I ordered two hotdogs along with other food. I didn t realize they came with ketchup so I ordered and paid for two more plain hotdogs, those hotdogs came and they had ketchup on them , we took them back and said these were suppose to be plain , mistakes happen and they said they would correct it . The cook then took the hotdogs out of the bun put them in a new bun and gave them back with ketchup still all over the dog, seriously that s how you rectify an error, you just hand back the hotdog covered in ketchup but with a new bun. This is unacceptable!

Worst customer service Ive ever recieved. I had worked in this type of industry for 24 years of my life. I have never recieved such ignorance from someone. If you are not friendly DO NOT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Please train your staff how to check money properly or invest in machines that due so. I was told very ignorantly thats what banks are for. People like this make this business loose valuable customers. I was enjoying my day until this unknowlagble person spoke to me. I also went across the street from the location and used my 100 dollar bill he said was fake 2 minutes after I left. I had asked for the managers name and phone number as well as the owners of the location. Got a scribbled peice of paper with 4 names and the stores phone number which when I called also had attitude and cant even ask if they can fix the issue letting me know I cant even get ahold of the owner of this location. Disgusting.

I came to this location on the day of the eclipse in April 2024 and it was packed, probably not a common occurence. The staff handled the influx with professionalism.

We just used the drive-through for a small snack, fries & root beer. Excellent fries with the great taste of root beer.

Broken up over this one. The food is usually good and the staff are friendly but on many occasions you will be asked to pull out of the drive through and wait in front of the store for your food. They have a smaller parking lot which makes this both inconvenient and frankly slightly dangerous due to passing vehicles...

Went though the drive thru to get a couple coffees and waited at the window for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. We thought maybe they were closed. So we drove ahead and noticed they were open. So I went in. One guy ran around delivering food to tables while a girl stood there yapping to another lady. I stood inside for at least another 5 minutes at the cash waiting to order. No one acknowledged me. I started to walk out and the guy asked if no one had helped me yet. I said no, dont worry about it now though. Clearly only 1 person was earning their pay that day.

Great food usually pretty quick service. But today waiting for 2 buddy burgers almost 10 minutes should not take that long otherwise I suggest eating here their burgers are out of this world.

The caliber of the employees they are hiring these days is very low. Therefore the food quality suffers as well as the service and the atmosphere is terrible.I Have been going to A + W since the days of turning on your headlights for service. The atmosphere and the whole A and W experience has gone down the toilet in my opinion. You know what they say about opinions , everybody has one. a******.!!!!!!

The food came out quickly. The staff were kind. The restaurant was clean.

Very poorly trained staff with no leadership, I literally left here feeling like someone stole my money.

No one wanted to ask what my problem was I was ignored until I physically had to wave my hands around, for them to tell me their strawberry frozen lemonade doesn t taste like lemonade because the machine doesn t work, maybe say that to the customers buying that product.

If I go for a quick meal this is the place, always hot and tasty, employees are very courteous.

Had the chicken n cheddar on a english muffin to try. I found that the chicken was on the smaller size and compared to McDs for value and pricing I would go to McD for the chicken breakfast sandwich

The staff are terrible ... I tried to order breakfast, they couldnt make hash brown and asked for substitute. Asked fries or onion rings and they charge me 4$ more..gave me wrong drink on top of that.. Garbage A&W. Would never come back here.

I like this location although it doesnt have the most welcoming lobby to sit and enjoy your dinner. It just seems very uninviting. The food was good... the sweet potatoes fries do need some help though as twice now Ive gotten them and they were under cooked. But the burgers were delicious and I really loved the BLT Cruncher. Root beer was delicious as always!!!

Me personally consider this a higher end fast food lol, when i want spend a little more and have onion rings this the place. And of course have the best root beer.

Took a long time to get it ordered, then the order was incorrect. Took more time to fix it. Fries were not great. My wife ordered an uncle burger, but they said there werent any, then the next order was for an uncle burger and they just filled it? Wont be back to Simcoe again.

Popped into the drive through at a time of day where you would expect it not to be busy. Food was quick to the window. No errors on the order, BUT I have to say I was disappointed with the quality of the food. The Mozzarella burger meat wasn t even hot enough for the cheese to melt on the Pattie. It was across both burgers ordered. I can expect that food might slightly get cold between picking up and driving a couple of minute before eating it, but I can accept cold from the get go. EDIT: thought I d give them another try to see if it was a one off experience, but sad to report that the food again was cold and by far sub standard. I have visited many A&W locations and this has got to be by far the worst quality of food I have experienced.

Takes forever!!!! Like why does it take so darn long for mediocre burgs

Burgers were great! Tried the new Double Double, with fries and onion rings. No salt on fries nor was any to be found inside restaurant. Fries were cold and tasted stale. Onion rings were also cold. Coffee was bitter and tasted like it had been on burner for a few hours. Just not up to A & W standards.

I went today for a burger in this location the staff was too rude with me there was slim thin guy working who served me he just finished his lunch and after that he didnt even wash his hands who walked staright away and severd me When i asked for a additional sauce on the side there was a girl who was not even listennig to me her attitude was very unprofessional

Tried the hot Nashville chicken sandwich and was very disappointed. The chicken was dry and the coating was hard. You see the ads and the sauce on the sandwich looks moist and juicy contrary to what i received. Definitely not worth the money paid. I have always been happy with the food i have received from A+W but the Hot Nashville Chicken Sandwich missed the mark. Service was excellent.

Usually really good service and food but today has to be the worst experience I have had at an A&w, I was told my burger was going to be ten minutes to make and it arrived cold and was missing cheese, furthermore the fries was undercooked and oversalted. I will not be returning to this location on the weekends anymore.

Waited over 5 min to be acknowledged while the girls stood there and talked. An online order came in she walked over to the counter to get that but Im still not acknowledged. And she turned around and continued to talk to the other girl.

Usually friendly and give the correct order, what more can you ask for from fast food?

The food was very cold and the pop was flat. The burgers were more pink then the pink panther and the fries were as frozen as an ice cream sandwich. The person taking my order was slow in the head, I had to repeat myself multiple times and in the end my burger had the wrong toppings.
