Very bad service , long wait . Cold and stale pizza and bread was served. Burnt topings on my veggie pizza , tried talking to them they said they dont understand..tried talking to manager Elise and she was very rude by saying that its not possible at all that ghey bread and cold and stale and the pizza burnt is not their fault as its pre-made. It was very bad experience and it showed me that they really dont care for their customer. I even said that I dont want to write a review online but she said go ahead and she dont care. Cant believe its coming from manager.

This is my first time at this location, despite some issues with the order the food was still very good, the ladies here are super nice and very accommodating. I will be back just because of the customer service.

$6.99 for a cheese pizza. $7.99 for a pepperoni pizza. $8.99 + $1.50 for a half cheese, half pepperoni.. so I spend $2.50 for you to keep half your pepperoni. Ouch Little Caesars. Still going to let you have 3 stars though because the food is good and the people are nice.

My husband and our children went in to get dinner tonight as the weather was very warm and we didn t want to cook. First of all the place was extremely busy and there was nobody on the front till. Upon waiting for their order once it was finally taken, the cashier at the drive thru proceeded for 5 mins to repeatedly stick her hand down her pants and adjust herself. We completely lost our appetite at her little show.

I have been to this location a few times and THE BEST PIZZA PLACE EVER !! Such amazing staff and the management wow amazing!! They never fail to please their customers!! Store owner getting family to post false positive reviews after a few new negative ones popped up, which is a weird move. I have seen staff resticker expired items, experienced owners speak poorly of customers, and dont respect employees in multiple ways. While I will always love little Caesars, Im sad to no longer support this local location.

Such a unique little pizza place! I was intrigued by the drive thru so we went through and the had best experience! Best stuffed crazy bread and even better customer service! We will definitely be back the next time we are in simcoe! Kid-friendliness: Even through the drive thru they were super friendly to my two little ones!

The staff is amazing here! They truly make it an enjoyable experience. The store is always clean and the food is always fresh.

You know what youre gonna get when you go to Little Caesars, but you dont know who youre gonna meet. The vibe here is elevated. A bald man with adult braces treated me just like family, commenting on demeanour in a friendly way, saying Youve got the goods Sir, and now youve got dinner. Its not what he said but how he said it, with a smile and wink. Our eyes locked, and for a single moment it was just the two of us in the whole universe. I felt a peace come over me and left without a care in the world. The pizza was edible, the service incredible.

Bought crazy puffs at this location before ordering confirmed 3-4 time what we want.Ordered 3 cheese and herb puffs and we received pepperoni puffs. This is so insane.We are vegetarian if we are ordering something and confirming it that we dont want meat how is that fair to receive something with meat. It was very very disappointing.

Dirty pans, no gloves pathetic

Food is prepared on dirty pans covered in grime, crumbs and a bug on one of them, no gloves are worn, and the individuals working do not wash their hands very often. Management stated twice that treating customers like children is the usual there. Overall, incredibly disappointing for the way it is presented as a friendly, positive, safe environment. Store owner gets employees and family (?) to write positive reviews after anyone speaks out against the company and their policies. Definitely will not return and strongly question their integrity. Most recent edit - forgot to rate aspects of restaurant (Service, Atmosphere, Etc).

I have food poisoning thanks to this place. supposed to have boxing classes tonight but I feel like I m going to puke at any moment. I personally hope this pizza place gets a carful food inspection. Don t order from here.

Was a Five Star in the past 3 times this month I waited in the drive through for 10minutes and nobody came to the window. The last time I actually went into the store and found that the staff had the cash system torn apart. They are short staffed and all relatively new and untrained. I miss the old staff that kept the place running smooth.

Although the wait was a little longer than usual, the food itself was really good. For cheap pizza, its tasty, especially the stuffed crust. And I could drink the garlic dipping sauce!

Awful experience almost every time I go here at lunch 12pm. There should typically be pizza ready for lunch but never is when the young guy is working that day, the ladies almost always have pizza hot and ready and cant complain with them but the young guy needs to go, complaining at the window when I pull up saying cold and I dont wanna be here yea that speaks volumes to a customer, that should never be said to a customer at any business. Other than that awful employee this place has quick service, delicious pizza and friendly people.

Service is great and fast. Not a lot of selections which is fine, for what I want. Crazy bread is awesome! Prices are very reasonable. I wouldve given 5 stars, but they arent open late enough, even on Friday or Saturday.

Worse little Caesars Ive ever been too. Lady takes my sons order then walks away to serve drive through for over 10 mins before coming back to the counter. Even tho i told i was ordering seperately. What kind of restaurant walks away from waiting customers? Should have one person at drive thru and one person at counter. And both times Ive been there, nothing has been hot and ready. Dont advertise you offer hot and ready between 4 and 8pm when you never have anything available. I ended up walking away and going somewhere else. Horrible service.

Was craving pizza all night, went in & waited over 10 minutes at the front counter while the girl looked in our direction then proceeded to be on her phone. Not one single acknowledgment of the fact that we had been waiting to have our order taken. Ended up leaving before being served. Just unfortunate that they don t value their costumers the way they should. Just wanna add that me and my boyfriend were the only two customers in the store for the whole time we waited.

Wanted to give the drive through a try. The tall girl who took our order was patient when explaining the specials. My husband ordered two pizzas & spicy wings. Drive-through is busy during friday night, so we had to move our car to side. It did not take long for us to get the food. The young man who brought our order to the car was polite & food was good. Top end of the Little Caesars places. Fast service. They have a drive thru. Located in the back of a gas station convenience store but well stocked and well run.

Went last night ten minutes before closing. Tried to order a speciality pizza but was told the oven was turned off. All they had where pepperoni pizzas. I was told they were sitting for twenty minutes. I understand people want to clean up and go home but why have business hours?

The girl that made my order and served me tonight did a fantastic job. I asked for a farely tough order customized to our liking. Right away over the phone she was so very nice. She understood my order where most dont usually get it. When I arrived she had our order right there for us. Once we were home and checked the goods I was amazed she had cooked it to perfection. Truly the best little caesers I have ever had. Both by taste and experience. I wish I knew her name to throw a shout out but unfortunately I didnt catch it. I will be back with a tip next time as I paid debit and had no extra change. This girl deserves a big raise in pay. I will be a customer for life.

Its Little Caesars. The pizza isnt great, but its not terrible. Crazy bread is awesome. The issue Ive had the last two times is that they didnt have hot and ready pepperoni ready during prime time. Not a huge issue, bit a bit odd.

The customer service is excellent, every time I have been they re very friendly and always have other options if what you want isn t there. The pizza itself is typically pretty good, you re getting what you pay for, I wouldn t say to go there anywhere close to closing though or it will be barely edible. My main issue is that every time I ve been there, there is no medium pepperonis. I really am not exaggerating when I say that. I have honestly never been to a Little Caesars where they didn t have them or at least have one in the oven that would be coming out soon. Which is really the main reason to go to Little Caesars over somewhere else in my opinion.

It has been brought to my attention an employe has been tested for the Covid 19 virus and isolated. And this place is still running. To my knowledge shouldnt all the employees be isolated for 14 days to prevent the spread of this virus

Staff and especially management at this location are extremely rude. They made an error with our pizza and overcharged us and refused to make it right.

Ordered online for a specific pick up time. I get an email 10 min ahead of my pick up time that the pizza is ready. It takes me 10 min to get there so the pizza is sitting there for 20 min. Another 10 min to get home and the pizza is ice cold. So I have to throw it in the oven to warm it up and eat dried up pizza. Last time I order online. Also I tried calling to complain, lines are busy all the time..

VERY quick... There is absolutely no way today I was very pleased.

This used to be my familys go-to place for pizza till something about their pizzas seemed off as of late (I dont think pizza sauce is supposed to be hot & spicy), and when they had to increase their prices. I understand that due to the wage increase that this is what its come to, but Ive taken a glimpse on front pages of local newspapers. And from what Ive seen, the one in Tillsonburg still has their prices set low. Good food and service though.

I was just a this establishment together pizza for my son..they told me it would be five minutes and asked me to sit in the parking lot. Someone was to bring it our to me. After 15 minutes of waiting I went in to be told no one knew I was back. That there was another order I could have in 2 minutes. I again had to go back in the store after being told a second time they would bring it out. ..waited 10 minutes. A total of 25 minutes for pizza and a cheese bread aat a ready to go store..I could of ordered a better quality pizza and got it quicker. ...will not go back! If I could give no stars I would!

They have hot and ready for pizza for $5 they also serve bread and cheesy sticks also brownies all for an affordable price

My wife only ate pizza on October 27th 2018 she is very ill thanks to this place I will be calling the health and safety board based in Toronto on Monday and will be bringing a lawsuit against this little ceasars will never ever eat here ever again made my entire family sick

Usually have great service but last weekend they dropped the ball.. my boyfriend went for pizza through drive thru and there was someone else doing the same they both waited 5-10mins and NOBODY answered the drive thru window so he went elsewhere and on the way back they started answering the window. For future so this doesnt happen again maybe have a person set for drive thru at all times and one for front and two for the back.
