Authentic Taste Of Latin in Simcoe

Food was good, but the service of the tall lady in eyeglasses and the big guy outside was so rude.

Great food. But poor surroundings. I liked the food. I really got excited to try the food. But after eating I fell sick the next day. So if I try next time, may be Ill change my mind.

I just had the nachos. Absolutely amazing homemade nachos right down to the nachos chips. So fresh and so delicious. Thank you for some real food this town needs this.

This was the closest to authentic tacos I’ve had since I lived in California. The fish taco was incredible. We’ll definitely be coming back!!

I took a trip today and sat in a tent eating Tamales and tacos with my husband, laughing and enjoying our moment out of a very busy day. I was too excited and didn’t even think to take a photo, next time! Don’t judge by the cover, but then again do! It may look like a shack shop, but it’s clean and well set up. We ordered soft shell tacos and Tamales, myself never tried or seen a tamale before decided to explore the curious creation. The food was beautifully flavoured, the green salsa was very spicy, but true warm spice that can only come from a home kitchen. Beef was fried up with nice crisp notes of fat, but was not at all greasy. The tamales were definitely a Latin kitchen trip and were beautifully hot, gently spiced and pork texture was tender. The ladies were very nice and I’m looking forward to having them cater an event for us. Life is short, try the Tamales.

Stopped for a quick lunch for takeout, tried the Tacos. Nice little spot here, friendly service and good prices with a simple menu including North American and Mexican food. Tacos were decent although the one shell was a bit dry. Tasty and good portions. Will return.
