this in just ordering a meal. It should always be made fresh and to the way it needs to be. It’s chance and luck there. Would I go back. Yes, however I would ask to make sure it’s all freshly made and check it before I leave. As the food is tasty when made fresh and to how it needs to be served.
Food was great and the lady here serving was extremely friendly.

Sat in the drive through for over 20 min with only 4 cars ahead . Lady on the mic can t speak English good . Had to repeat myself 10 times . And still got wrong food . No cheese on the CHESSY FRIES . Terrible management and terrible service
Its getting moderately expensive just like everything else but the service and speed are top notch.

Not the best quality but still good regardless crazy fries are amazing everytime got 2, 10packs of burgers and 4 crazy fries and a milk shake took like 7 min to get everything timing was great and food was as good as can be for what your paying for
Unfortunately I have a negative review. Some of the staff are great. The big problem is constantly getting hair in the food. We stopped coming a few months ago because we kept getting short black hair in our fries. So after a few months of avoiding fast Eddies we decided to try it again. We asked the staff who took our order to please watch for hair and explained the previous time (2 fries- both had ALOT of hair in it). She assured us their hair was all tied up.. unfortunately it wasnt enough and halfway through the fries, again, was short black hairs. At this point Im thinking beard hair Fast Eddies really needs to implement better standards.

Some of the worst burgers weve ever had. They werent even Luke warm, we had to microwave them. The normal fries were good, but unsalted and very bland. The pickle fries were very good. Both fries were piping hot. We wouldnt eat here again.
Fast Eddies is the ultimate fast food. We always get hot and fresh cheesy fries that are covered with cheese right to the bottom. Their steak burgers are great and so are the milkshakes. They actually have the best fountain Pepsi I have ever had at a fast food place!
I was told this place was legendary by my grandpa it was okay not legendary. I got 3 cheeseburgers and they were very bland, the service was pretty good and the atmosphere made me depressed. Vegetarian options: It s a fast food burger joint what do you expect? Dietary restrictions: Not really. Parking: There was like 3 parking spots. Kid-friendliness: There is no mascot. Wheelchair accessibility: It a just a drive thru.
Fast Eddies used to be my favourite burger joint, but something has changed drastically in the last year. The quality and consistency of the food has declined. The attitude of the staff is not enjoyable anymore. I waited 15 minutes last time to get a steak burger with no sauce and cold hard fries. Feels like its under new management to dont really care
Always good food
One of the BEST restaurants for comfort food, it is drivethru only, as is standard for Fast Eddies, crazy fries are realistically the only thing your going to want here, as the hamburgers are essentially made of cardboard. But very fast service, overall one of my favourite restaurants simply for the fries Dietary restrictions: If you have any dietary restrictions please dont come here, you will NOT have a good time afterwards

This location in particular has it together. Theyre quick and always get our order right. Food wise, its Fast Eddies. Its what you expect. Not great not bad. Sometimes you just need a Dill Pickle Fry though.

Its nothing fancy, you can get better burgers elsewhere but thats not what you come here for. Fast Eddies is unapologetically fast food and I love being able to buy a bag of ten burgers. Their dill pickle crazy fries are really good too. Only thing is I wish the burgers had more than one pickle.
I love crazy fries with extra chili. April 17th around 1:50pm I stopped by for an order. When I got home and start to eat them, I thought I was going to die!!!!! Im sure they dumped the whole container of salt on them. They were HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I had to throw them out
Used to be a cheap place but as everything has increased..its still pretty good. Service was fast, accurate and was perfect for my crazy fry addiction and chocolate shakes! Service
Should probably change your hours on Google. Says they close at 11:00 pm, but Im here at 10:20 pm and it says theyre closed.
Its a great place for drive thru food and they provide tasty, faster food service. Easier to order and have a great atmosphere to wait for your food. Also, it has got plenty of room for vehicles. It is pretty smart to have such compact structures of kitchens because it gives a lot of space for driving and parking for vehicles.
Nice place to go if you feel like being ripped off. Went there yesterday with the family we ordered 2 steak n cheese burgers, 1 bacon cheese burger slider and a works burger, after we got home we found that they did not put our fries into the order. never going to a fast eddies again.
We were on our way home in the rain on our motorcycle and the young fellow working there was super kind and helpful and let us sit on a couple milk crates out of the rain to eat as we had bo place else to sit and eat our food

The crazy fries were really good: a chili cheese beef combo over fries in a cup. The pickle fries were also very tasty. It is just a powder coating though, so no pickle bits or anything like you might get down by the lake, but still very good. The cheese burger was nearly identical to one from McDonalds, down to the bun. The ketchup seemed either slightly sweeter or just slightly more, making it seem like it was sweeter. And the actual patty was just a slightly different taste. Anyway, I like both burgers. This was just as good in a slightly different way.
Gotta love dill pickle fries!!! Sometimes they are cooked too ling and are bit hard, other times not enough dill pickle seasoning. However hit or miss sometime ull get the pwrfect dill picklw fries lol.
26 dollars for 3 cheesy fries, 2 large 1 small, Cheese was chunky. I had a large, ate the whole thing, got sick. my dad also had a large, ate 10 bites at most, didnt like it. My mother had a small, ate 2 bites, hated it. This is the first time in 5 years weve eaten fast eddies. When the chili was changed the place suffered. Needless to say, im never eating fast eddies again.
Staff was very friendly and polite. The food portions are very small and the quality is not very good.
There is this young guy that works at the window every time we go and he is insanely good at his job. He is super kind and always goes above and beyond. Quality checks the food before he hands it out and offers condiments, etc.

Apparently they close 10:30 not 11? We should up ten minutes too 11, the lights were all still on and employees there, but no one would answer the drive threw. The least your employees could do is respond and let us know, considering your hours say that your are still open instead of letting us sit and wait for nothing.

Right beside McDonalds. Better burger, faster, friendlier and cheaper. Meat tastes like real beef. Best milkshakes in town. Im a traditionalist and like my fries plain but my wife and kids love the pickle fries and chili and cheese fries.
Not Going to lie, been staying away from all fast eddies since the first time I tried it 15 years ago, had some at the Cambridge store and the food would gag a maggot. Today In Simcoe however I was stuck and starving and figured I would just try it because I was right beside it and well, I was starving. I got some Diana s Thai chicken burger which was actually pretty decent but the kicker was they have pickle fries. These things are epic. When ordering I just assumed they may have been breaded dill pickles but no, they were their regular fries but shaken in some dill pickle powder much like what you would shake on some popcorn. Anyways I am pleasantly surprised and would go back again if just for the pickle fries. If I had to gripe it would be the young lady put so much ice in my drink there was only about a teaspoon of pop but who cares?, they have pickle fries! Get some into you!!!
Burger was cold, when I called to complain I was told the meat was made fresh. When I repeated its cold and didnt seam fresh, another staff member was asked if the meat drawers were on.. to which the other staff member replied yes and no way was the meat cold.. nice job staff.. not only did I get cold food, Im also being called a liar.. I will not be bringing my business back..
Ashley refuses to sauce the dill pickle frites, I dont understand what her hard on is for the dill pickle sauce is. I think shes saving some product thats suppose to go on my fries and take it home because the dill pickle powder is heavenly cant really blame her

You get exactly what you expect. Cheap food! Plus, they have crazy fries, that alone is worth going for.
This one is equipped with a drive thru for tue drivers and for the passengers. Only the drive side was open. I only order the 10 pack burgers and had to wait 10 minutes for my order. But the lot was clean. In fact it was brand new. The server I had was apologetic and pleasant. I ll go again.

I just went to fast eddies in simcoe and ordered 2 number 1 s double burgers and the photo showed 2 nice burgers, maybe 1/4 pounds or just under and we got 1/8 burgers tossed on top of the garnish, which was bigger than the burgers. Two burgers food not equal 1/8 of a pound of meat. It cost $25 for two orders of number one s the works burgers and a pickle fry. I was so disappointed by not just the look of the burger but the taste. The meat had no seasoning and just tasted like barn. I can t believe you re charging McDonald s rates but giving us below edible expectations. This is the last time I waste my money and time going there. Truly saddened at your changes and you re not going to stay open long if you stay this way.
Fast eddies needs to go back to their old chili. Whatever they re using now is disgusting, and I d rather go to Taco Bell for supreme fries. Which is sad. Eddie, if you re reading this..go back to the old recipe please.

This is fine dining at its best. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor patio (your car) and watch the world go by while you eat. Treat yourself to 10 cheeseburgers for less than $10 and wash it all down with an order of cheese soaked crazy fries. Seriously folks dont miss it.

While the food was okay, the service was downright awful. We had to repeat ourselves three-four times when ordering. After all was said and done, we were given a regular hamburger as opposed to the chicken burger we ordered - so naturally we returned. We wanted the chicken works burger instead of a hamburger, simple fix, right? No! We got accosted by the staff because how dare we accuse them of making an order incorrectly. All we wanted was the one order replaced, but they were pulling out receipts and saying we ordered a burger works meal, which we didnt. Not only that, when WE apologized for giving them grief, we again had to repeat ourselves at least three times before the lady at window could understand what we were talking about. Overall it was a terrible experience from a restaurant I love. I am deeply disappointed.

Great place to eat, the Steak burger is really good. Busy location but the staff is able to keep up with the demand. The crazy fries are also great. The parking lot is a bit tricky, but you get used to it over time. It shows how good they are, they survive right next to the industry giant. The Steak Burger is a must, Im not as big of a fan of their other burgers. Crazy fries are a must, good old chili cheese fries. Fountain pop is a nice treat. Highly recommend this location!
