GOOD PIZZA BUT AWFUL SIDES. DO NOT ORDER BREADSTICKS. Pizza was perfect. Every other option was below awful. BREADSTICKS- Zero seasoning THREE TIMES IN A ROW, just plain bread for $12 EACH unbelievable GARLIC BREAD- Bland and zero flavor for $12 WINGS- next to no sauce and dry, while being more expensive than any other place SAVE YOUR MONEY

This is the last time I ordered the most expensive pizza IN the town which is suppose to be good but not been good at all My experience so far has been Hit or Miss I keep on ordering from this place as I love Pizza Hut pizza but out of all the times I ordered in last one year it s been good like three times but other times really old and stale and not good at all. Not sure why there is such an uncertainty with their product. I continue to order just because their pizza is still way better than Dominos but it s very bad that Pizza Hut can t make the pizza same / good every time. For the prize one pays for their pizza should always get a good pizza every time. Please work on your quality or else I am at the edge of quitting ordering from you guys.

Pizza was decent. Ordered 15 wings and got 13. Pizza could have been cooked longer.

Food is so expensive, pizza could ve been cooked longer, and 3 employees were outside playing cricket while they could ve been working . Extremely unprofessional behaviour. Giving Pizza Hut a bad taste in my mouth for sure! And this isn t the first time I ve witnessed them playing outside on company time.

Dry uncooked pizza, called back only to get an excuse we called too late. Didn t provide the drinks we order and people working there seem miserable

Another fantastic place to eat. Great staff. Love their wings and garlic bread!! Special deals are awesome. Stress reducing smells while opening the box.

This location is awesome the staff are great and the food is always delicious. They are also very quick to make your order which is awesome.

We ordered Hawaiian & margherita pizza, they were absolutely delicious the BEST so far that we ve tried in Simcoe. The guy who helped us was Will he was very friendly and professional. Would for sure order from there again.

Pizza has been incredibly undercooked both times I have ordered recently. Wings have also been undercooked and caused some nasty food poisoning. This is not the pizza hut of old. Avoid.

They are always so super fast & accurate when I place my order on line & pick it it up. Its always delicious. Pizza Hut has always been my favorite place to get pizza ever since I first had it as a teenager.

Cant really go wrong here. You pay for what you get and thats good pizza. One negative thing is there are no deals for single customizable pizzas

The online service is wonderful.. I order each week for a relative in Simcoe, I live 4 hours away, and the orders are always on time, hot and I know I can count on this restaurant. Thanks so much

We ordered pick up. The guy on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our order was ready quickly. The pizza was great!!! A nice change from what we usually get and I think we will be getting pizza hut a lot more often now. Its not greasy. The crust was awesome - light and airy but definitely held its own. Toppings were all great quality. Breadsticks were tasty!! Great meal!

Awesome customer service

Though I do enjoy the food, it irritates me that the drivers never read the delivery instructions. Every single time Ive ordered I have to put in the delivery instructions my correct address because the website wont accept my address unless its done in the Canada Post style. This always causes my unit number to show up as the street address and causes the delivery drivers to get lost. Every. Single. Time. Even though I put the correct address in the delivery notes. Tonight, my order came in crushed packaging because they tried to fit too much into the delivery bag. Not a big deal, none of the food was damaged. But then I opened my pizza to find that they cut it incorrectly. Your medium pizzas are supposed to be 8 slices, not 6. The other medium on my order was 8. My wings were swimming in grease when they arrived. You could even see the coagulated garlic parmesan sauce floating in the grease. And on top of it, no matter what card I use on their website, the no-contact payment option never works.

Staff was very friendly, ordered extra pepperoni and did not get it. Called and the staff member said that there was supposed to be 18-20 pieces of pepperoni per pizza normally and I asked the staff member how many go on with extra and he replided back saying 24 Besides the point I Ordered two stuffed crust pizzas from here tonight My spouse and I got very sick from the pizza Do not recommend ordering from here, ever! Got ripped off both on the service and the toilet

the food was ok, but i called in my order it took 6 times for them to get my phone number. I was going to get it delivered but after 3 times trying to get they to understand my address i gave up. so i went to pick it up and they took me there was no order for me. I said i called it in and finally they find it under the wrong name they had maria it was suppose be matt. I was suppose to get 14 boneless wings and only got 8 it was suppose to be part of the special game night meal.

Im in here at least ONCE a week and every time walk in and order my pizza is GREAT just like a Pizza Hut pizza should be. The service is 100% great Im always so nice to the two guys in there and they are always so nice to me we call each other Buddy, Brother or Friend like were friends which is the great friendly atmosphere in referring to. I always order my pizza with extra sauce and a tiny bit well done and EVERYTIME it comes out to me PERFECT. What else can I say SUPER FRIENDLY and GREAT FOOD. 5000% better the Little Caesars. I will continue to eat here as this is way better then the old location/owners.

The BEST most YUMMY pizza in town. Now that Little Caesars is doing there super thin cheap Covid crust we call it, I stopped eating there now me and my bro go see Dev, Maulik and crew at the Pizza Hut where Im greeted super nice and almost on a name by name basis. Pizza is GREAT always the way I order. Im here once a week minimum its so GOOD. What else can I say. WAY BETTER THEN LITTLE CAESARS AND DOMINOS COMBINED. THANKS GUYS

Wasnt sure if I would go back to Pizza Hut after numerous bad experiences at the old Simcoe Pizza Hut. Placed my order online, when I showed up at the restaurant I fully expected to wait for the food. The food was ready before the expected pickup time. The service was very friendly and the pizzas were great. Definitely will return to this location.

Always made fresh and always taste great. The crust is light, crispy and not greasy and heavy.

Very friendly staff. Eager to help and even went so far as to show me how to save money on the order I was placing. Rather than let me spend the extra few dollars. It is franchise pizza. So not really much to say foodwise other than it tasted fresh and they were generous with their toppings. Food was cooked right and worth the price.
