I love the spicy chicken burger combo. Everyone should try it

It was best experience with them..

Brutal got wrong order through drive thru no straw and guy working was ignorant and terrible customer service skills

They messed up our order at first but we went back and they fixed it let us keep the mess up and gave us extra apple pies, and they were very polite

All tables were dirty, I cleaned our table and swat myself while the staff watched me

Excellent location in Simcoe , Burger King has whopper wednesday for 7.99. Fresh ingredients, and full of value and free refills! Staff very nice, friendly, and able to solve any problem you may or may not have! After eating at Burger King I am very full, not like McDonalds where you will be hungry a few hours later. Very glad to see them in Simcoe!

The staff went above and beyond for us. We were missing an item from our last order and when I called they told us we would get a discount on our next order. Went today and not only got a discount but free pies as well. They were so courteous and apologized for the mix up before. Customer service was above and beyond

Confusing at order window as 2 people were talking at the same time. The chicken sandwich was overcooked and had a peanut after taste. Not good for people with a peanu

Found it to be a little pricey. Onion rings I did not like. Its a texture thing for me. They were mushy. Good variety of drinks.

Driving through, went to Drive thru for lunch. I ordered a chicken sandwich had it from the Burger King close to home. Was the best loaded with chicken 1 slice of lettice, dressing was amazing ..tomato was ok tasted good .Easy to eat while driving too friendly . Will recommend you all to grab these while driving through. Worth of money. Will stick with Burger king only .

Need to learn East Indian before you go there

My recent visit to Burger King (Simcoe) left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, showing little to no enthusiasm for their roles. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome and ignored. It s disappointing when basic courtesy is missing from a dining experience. Furthermore, the atmosphere of the restaurant was lackluster. The ambiance was dull and uninspiring, failing to create the inviting environment one expects when dining out. The decor felt outdated, and there was a distinct lack of attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and aesthetics.Overall, I left Burger King (simcoe) feeling underwhelmed and unimpressed. It s unfortunate that such potential is wasted due to poor staff attitudes and a lack of effort in cultivating a welcoming atmosphere. I won t be returning anytime soon.

I was in the drive thru around 6 pm yesterday and it was fast service and the girl in the orange shirt was very friendly and helpful

I was very pleased when I went to the Simcoe location of the new Burger King! My visit was easygoing and pleasurable because of the friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant offered a wonderful dining experience because it was tidy and well-maintained. The food was excellent as usual; the fries were crispy and flavorful, and the Whopper was juicy and well cooked. Its great that Simcoe has such a dependable source for delicious and quick meals!

I visited this location on Friday March 29th. I was excited to try the new burger king in Simcoe. Brittney was excellent taking my order at the drive through. A supervisor was working the pick-up window. He confirmed my order, took payment and handed me my food. I was really disappointed to find while I had ordered X2 Double bacon cheese burgers and this was confirmed at the window and on my receipt. I recieved single regular cheeseburgers. Didnt have time to return as I was busy, but not a good first impression.

Ive been to the new burger King 2 times now and Ive got good customer service from Sammi once in the dinning room and one from drive threw shes very pleasant and very clear on her response an reads backs order to make sure there right each time .. I also like the upsell she offers ... I was happy with hot fresh food both times .. keep up the good work team

I have to say to be honest I dont normally write reviews unless I have a bad experience, but this experience was amazing, the food was so good and hot, the cheese was melting off the burger, and all tasted fresh, the staff was very friendly, order was above expectations, Ill be honest normally when I go to other burger king locations the food is dry and cold and has no flavor, I will absolutely be coming here again,

We definitely went 3 times in the first two days of opening lol and it was excellent! All the service was amazing and the food was to die for. We had a great server named Samantha but overall everyone was amazingly nice

We have visited this location twice now since it has opened. The first experience was much better than the second. During the original visit the food was really good overall and didn t have any issues with our order. However, The second visit most recently was horrible. First off, the food was cold. We live close by and had to reheat the fries and mozzarella sticks when we got home they were that cold. They didn t taste great at all and wouldn t order the mozz sticks again. The meat on both of our whoppers tasted like it had been sitting out for quite a while, super tough to eat and nothing at all like the food we got during our first visit . Half of the staff were working hard as it was pretty busy both inside the restaurant and drive-thru, but the other half were just talking in a group in the back, so the service was really slow. We definitely take it with a grain of salt considering they just opened, and will definitely modify the review if it gets better going forward.

Went on opening day. There were plenty of staff and everyone seemed very friendly. The restaurant looks great and the food was excellent. We were greeted by the general manager Ayush and he even came around as we were finishing eating and asked if he could get us anything else. Very happy to finally have Burger King here in Simcoe and cant wait for our next visit!

Visited this new location for the first time, ordered two Whopper meals, Upsized both for large fries, but received the standard size instead. Otherwise the usual standard BK food. Save the extra $$, dont bother upsizing.

went there for breakfast... ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on an english muffin ... received a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant ... took 15 minutes for one meal they need more people working
