Havent had this pizza in a while. Previously rated 4/5. Got the Big Pizza recently. Pizza was dry, not alot of sauce. Barely any cheese and the pizza crust was very thick and bready. The whole pizza had the look and taste the same as a pizza bun. Disappointing

Ordered a pizza for pickup late..they were closing in about 25 minutes..and yet - it was ready on time and it was delicious (as always!). The young man at the counter was pleasant and efficient. 5 stars!

This place deserves all the business it can get, its a local business run by local folk and they make good pizza, they deliver too. They help out the hungry during closing hours by giving out leftover food and have regularly helped out the local community. Food

For a quick dinner you can t go wrong , I find it best when the owner and his wife make the pizza

Great Pizza.. Went back recently as I remembered how good it was when we got it in grade school.. Super friendly service and the 12$ walk in special is my go to.. Awesome pizza. Highly recommend!

Delivered me all the wrong food, did this last time too normally I don t complain but they delivered a pizza covered in mushrooms which I m allergic too, so I was stuck with a pizza I couldn t eat. Tried to call and couldn t get through.

Great quality and value. Owner is always super friendly and greets you with a smile. Order times for takeout is usually about 15 (or less)! Simcoe location is takeout and delivery only since covid, but store is always kept super clean.

Order 2 panzorotties. We were told 1 hour 15 minutes for delivery. Called to ask where our order was and were told they were just coming out of the oven and the delivery driver just got in. Waited over 2 hours for delivery. They were cold upon delivery and barely any cheese or pepperoni in them. Never order again!

I ordered a pizza and wings last night paid online and it never came . Im not impressed never will order from here again.

Been there before was alright . Tonight ordered , 20 mins late witch is fine . My order was a panzerottie and 30 wings . Started eating the wings they tasted both the same .( big difference between maple bacon and lemon pepper ) I called them to make them aware the gentleman that answered the phone talks to ppl behind counter comes back on phone and says they were dusted . I said a literally eating them with ranch dressing and Chipotle. Didnt want to argue , but on the....big difference in taste as far as lemon pepper , and maple bacon . No offers on fefunds or bring them back and exchange :( . .... rant over

Ive gotten pizza here many times and Im sorry guys but you really blew it this last time. Our delivery garlic bread was burnt on the bottom and we didnt get the dipping sauces we ordered. I called back and waited for those things to be re-delivered. The next garlic bread was just as burnt on the bottom, so we ended up having two loaves with no edible slices. I found a long hair melted into the cheese and toppings of one of the pizzas, and the jalapeños were missing off the jalapeño Hawaiian pizza. Sorry guys but Im going to try somewhere else next time.

Most expensive medium panzarotti I ever seen paid for insane price 20.65 . I will say it was the best one Ive had in my life so Im not sure how to judge taste wise perfect 10 price wise out of ten 4 maybe 1 a month.

Ordered for the first time in years as we heard it was new owners. It was excellent!

I have visited this location several times and the customer service is poor and they are often out of ingredients or do not even know which pizzas are on their menu. The final straw was when I visited last week and all three people in there were wearing their masks under their chins.

Called .. First time... Phone rang 14 times no answer... 2nd time was told 25 minutes to a hour for delivery. Which is unacceptable. Owner knows... I am just very disappointed with the demeanour of the employee that is there. Does not seem like he wants to work. Update:: tried again today... No answer... I have ordered a lot there... They just lost my business... Just because i complained to the boss they will not answer my calls now...

If you go to New Orleans Pizza you have to try the pizza rolls...To die for! Their pizza is very good too but I love their pizza rolls. Yummy cheese with green peppers and marinara for dipping or add sauce in the middle and whatever other ingredients you like. Mmmmm! So good! No I dont own shares in New Orleans Pizza but I wish I did. So good!

Finally a place in simcoe with dairy free cheese, i cant thank you enough for bringing this option in. The pricing is set on the high end for simcoe pizza, theres lots of competition for pizza now.

Website wouldnt accept my address for an order .....called the store they said they werent doing delivery tonight.....on a Saturday.......gee I guess I wont be ordering from there again......

Me and my bf had a meal today as we were coming from Turkey Point beach back to Mississauga we stopped here and ordered 1 large pizza with 3 toppings and 1 box of garlic loaf that came with it for 20 bucks. Id say they really give out superb toppings and sufficient not as scattered or none like pizza pizza or dominos you know? The young dude that served us was really outgoing and friendly too keep up the good work pal! Delicious pizza 1000% enough toppings and NO crust kind of a pizza style which is even better never eaten a pizza before that is made with no crust! Definitely recommend this place!

Love the pizza

Kim and I were out in Simcoe, Ontario, Canada for a backyard pizza picnic with Richard and Diane. I haven t seen them for almost a year and was really looking forward to seeing them again. Richard raced out to pick up the pizza as we arrived in the driveway. When he returned he was carrying two pizzas called Martigra party pizzas. We had never had them but they looked delicious and smelled amazing. All of us were really impressed. This pizza is really delicious. The flavour combination is excellent. I have to say that it was one of the best pizzas that I have ever tasted. We all studied the pizza to figure out what made it so supreme, was it the green olives, or the green pepper slices, or the triple cheese combination ??? Non of us could figure it out, but oh, it was really amazingly delicious and nutritious. You have to try it yourself to believe it. Thank you so very much New Orleans Pizza for making our reunion luncheon picnic the BEST.

Amazing pizza. The best one i have had in quite a while. Seriously good pizza, the tomato sauce wad delicious and the topping were put on generously. The prices are also comparable to other places so not expensive imo.

Pizza quality has been lacking

Their pizza is okay. Its not bad, but its nothing great, either. Generally they only ever have pepperoni ready, though, which is annoying. Service is good, friendly and timely. If youre just looking for a quick bite on the go, this place works.

The works pizza is awsomely loaded with toppings and consistently good. If ordering online call them and confirm the order and ask how long untill it will be. Service may not always be the best but the great pizza makes up for it. One pizza from here is better than two from dominos.

Nice small shop, hand made pizza. Loads of toppings and zesty. Crust is great and dosent taste like cardboard. Great staff and plenty of seating.

Went to just grab a few slices after walking through the Christmas light display on Norfolk and the dough was incredibly undercooked. For just grabbing an evening slice my expectations are pretty low, but the dough was creamier than the cheese on top and left a taste in my mouth that lasted for some time. Ive been to other New Orleans and have had pretty good pizza so Ill admit this could have been a one-off. But it was my experience so I really cant give any higher than a two (which Im giving because the staff member was nice enough despite obviously being a bit tired).

I waited soo long for just 3 subs and those glazed doughnuts. They were not even busy. The girl in the kitchen looked like she was 16 yrs old if that didnt know what she was doing squeezed 3 subs in this little bag. I get home the doughnuts are over cooked really dark brown and 2 out of the subs were completely wrong and put alot i mean alot of mustard when we didnt even want mustard on them. Very poor service.

Very poor customer service. The clerk sold me two slices of very old pizza. Within a minute of my ordering the slices a whole new pizza came out of the back. Good service would have been advising the customer to wait for the fresh slices.

Took two bites of my pizza and found a hair, then the cashier didn t know how to give me a refund it was fairly disappointing

Why is it that you do not have you hours of operation listed on your site. This would be very helpful if you were to do so pls. Very inconvenient. Maybe in the close future you can fix this option to help the community get an idea of when you open and when you are closed. i do alsp find when i call the lines are always busy and unable to speak to anyone.

Ive never been disappointed with the quality of the food but typically understaffed to handle especially walk in orders in a timely manner.

Every time I order here its an hour plus wait to get pizza. they are under staffed always, and management is unprofessional and yoda the woman owner is rude. They are ignorant and can never keep employees not To mention schedule people for 3 hour shifts.

Order a pizza tonight the 8 item special for 16.99. It was a 45 min wait for a pizza that was not correct. Received said pizza. 8:55 pm Called to tell them that it was incorrect her response was oh we will get that right out to you. 9:00 - Waited the 45 min decided that we should give them a couple more minutes. (To be nice) Then at 10 pm I call and no answer. Hubby gets in the car and drives to New Orleans in Simcoe on Colborne st. and it is closed. So now we have no pizza and crappy service, if there was a lower star than one for overall experience. I would have given them a lot lower rating. Never buying pizza there again. Dominos pizza is the best!!!
