We came in to have a nice birthday lunch for our toddler. You sat us down and left us there withoutasking if wedlike drinks etc. After 15 minutes of servers looking at us and doing nothing we left. Called as we are leaving, your coward manager wouldnt get on the phone after like 3min. So I go to wimpy up the road and Im seated, given drinks and have apps ready in 15 minutes. There was maybe 2 families in when we arrived at BP. I called your corporate and really let them know how we felt. All of you, useless and rude people. Hope this place gets re arranged.

Literally been waiting in the lobby for 10mins without even a greeting. Had enough time to leave this review.

Sat on the dining room side tonight, and we were a large group. Our waitress did pretty good keeping us all straight and getting us our stuff.

Just terrible chicken wings my wings were undercooked so they re deep fryer the same wings brought them back with no sauce. . Even tasting worse .

Happened to visit on football Sunday and had the pleasure of being served by Katelyn! She made sure we knew all the specials and also made my pickle dreams come true when I asked for some on the side - shes the best!

On a Thurs afternoon, we ordered at 3:57 with a bill of $61.77 and only received our food at 6:15. The food was completely cold and the delivery person told us it had been sitting there a long time. Never again!

This was the second visit. First was not great but gave it a second shot. Poor both times. Wont be back. First time charged 3.00 for sauce on meatballs and 7.00 for a handul of side fries. Next visit asked for green pepper on pizza. Charges extra for 6 scrawny strips and ended up paying 18.00 for a small 6 slice pizza. Overpriced for what you get. Pathetic. Not busy and had to push plates aside when done. Side plate filthy. It should never have been put in front of us I had to ask for it to be removed. Overall terrible experience at Boston Pizza. Is this why Brantford and Stoney creek locations were closed?

Beef on the nachos could have been more justice

Here for paint night and the bar staff were so rude when I went and asked for Sangrias twice. Incredibly rude. Paint night was great but if you don t want to get me a drink at the bar don t whisper in front of me.

I came in with my mom and my son last night. My mom got chicken Parmesan, I had a chicken Caesar salad and my son had wings, fries and pizza. Our server Elyse was very attentive and provided great service. Food was good, restaurant was clean and we will definitely be back.

We waited a long time for our meals. My Thai chicken wrap was really good, However, my husbands wings were awful. It was almost as if they were either way over cooked or left over from yesterday and reheated. Disappointing to say the least. It wasnt like they were busy

Restaurant was almost empty, waitress took our order and after receiving our food, did not come back to our table at all. Had to go ask for utensils, and waited for nearly 45 minutes for someone to come back. Had to go pay our bill at the bar. 0 stars on the service.

I sat at the bar with three friends, and the waitress tossed the menus at us. When I confronted her about it, she showed no concern. Strange behaviour, would def not recommend.

Service and food exceeded expectations. Staff were so friendly! Food was better than Id expected from this sort.pf chain and large portions. Pasta was huge although could have had more sauce. Especially enjoyed the pizza flight.

My first time visit. Everything was great. I feel the small pizza was overpriced for what you get. Service and atmosphere was great. I may try something else the next time Im in town .

Took my son out for his birthday because he wanted the calamari and wings because in the past they were awesome. Not this time, wings were crispy on the outside and nice pink and juicy on the inside. The mac and cheese was some dried out pasta with runny sauce poured over it, the personal pizzas were some pre-made pizza shells with stuff thrown on top of it. Tables werent cleared and ask for 3 drinks when you sit down becuase you probably wont get another chance. Sorry Boston Pizza you are off my list of restaurants to even consider eating at in the area.

Ill be Straightforward: in the #9 Queensway west, Simcoe store The manager doesnt like receiving delivery orders from DoorDash. She treats us, doordash drivers, very badly. Yesterday she ignored me completely and after asking her several times about the order I had from the customer and she continued ignoring me, one of the waitresses told me yesterday: You dont have to ask, you just have to sit and wait like all delivery people do. Having a very arrogant attitude. I tried to ignore this and I tried again today because the app showed me that I had to pick up food for a customer and I was sitting waiting for more than thirty minutes Then I couldnt wait any longer and the manager came out again today and she told me: I dont have any order with that name here. I asked her what solution she could give me, and she told me: None she left without saying anything else. I approached the kitchen and said to her, Whats going to happen with the order? Do you have it or not? She continued to ignore me. Until a waitress very kindly approached me and told me Calm down, Ill check and she went to check and there was the order, I guess it was already cold because it was always there. Im sure this is not the first time this has happened with this manager, but today I decided not to keep my mouth shut. Because at the end of the day the food is NOT for me, it is for a customer who cannot or does not want to go to the store at that moment and wants to eat from this place hot and fresh food.

I was taken out for birthday drink and a bite to eat .I had wings told they were deep fried and they were not . My wifes salad was tasteless. I contacted the manager to share my experience and I was to receive a call back from someone. Still waiting for that will not be returning.

Dont order delivery. The estimated time of delivery was 9:24pm via the email confirmation. Called to check at 9:45 and was told their system says 9:54 for delivery. Called at 10:15. Order was picked up 7 minutes prior to the 10:15 call. They have no way of tracking it or contacting them. They have my info with the order, but why bother letting your customer know about delays. Still waiting. Ordered from Swiss Chalet and Dominos many times and they track the order, tell you when it is cooked and when it has left. My bet is our food has been sitting for over an hour. Lesson learned. Update: Food arrived at 10:32pm. It is cold and half the order is missing.

The draft beer hardly cold. The shrimp Alfredo was dry and noodles were hard. The service was absent. Automatic tip added as well. Will never come back

We normally go to BP for date nights about once per week. Just went there this afternoon with my wife and we ordered two meals, a burger and a chicken burger. Waited over an hour and a half. Terrible service all around. Won t be back.

Unfortunately, place seems to have really gone down hill. This used to be a spot we would visit often, even just for a few beers, however this has quickly changed over the years. The food quality and portions sizes simply don t hold up at all to the seemingly increasing prices for meals in addition to the dated menu. With so many other establishments in the area that provide much better quality food and value, it s no surprise reading the reviews that many others feel the same way. Just not a place we ever think to visit anymore, especially having a larger family which is unfortunate. Money better spent elsewhere.

Pls bring back Popeye and the royal pizza

Let down a party of 40 huge. Children served last at 1 hour and 45 minutes after arrival. Very disorganized from the minute we walked in, poor service.

The Simcoe location can be a very busy place, and the staff do a great job! If you have had a bad experience, don t give up, let them try to make it right with your next visit.

Food is edible, I guess but anything you want to add/change costs a ridiculous price. They even charged me an extra $3 for asking for mayo instead of ketchup with my fries, without warning us. The service was bad. We had to get our own menus and seat ourselves because no one came. Once we ordered, they brought the wrong meals out and asked us if Id be okay with eating them anyways. We said no. They didnt warn us about any of the extra charges. The salad and pizza lacked flavor and it ended up costing 80 dollars for 2 people (one being a vegetarian so the meals are typically cheaper). The atmosphere is like every other Boston Pizza. Ive been to other locations that were better.

Worst service I have ever had anywhere. People we were sitting with got and finished their meal before my wife and I. Half an hour later our meal came Ordered a salad with the meal. It never came so I asked for it. I added sausage to my pasta order and it also was missing. The whole experience was awful!

We were a huge group. Met and seated promptly upon entering. Within five minutes of seating, staff was ready to take our drink orders. Everyone got what they ordered. We ordered a variety of pizzas, of which we ended up taking a few boxes home with us. $350 for 9, included appetizers, drinks, six pizzas and tip, I think was not a bad lunch.

We were shocked how busy it was here. Youd think small town means local restaurants are the first choice but BP was full. Food was tasty and portions were decent size.

Place was terrible .. almost nothing was right! Fries weren t cooked some still almost raw . 3 of us Had the club sandwich with secret sauce must have been secret because none of them had a drop on it . 1 got fettuccine Alfredo that was just fettuccine the Alfredo wasn t there the waitress had to go get some!!! And this was a 250$ bill that was the last time going there!

Went around 3pm. 1 table in the entire restaurant. We waited for our server to take our drink order for over 10 mins. Got frustrated with the lack of service. We left and saw the waitress sitting at the bar on her phone. Horrible service Food

Served me food on a dirty plate. I was a frequent customer. The other negative reviews are true and accurate as I ve experienced it myself. I have many other complaints but it s not worth the time and energy. Go somewhere else.

Vegetarian options: Great burger Food

This evening myself and my husband and two children visited Boston Pizza in Simcoe. The service was so terrible that I m officially writing my first Google review. We waited 35 minutes to order. When our server came to the table to assure us it would be out soon I had to tell her that we had not yet ordered our food. She was kind and apologized and then reassured us that our kids meals and appetizer would be put through quickly to make up for it. We waited roughly another 30 minutes. Then Our main entrees showed up but our appetizer and kids meals were still not ready. She left us with our pizza and then did not return for another 10 minutes. Finally we had all of our food but our pizza was cold. I asked for side plates, a new drink and some sour cream. About 15 minutes later she came by to see how things were tasting and we still did not receive plates to eat the pizza on. I noted that we d managed to make do without plates (salad on a pizza tray - that s new!) but that I could really use the drink and some sour cream. At this point you would think she d get that RIGHT away but it took at least another 5 minutes. When we left there was another apology and she mentioned she would be speaking to a manager. She noted the kitchen was a mess back there . However, We were not refunded whatsoever. I only tipped 10%, the lowest tip I ve left in years. Fortunately the food was good. But we won t be back for a very long time.

Tattooed hostess needs an attitude adjustment. Never experienced such disrespect at any restaurant Ive ever been to. I will say though I feel terrible for the waitresss that have to take the blame for the horrible food being served from the kitchen.. Getting drinks at the bar seems to be the only thing good about this place.

Normally I dont mind little mistakes at restaurants, but tonight was ridiculous. Took my son to the washroom and he almost burned himself at the sink because the water coming out was only scalding hot, no matter how you turned the handle. I talked to a manager, and they acted like that was normal, saying that the dishwasher water goes through the bathroom pipes, so its just hot when theyre running... no signs in the washroom, just hope your kid doesnt burn themselves. Then my burger that was ordered with bacon and no onions arrived with onions and no bacon, my sons burger was just a dry patty that needed to be soaked in ketchup to be edible, and my wifes Mac and cheese was basically just dry pasta with shredded cheese on top. On top of all that, there was no ketchup at the table, and I had to flag down the server after 10 minutes to bring up the issue with my order and the lack of ketchup at a table with a kids burger and fries at it. To wrap it all up, I tried using their qr code pay-at-the-table option, but surprise surprise: it didnt work. Part of me thinks that when you select the custom tip option, it just gets flagged and encounters an error... We will never be going back to a Boston Pizza, and I hope others read this when considering where they want to spend their money. Boston Pizza, do better.

Tonight my friends and I decided to stop here for a quick bite to eat. Long story short it took us over an hour to get our food which we sort of understood because of the high volume in the restaurant, however when the manager heather came over to our table that s when our night was ruined. She s rude, aggressive and just not welcoming. Won t be back. I feel sorry for this establishment for letting someone like her run your restaurant. It s unfortunate.

Georgia was our server and could not have a better server anywhere. She was helpful, Pleasant and very knowledgeable about menu and choices. Hamburger and hungry carnivore were excellent. Service was slow due to her being only server but when I brought up this issue she explained that it was very unusual to be that busy at that time of day. No complaining nothing just friendly explanation. Give her a raise.

Imagine my surprise eating my chicken tacos right now when there is no chicken in them...cabbage and tomatoes. Not to mention the missing dessert, missing kids meal fries, missing kids meal drink, missing kids meal cookie. Like usual, a fantastic meal (notice the sarcasm). Not sure why I continue to give them chances!!

Celebrated my birthday with lunch. The gave me a free desert for my day. The place is always clean and has a warm atmosphere. Katie is a great server and always remembers us and takes the time to chat. Our goto place.

Food was typical for Boston Pizza. Part of my dinner didnt arrive to my table until I was finished the rest of my meal, and had to ask the server twice for my remaining items. For whatever reason, they didnt prepare it with the rest of my meal, despite them supposed to be coming together. Atmosphere was less than pleasant due to a child allowed to scream at the top of their lungs for the entire visit. Unfortunately not the best experience Ive had and could not recommend.

I got really sick eating the tropical chicken pizza from here. I asked my friend that dined with me that night if they got sick, indeed they did. We both got food poisoning Dining experience was ok We ordered the cactus cut potatoes and they came out undercooked and soggy The waitress seemed too busy as she seemed overwhelmed for a Tuesday night but she was super nice and seemed very genuine All and all it did take forever for us to get our food. Starters didn t come out until 25 min after, the adult beverages we ordered were heavily watered down for it seems like they were made first and sat for 20 min. All and all, not a fan of this place anymore. It s gone wayyyy down hill in food quality and service.

My wife and I stop at the restaurant on Wednesday January 3 2024. Our experience was less than desirable. We waited for a long time to be served or for took so long we had to ask our waitress is it was ready yet. The restaurant itself was absolutely filthy with food on the floor and dirty dishes on tables for ever. Sorry to say that we will not be returning any time soon

We ordered a pecan chicken salade, a honey dill power bowl, and a Mac and cheese. We had it delivered. They forgot both the dressings. I called and told them we are missing both dressings. They sent us 2 more. Both were a vinegar style dressing, that doesnt go with either order. I called back said it was wrong its the dressing for the salade and the power bowl. So the send it again. Both are the dill dressing for the power bowl, once again the other dressing is not there. I talked to the manager both times. Not sure how they can mess it up this bad. But I love paying $100.00 for dinner and end up eating a can of soup instead. At least my mom finally got the right dressing for her power bowl. Ps. Normally salade dressing should not be a big deal, but I dont have any at home and who eats salade with out dressings? Took 2 hours this process BTW.

A good Boston Pizza restaurant in the pleasant Simcoe area. Staff is friendly, food is good & their overall pricing isnt too bad for the amount of food received. During our visit, we ordered: 1. Bandera Bread (appetizer)--very good, filling & plentiful. 2. Deluxe Pizza (medium)--a little greasy but still very good, filling & plentiful. 3. Jalapeños Shrimp Soft Tacos--perfect proportions & taste. 4. Chocolate Brownie Dessert (served with ice-cream)--excellent proportion & taste. Since we were celebrating a Birthday for a Family member, the dessert was free, which was a great touch, plus the staff sang a Birthday song collectively! If one creates an account through their website/Application, they also give a couple of free appetizers as well, again, another great touch. The only reason I didnt give the experience a 5-Star rating was because we did have to wait quite a bit of time for our order at a time when the restaurant wasnt busy (around 4p on a Saturday). That being said, they do get VERY busy here past 5p. We left around 6p & the restaurant quickly filled up with some guests having to wait at the entrance. Overall, its a Boston Pizza location thats worth dining. Parking: Ample parking. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available. They do host parties for kids, too.

Walked in ,the wait to be seated sign was covered. 2 girls seen us walk in. Neither came to serve us. One went outside to have a cigarette, the other walked away. I finally after 10 minutes went n asked for a menu. We waited an hour for food. It wasnt that busy. One waitress was doing everyone s work. While the other 2 stood around. I had spaghetti, I ve had way better at east side Mario s.Too slow n girls are inattentive. I m not a drinker ,so I want to eat n get out. Will not be returning, this place SUCKS!!

Came here for dinner a week ago, took fifty minutes for food to come out, and no one came by to refill drinks either. The place was dead and still three hours til close, staff was just standing around on bar side. Sooooo many flys were around our table by the time food came out we had been completely turned off by them and couldnt eat. Werent told about substitutes in the food ordered and ended up with something I couldnt eat due to dietary restrictions and when discussing all of this with the manager he was very dismissive and didnt seem at care at all. Used to come here for apps, but not after this experience.

Will not be returning. Called ahead to be seated for a party of 9 including children aged 8-15 and adults. We were sat on the dining room side. No appetizers ordered, sat around 4:30pm (way before dinner rush, 3/4 empty building). Over a hour and half wait for food, food was cold and some meals werent up to par. Order a fish bowl drink and came half empty. Wait staff did not return for any check ins. After first hour of waiting, finally got up and found x4 wait staff at bar chatting with bartender. Asked for manager on duty to speak about no return wait staff, refreshing drinks and missing meals. Left building after all was done at 6:30pm, unhappy and disappointed immensely. Wait staff does not work together as a team except when they are all hiding from customers. Ribs are better and cheaper if you get the Walmart grest values one, trust us. Only thing worth the one star was the pasta dishes; Qudos to the pasta chef (theyre the only worth 5 stars).

Thank you Micheal for your quick reply Just went here tonight for the first time in over a year and have to say I was disappointed! The food was so greasy, my burger bun was soggy from the amount of grease! The pasta and broccoli tasted dirty. Chicken parm tasted like typical frozen processed chicken. Nothing really tasted fresh except the cactus potatoes! Our pops were so watered down that we barely drank them. For the prices of the meals we paid, it was definitely not worth it in my opinion.

Wait staff is awesome, super friendly, and the kitchen staff work their butts off. Their wings are my favorite! Vegetarian options: Whole sections for vegetarian options, theres a wide variety instead of just salads, and according to my buddy, their vegetarian options tasted awesome! It was very flavourful and filling, and didnt have that cardboard taste so many places have. Dietary restrictions: In their online menu and in person theirs section for gluten wise options and vegetarian/vegan options. They even have vegan cheese for their pizzas and pastas, I think theres an option for their vegan burger too, but I cant say for sure.

We started taking advantage of Pasta Tuesdays, its a good deal with a good selection and the food is good. We usually take half home for leftovers. The service has been top-notch.

Worst Boston pizza location. Servers were so rude and so slow. It took triple the time to bring in food than a regular Boston Pizza. It took around half an hour to get us a bill. And even their payment machines were not charged. Had to wait for another 10 mins.

To be honest the food was tasty, i will give 5 out of 5 for that but the service was extremely slow. We waited 30 minutes for the food but, even then we just got some portion of our order. Then we ordered an extra sauce and they took 15 minutes to bring that. At the end the billing process also took 30 minutes as they left the machines with us and none of us knew how to operate that, we waited again for someone to come and then the payment machine stoped working. Then they charged the machine and again they left the machine with us. All in all, the service was very slow, we understand if the restaurant is busy but it wasn t that busy.

Appetizers are the price of entrées Poor quality food, pasta we ordered arrived cold/frozen in spots Which indicates everything is frozen and not fresh. Server also took forever to get to us and almost forgot our bread that was supposed to come with our $22.00 pasta. If we didnt ask her about it. All and all, service and quality is not worth it

I really wanted to enjoy the burger and salad I ordered on Friday night but it was really bad. I ordered the large gluten free hamburger and a chicken salad both were $20 each! I was glad to pay it as I m gluten free and was happy they had the options available but when I got home to enjoy my supper the hamburger was not good at all. The parties were both burned to a crisp and was inedible, on top of that the bun was hard as a rock and dry, not edible at all, bruised my gums pretty bad. They didn t even put some ketchup or mustard on it! It was so expensive! And the salad was not good either because the breaded chicken was dry and the salad was full of bacon and cheese which I cannot eat! It was all pretty disappointing and I got nothing for dinner. I picked at the salad as best I could but I lost close to $50 and all I got was a burned hamburger and salad full of bacon and cheese with dry chicken strips. I really wanted to like it but the hamburger was the worst I ve even gotten served by any restaurant. Please don t serve burnt food, we are paying good money and deserve edible food!

Worst New York steak I ever had !!!! At the beginning our server ask the steak to be WELL DONE . She brought us an Red bloody steak . We ask the server (Margaret K) if the cook or cheff to cook it better (WELL DONE) . She came out with a sarcastic smile and got us a Burned steak . It was bad ! She came back asking if everything was ok . We told her that was burned . She reply do you want another steak? We said no thanks . Please take that of the bill . She came back again with the new bill now we noticed we have been charged a garlic bread order . I told her take it off !! She reply I ordered I show her the menu says it comes with order of the steak included I ask her did you read the menu ?? She responded she haven t I have only one week at work . I responded to her now I understand you . Please remove the garlic bread order . I think that was when all sarcasm ends from their part (kitchen and server) it is very disappointing and lots of frustration . Too sad to see this experience when you want a nice and wonderful meal

Food leaves just as much to be desired as the service. Twice I have gotten who I believe is the store owner or management and neither times were ideal for waiting or general service

Second time going here and both times the service was so slow that we got our food for free. When we finally got it, the food was cold.

Our server sat on her cellphone in the bar seated at a table with another server chatting and texting. The bar side (where we sat) had max 3 tables sat at anytime with 2 to 4 customers at each table. Waitress was new and rude, needed to be taught how to make a daiquiri and the lesson must have went wrong. Waitress walked by atleast 6 times without asking or refilling my iced tea. Which if youre busy fine but again she really wasnt. Ordered off the appy menu a Bandera bread and a cactus cut. Pointed at said items on the mini appy menu provided. Bill came with full priced apps. When asked why so much? Manager fixed it and explained that my apps would have been smaller and that I should in the future order the 1/2 order of those apps to save a situation. I dont know how its my fault that my server didnt ask if I wanted the appy hour or full serving? But usually you have a special like an appy hour to bring in customers during slow times and give them a deal.....it doesnt say on the appy menu that these portions are smaller? Seems like a rip off now that the manager kindly brought it to my attention. We didnt finish either app as it was more food then we anticipated. Finally I was seated with my 2 year old and my sister. She ordered the kids gummi worms and dirt pudding for Jr. And a brownie for us to split. Again it was out fault for not saying we wanted an adult sized portion as the waitress rang it in as the childs serving. She was rude when corrected but what did she think? My two year old was having 2 desserts? More training could be used across the board maybe write down the orders and confirm menu items ordered instead of trying to memorize it and putting it in the POS system wrong.... Too many businesses want the customer to do the job of the employee....I guess we can add this one to the list.

Horrible customer service. Tried to deliver my food at hotel at 8:30 when I am not there and I asked for 9:30. Told me to call back when I am at the hotel. But call me around 9pm that my food cant be delivered I had to pick it up. Gave me cold stale food when I showed up for pick up and charged me more money then delivered food. COLD DRY FOOD. Horrible So Dont expect anything from them after telling how terrible their service it. Thank you Boss Tone Pizza for not responding!!

This establishment is going through some changes with the new owner right now. Some new servers/bartenders have joined and are exceptional. Food quality is hit and miss, but has improved overall. Atmosphere is great with new renos and such. Bar drinks have lost their specials but will hopefully be sorted out soon. I have only sat on the bar side so can only attest to the great bar service. Give it a try for sure!

Ordered a Deluxe Pizza, crest was undercooked and doughy, pepperoni tasted freezer burnt, and there was raw ham lunch meat thrown on top, not just gross but gave me brutal diarrhea. The adjusted menus from covid arent an excuse anymore, not worth the expense here.

Food preparation took too much time even though a few guests were sitting inside. I never have to wait that long at other locations. I was completely disappointed with the desert. It looked like usual brownies served with very little ice cream. I Dont recommend to visit again to this location.

Poor costumer service and over priced food, I would never go back again I asked if I can order the mushroom fettuccine and substitute the chicken with shrimp After almost 30 mins they served me the past and made me pay extra $$$ for the sub. It s totally unfair to charge for extra toppings when I only substitute it. The manager came to explain only one button in the system and just made it worse. Also what made it even worse is the fact that no one was around to check on me and I actually walked to the bar to ask for my food.

Very disappointing overall. Told 10 minute wait stretched to 30. Once we were seated our food took 45 minutes.

We arrived for Lunch on a Sunday, not many customers, seated quickly, after this everything went downhill- we ordered simple fare, we waited at least 30 minutes for our lunch- there were only a few other tables, not sure how the kitchen would manage at a busy time. Waitress never stopped by to say ANYTHING about the wait. Meals came out in intervals, person 1 was finished eating before others got their meals. The quality of the food was okay, the service was not really. I ve never been a big fan (from other BP s) will never return

Not a great experience overall. Came in around 4 on sunday. Waited at the door for 15 mins no sign of a host. 2 servers walked past didnt even acknowledge our presence just ignored us. Got sat waited for our server (bar side) for another 15 mins just to touch our table. Didnt introduce himself didnt tell us/ give an appy hour menu until after we had put in our drink order. He came back and we ordered our app ( triple play) and our mains at the same time and requested they all just come at once. 30 mins for our app to come out. Then another 25 for our mains to come. The app plater was fine nice and hot but the mains were very disappointing. My friend ordered a chicken burger and his bun was rock hard. My other friend order thai bites with fries and gravy. The bites werent that hot but she ate them anyway as she was hungry. The gravy was super lumpy and tasted off. My meal i ordered the thai wrap with sweet pots. I took one bite of the wrap and was so turned off. It was dry and the fried chicken on it was cold and crusty. The server did not check in with us about how our meals were until right before billing. He ended up taking the wrap off the bill and offered to get me something else but at that point i was just turned off. Kinda turned us off as well through the entire interaction he was chewing gum with his mouth open even during the brief amount of time we did see him.

This is a joke of a restaurant. Waited an hour for my delivery and when it showed up my sons order wasn t even there. When I called they said they d send it out right away. Waited another hour for it to arrive and it was still wrong. This place needs a serious overhaul. Not the first time this happened either.

My wife and I decided to order delivery from Boston Pizza for dinner. The estimated time of delivery was 7:48. Flash forward to 8:08 (20 Minutes After) and still no order. I then proceed to call and the person who picked it up said that she doesnt have any record of it on her screen so the delivery driver must have picked it up. *Keep in mind we are a less than 5 Minute Drive from the restaurant* I then proceed to wait another 20 minutes and still no order. Its now 8:30, a total of 40 minutes later than the original estimated delivery time. I call the restaurant again to inquire and they said that it was sitting in the back. Not wanting to wait I drive up to the restaurant to pick it up. When I arrive at the restaurant, I have to wait 10 minutes for someone to even say Hi/Greet Me. At which point someone finally comes over to inquire about what I came in for. I told them and it took another 10 ish minutes for me to recieve my order. When I briefly checked my bag to ensure that everything was accounted for, I was missing french fries. I then have to wait an additional 5-10 minutes to recieve this. When I go back to my car to inspect everything, I opened up my pizza box to find a cold, congealed, excuse for a pizza. (PICTURE ATTACHED) I then go back in and tell them so I can have my order made properly. They say it could take another 30 minutes to have this remade. I have no choice but to agree. I then drive my wifes food home so she cant at least eat, (at this time its approx 9:20-9:30. I then drive back to the restaurant to finally recieve my pizza made properly. At thos point it was barely warm but Ill take it. I then immediately came home and am writing this review at 10:00PM. I effectively wasted 2 hours of my time that I cannot get back. Im extremely disappointed with the quality of service and food that I received. I would not recommend coming here and would instead suggest bringing your business somewhere else in town.

Brutal experience. I ordered the plant based burger and fries with an extra order of fries for take out on a Tuesday night around 9pm. They said it would be ready in 25-30mins. When I arrived it took about 5 mins for someone to acknowledge me. Not even a hello. Just a have u been looked after . I replied no and then waited another 10 mins for someone to come and take my payment. There was hardly any communication from the server. After I paid the server said she would go get my meal. Again I waited some more. I sat in the restaurant for about 30min total, cold because they have the a/c up really high. I even noticed a young woman at another table shaking while her mother put a sweater over her. It took them an hour to cook a plant based burger. The restaurant was not even busy. Blows my mind how much people just don t care anymore. Food wasn t anything special. Service was terrible. Restaurant was freezing.

Unfortunately they were out of alot of ingredients for several items we ordered. Not a huge deal but this is not the first time weve had this happen at this location. Food was slow in coming and made one dish was made wrong. The waitress was nice enough to offer to have it made again but after the long wait we opted to not risk it taking as long. The waitress was very friendly and apologetic for the wait and the lack of options. She was very attentive.

Excellent food, great service

One of the WORST restaurant services that weve had in a long time. When bartender and waitress were actually anywhere to be found, they were very SLOW and unattentive to us. Our food came out and was very subpar. We had to actually return one dish because of how cold and lacking in sauce it was. I would not recommend this location to family / friends because of how dissatisfied we were.

Unprofessional manager greeting at the door acted like she didnt know what she was going and how to seat us ( wasnt overly busy inside) ordered food waited over an hour and received wrong food. Unprofessional manager was trying to dismiss what we were saying about our wrong food and was making excuses for why it took so long and for why the food came out wrong.

The food was good, but the server was slow and not friendly at all. It was very slow even though it wasnt very busy; 2 hours start to finish. Ordered plain wings and got buffalo wings, but she never came back to check. Came back after 35 minutes after we got food with just the bill, put it on the table, and asked if we needed a machine. I said yes, but my kids got dessert; she seemed thoroughly annoyed by this and wouldnt leave until i paid. Finally did, got my kids ice creams, and we promptly left. The host was nice, though; she stopped by to offer refills a couple of times. Food taste and the host are why this is 2 star; nothing else.

We waited an extortionate amount of time for our food. We were a party of 6, and came in for lunch. We ordered appetizers, which took a while (approximately a half hour). Once we finished those, we waited another HOUR for our mains. By the time we were done we were at the restaurant for over 2 hours. Our server told us they were short staffed, however, customers who came in after us got their food before ours. Eventually, after asking about our food twice with curt responses from the server, with a comment about not being able to make our meals any faster (a fairly rude response), I spoke with the manager and told her we were ready to leave without our food. Five minutes later we had our food, which is awfully suspicious. One of the meals was cold, and the Thai wrap that was ordered was dried out, showing that it was under the heat lamps too long. The manager comped all of our food, which was considerate at least. The server, however, did not offer any comment or apology. Altogether, we won t be coming back to this restaurant.

That has to be the worst meal for dinner we have eaten in a very long time....just absolutely disgusting.

I waited over 20 minutes for a pick up order that they assured me was ready. I paid for it, and then waited....and waited....and was ignored by waitresses. When I asked when my food would be ready just a minute was the response. If I hadnt already paid I would have walked out. Others entered the restaurant and I advised them to go eat elsewhere. Seriously, just DONT GO HERE!

We visited recently in the midst of a drive and were every excited to check it out. Food was really good (although we did wish the artichoke dip dish was bigger as we went through it very fast) and the server we had was very friendly and helpful. The only issue really was the wait times for food. It took about 30 minutes to get the appetizer and roughly 30 more for the main dishes. By the time we had finished our food we had been there almost an hour and a half. I think its a great place to eat (albeit a little pricey) but definitely has some kinks to work out.

I walked in and waited 5 minutes at the door with multiple staff seeing me, walking by me and not one person saying that someone would be with me or acknowledging me. I was in town for a funeral. I just wanted to get some food to bring back to my hotel after a long day of traveling and being at the funeral home. I left after 5 whole minutes. I work in the service industry and I am very patient. I understand the industry. I left without being acknowledged. Some improvements are needed at this Simco Ontario location.

Had a bad experience part of the food was good rest of it was not hot and fresh. Spent 2 hours waiting on either drinks or food

1st visit to Bosron Pizza. Had Tacos which were very tasty. The lady who served us was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.

Took 45 min for someone to come tell us our order would still be another 20 min.. we ordered 2 lbs of wings!! Ugh. . Sadly, things have gone very down hill. Beer is always good tho!

My daughter placed a online order for pick up as it was quite late. The order was supposed to take approximately 20-25 minutes, it was closer to 45 minutes. We live about 25 minutes away from BP so we are a good distance away. When the food arrived we were short a French onion soup. I called the restaurant explain the situation and was passed on to a manager. Again explained the situation and my options were: One; come back and get the soup they would have it ready. (So this would mean driving back making the round trip approximately 50 minutes) Two; they could deliver but I would have to pay for the delivery and according to her for where I live it would be expensive. These were my only options as per the manager, neither one seemed satisfactory. I think their could have been a third option, that is taking our name and providing the missing item on our next order either as pick up or in the restaurant. I would have to say this is a big failure in customer satisfaction

Unfortunately the food was late and not good.

The upside are the ambiance was fantastically clean and organized, food were great courteous staff. Downside was we literally stayed their for an hour, 40 minutes in waiting for our food and 20 minutes to eat our lunch. Is that even normal for service? Im definitely not recommending this place and not going back there anymore. Just sharing my disappointment, because this review wont even matter to the management.

Went there approximately 2 weeks ago. The service was terrible. It was a Tuesday night so not busy. We were seated waitress asked us for drink order. It was 2 lemonade nothing out of the ordinary. Took 20 minutes to get them. Finally took our food order. Half hour later got our appetizer. Waitress never cleared the dishes when she brought our dinners which were missing the fries that go with the dinner she just handed over the dirty dishes and never took them away. Waitress never came back once to ask how everything was or ask if we needed drink refills. We sat for approximately half an hour for our bill. I had to ask another waitress for the manager. Once I explained what happened she apologized and competed our dinner and gave us 50 dollars in gift cards to use on our next visit. Last night my husband and I decided to go back to use the gift cards. Let me tell you the service was just as bad if not worse. All we ordered was 2 drinks and 2 meals. Took at least 45 minutes to get our meals. My husband is normally one of the nicest patient people I have ever met. We were very nice about our disappointment with the service again. She was very nice and apologized as did our waitress both were very genuine. After these two experiences we will not be back.

A great Boston pizza in Simcoe. We ate in the dining area and there was plenty of TVs for a variety of entertainment. Our waitress was quiet but polite and even more so; the food was awesome. The BBQ chicken pizza is the most gourmet pizza Ive had yet, maybe only topped by their own perogy pizza. This a good place to bring your family for a meal, and for a fair price.

Made a delivery order and never received the food. Manager admitted their mistake and promised to send gift certificates, which they havent. No response. Avoid

Went out with some family friends and our kids tonight. We felt very rushed. Our starter that was ordered never came. I ordered the ribs they came cold, as if fresh from the fridge. My daughters burger was burnt and inedible. Fries were great! We had to remind about the kids meal desserts. And dessert was not offered for anyone else as if they wanted us out quick for the dinner rush. It was a disappointing first experience, and although they comped the ribs the bill was still $150.00 + an expected tip.

I will never eat or order take out here again!! Beware of the manager. She was extremely rude, she kept slamming her grey yeti down and rolling her eyes at us. She also tried to make us pay more then the bill and when we left she was mocking us and giving nasty faces behind our back until I stopped to look behind and she just ran off. This place is very unprofessional and its just not okay. This happened on Thursday November 16th at 650pm. Please go somewhere else its not worth the time or the rude staff. This will be the second time weve had a bad time there. Last pick up took over an hour to receive. Id love to talk to someone about this manager.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The restaurant was half empty at 8pm. Had a wait of 10-15minutes, which wasnt terrible. We were then seated in an area which was filthy. Must have been a party over dinner, with food all over the floor and not one person attending to it. Once seated, we waited 15 minutes with no acknowledgement by any wait staff. We decided to pick up and leave, as we had no idea when we would waited on.

The cook decided to quit that night. Wow

Food was hot and the drinks were cold.

Waited for an hour on a burger and pasta absolutely absurd no one came and told us until an hour and a half when we were about to leave that it ll be just a few more minutes 1 hour and 60 minutes for a burger that I could ve gotten at macdonalds

Went on a busy Friday evening. Were seated right away. Nobody was coming to take our order and one of the other waitresses noticed and picked up our table. The place was busy so it took a bit longer than usual for the food to come out. They didnt have enough fries ready so only gave me a few on my plate. Was told they would bring out more. It wasnt until I was finished my sandwich that our waitress came over and she wasnt area of the issue but had some sent out fairly quickly. Staff was friendly but slammed so couldnt give the service Im sure they normally do.
