High school kids were rude, loud and disrespectful. Today both public and catholic schools were being entitled to help themselves to the drink machine. Mixing and trying different beverages spitting out what they didn't like. It was so disgusting. Then they left their garbage on the tables for hard working Jason to deal with. He works so hard to keep things clean. Thank you Jason! Then these punks were outside opening car doors including ours. Better keep your doors locked. This is our future generation! These kids are so spoiled and NOT taught by parents to be kind decent humans. Mgmt needs to implement new rules for these students so the rest of us seniors can enjoy lunch. We love Wendys but not today. The food was great but everything else was not.
Brutal service. Appalling. The person literally mumbled like a neanderthal. Then glared at me when they passed me my bag..... and said absolutely nothing. Not a word. I hope that person was covering someone's break. There's no management that would want that person in their drive-thru window. This person might have been right high....not sure. Strangest experience ever. It's not Halloween yet. Creepy stuff, Simcoe. The food......was meh at best.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. I went through the drive through today and my server didn't even speak to me and just mumbled in what didn't even sound like English. she then handed me a pineapple frosty, that wasn't even stirred and had yellow syrup sitting all over the lid and all at the bottom of the drink. she didn't even stir it and gave it to me covered in syrup. I had to mix it myself, and it turned out tasting just like regular vanilla. do better people! get new people at your windows 🙄
Probably some of the dumbest staff members ever told me I couldn’t substitute my frosty drink for a regular drink when I know there system does let them these idiots need to be re trained and thought about there products and services better manager should be ashamed to say I trained these people it’s amazing how every other Wendy’s in Ontario can substitute but they can’t it even says you can substitute in the fine details absolutely terrible trading and service!
Average Wendy's.. came here for quick breakfast. This place has plenty of parking, Good service and very large seating area. Actually good coffee in the morning.
The service was very slow it took 10 mins to get my breakfast order an when it finally came out I got the biggie breakfast with 3 pieces of bacon. The bacon is one piec broken into 3 pieces the only thing hot were the wedges. Very disappointed in my breakfast an with this location. I will not be returning to this location again.
I was there ordered a 4 piece kids meal. They looked and tasted old. Everything else was fine. The costumer service was phenomenal. Made me feel welcomed defiantly will come back as long as they keep an eye out for the nuggets that aren't good
Food is good for what it is. Cost is comparable to other fast food chains in its class. Affordable for the most part. Service was fast for walk in take out, Never used the drive-thru. Parking lot was a little dirty but not to bad for a high traffic area.

This is the best Wendys around most of the time. Their staff is great, with notable exceptions. As long as the right people are working, food is good, service is great and resturant is clean.

It is Wendys my expectations are low if I get the food I ordered without having to return to the counter it much makes for a great experience. They have reopened the playground

drove from Dover as there is nothing open at 11pm. 10 cars infront of me I felt bad but was soo hungry. they served those 10 cars faster than a 3 car line up at tim hortons. I pulled up to the window expecting 2 people working and was greated by a crew of smiling staff. The food was so fresh and crispy fries like they didnt slop it together the sandwiches were perfectly made! To some its just Wendys but to me that was hardworking caring employees making the best burgers and fries I have had in a drive through! Whatever you are doing to make them happy working like that dont stop and please give them all a raise that was impressive
Wife and I rarely eat out, but we were in Simcoe. So we stopped at Wendys, our Spicey Chickens were hot as well as fries.

I have loved the baconater since it came on the menu. Lately the sauce seems to be less then the original state it came in. I think it better to keep it the same unless you ask to have them change it for personal reasons. Other food places have been cutting back also. I would rather say can you put less on instead of, could you please put the original amount of sauce on please. But I could be looking at it backwards....lol. Will see next time I go.
People preparing food were very slow . The woman that helped us at front counter was an elderly woman she was fantastic and very nice to deal with but while waiting for good workers were complaining about making peoples orders I know you dont have to like it and all but I find that unprofessional.when customers are within earshot

Drive through screws up ALL THE TIME, sick of it, wont be back. I guess we should be glad a Burger King opened up, go there instead.

There hours are incorrect. There store closes early and only accept people that drive a viechle. If I knew this before walking 10 minutes. I would not of wasted my time. I was pissed after and also know they don t care.

Today I Stopped in at Wendys in Simcoe for a Take Out Burger and Fries. Fries Were Good. The Mushroom Melt Very Disappointing.. Very Soogy with a Heavy Salt Taste. I Couldnt Finish It. Never Again Will I Eat There. What Ever Happened to the Old Wendys Quality ?? Dietary restrictions: Way Too Much Salt !! Hamburger Bun was Soggy. In General Awful !!
Owner is too cheap to open the play place back up for the kids, they really look forward to it but when you go there to eat they just have to stare through the window at it but they cant play on it. I think were past the point of using covid for an excuse for everything. Kid-friendliness: the play place has been closed for years
I got the cheddar portobello burger and this is what it looked like. I called and let them know that I should ve just got a regular cheeseburger and I got the most attitude ever from an employee. Uploaded a picture of the burger since they wanted me to drive 20 minutes back to show them

They always give us exactly what we ordered. Ive never had to go back through the drive-thru to have my order fixed. I cant say the same about McDonalds.
Staff was friendly, service was fast, food was okay but the dining area was freezing..heard others complain as well. Too early for air conditioning!!! Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for walkers, wheelchairs but as I use a cane , the entrance area was slippery even with a rubber tip..suggest a longer rubber mat

I went there for dinner time and I was looking too getting a few meals for a few people i ordered curb side on the app because I felt bad ordering something big in the drive thru I waited for about 30 mins before impatiently going in to where they told me they forgot to bring it out to me I didn t get an apology or nothing went home to have spent an hour there back and waiting to go home with cold food. Incredibly disappointed. A refund would have been nice. Parking: Waited in the curb side spot for no one to come.
The cashier was super friendly and welcoming, with A+ customer service, a very nice atmosphere, and the food was served quickly. Great prices for the amount of food you get.
I came here just to try the breakfast French toast. Oh my goodness it was to die for! Absolutely delicious! I ll definitely be returning for breakfast again!

We went and got a grilled wrap made with old chicken. The manager Hannah was disrespectful and rude about it saying we don t have to make it seem as though they did something wrong. Which they absolutely did serving old rubbery chicken disgusting. We were nothing but nice to them asking for it to just be remade. To add, It s shocking some of the people they STILL have working there it s really a shame. We all know the employees will be discussing us and our orders behind our backs as I ve heard it first hand multiple times.

Always consistent and fresh food. I find they are much better than McDonalds as they mess the order everytime. Just had the BLT breakfast croissant with an extra sausage patty, was delicious, they seem to have got breakfast down pat now. The bacon was crispy, very good! I enjoy all their meals, the spicy Asiago chicken sandwich with and extra chicken patty and ghostpepper sauce on the side is also pretty awesome.

3 young kids with no spoons for frosties ordered is not a great time as a parent, if you know, you know. Youve betrayed my trust Wendys. I felt rushed while ordering and then spent what seemed like eternity cleaning up choclate in my car.
Fella taking our drive-thru order was pleasant. Specifics were simple and clear on the order screen and our printed receipt. Mistake of not checking items before leave property like usually do. Thought would all be correct. Not so! Darn. Back at our seasonal place 15 minutes drive away - opening wrappers and to our disappointment ordered a burger with cheese and ONLY mustard ketchup pickle had all toppings! The full size salad looked lovely yet no dressing packet was to be found in any of the bags. Strike 2! Will reconsider repeating patronage here after these misses. Adding... inside dining was not busy and there was no line in front or behind our vehicle in the drive-thru. Communication among the staff requires improvement. Best to future.

Avery helped me and what can I even say, how do I explain this in words. She was the best Wendys employee Ive ever met. Fantastic service! I loved the food she made with her blood sweat and tears, tasted SO good. Ate it in like 3 minutes and I HAD to go back for more. I got a baconator then I went back for a poutine, potato, frosty, Daves single, some wraps and fries. I cant even explain the service that came along with it, Avery was awesome! What a Wendys champ!
Disappointed that they didnt have vanilla frostys, but enjoyed the Vanilla Frosty cream cold brew. My salad was very tasty !

Haf breakfast, was pretty good for fast food
I had the Asiago chicken club and found it to be too salty to my taste. The fries were cooked ok but were not very tasty. Ordered the strawberry lemonade, which I usually like. It had too much syrup and was too sweet. After struggling with it for a bit, I added carbonated water it. Usually, I love Wendys food but was disappointed this time.

Good service and tasty burgers. A friend and I were on our way home from a cycling camping trip. Unfortunately for us and some other cyclists, there is no place for secure bike parking.
Needs to be better portions for the price. Expensive. This restaurant is good across the board. Need friendlier staff though.

Great chicken nuggets & green apple frosty. Drive-in is a disaster coming in off #3 entrance turn almost impossible to keep on right side. Getting out is even worse. Not enough room allocated for turns. Want to go north on Norfolk? First try and get out without facing a car coming in! Parking: Seems to be lots of parking but little thought given to drive-thru

Some kid named sam apparently it lives near wendys. its mentally unstable and will literally lick your right nut. watch out for it as my big dong almost got chooped off. ended up having diabetes from licking the floor

I am very upset with the service at Simcoe Wendy s. We attend Wendy s on Fridays twice a month. The service WAS great until about 8 months ago. My wife one day got a spicy chicken sandwich and the bottom bun was full of mold. Took it back and they gave us another moldy bun. We shrugged that off and kept going to Wendy s Simcoe. About a month ago we attended Wendy s and we ordered 3 salads. Daughter and myself were fine but my wife threw up for 3 days after. Hmmmmm Went to Wendy s last night and their priority was skip the dishes and the customers were put on the back burner so they could get this huge order out. So we stood there for 5 minutes and went to Swiss Chalet. Please give us a reason to attend your restaurant anymore. Just 1 reason Sighted Dave
