The owner of this harveys is the biggest skid ever. Rather than giving his employees the power to fix messed up customer orders. It has to go through him in his back desk with your address, proof of identity, passport, bill with your name on it. Its pretty cringe you messed my order up give your employees some power to make the situation right instead of having to escalate it

Food was good. Expensive and minimal selection to get your 4 year old some ribs. With Ribs and wings on their menu and no moist towelettes in the restaurant. Get ready for sticky fingers.

Came for lunch Friday and let me tell you was my Angus burger ever soo tasty, juicy and just perfection what i like in a burger definitely a 5 star rating for that cook, now come today for lunch and got the Angus again as Fridays burger was just insert Homer Simpson drool here, well i was greatly disappointed this time the burger wasnt tasty or juicy at all it was just blah because it was almost burnt and tasted dry. I sat and ate my meal talking to a couple and theyve also said that theyre regulars here and normally the burgers are like that on certain days, so i asked what could make the two soo different they looked and with a big smile said if you want the burger the way you had it Friday youll have to come in when the young man is in the kitchen and laughed this is why we order chicken burgers today because you cant mess those up i laughed at the little joke and thanked them for the chit chat and left so before ordering next time Ill be checking to see what cook is in the kitchen deciding on what to order and what not to order

We got take out thru the drive thru on Friday and the burgers were cold, we live a couple minutes away. Banded for a little bit.

Worst fast food restaurant ever. Over 25 minutes in their drive through at 8:30 pm with only one other car a head of mine. I could have cooked a full family meal in the time it took me to get my order which they also messed up. Parking: Good

Fantastic service, my go to place

Unfortunately Ive given up on grabbing lunch here. Took over 20 mins in the drivethru and when I got home the burger was cold, I asked for extra pickle and go NO pickles and the 7up was I swear just carbonated water. I ended up throwing out most of the meal. Staff is very nice but its not worth wasting money to get cold food not made the way you ask for.

Given how busy the restaurant was, Im impressed that things were moving as well as they were. There were customers in the restaurant, waiting outside for pickups, and in the drive thru lane. Yes, there was a wait, but given the circumstances and the number of customers, it went as well as could be expected. Well done to the staff for being professional and courteous in stressful times!

Good service. Hamburgers are quite tastey, but could be hotter in my opinion. They changed thier onion rings. Used to go there just for that. Now dont. My advice is go back to the thick and juicy rings you had before. These are too thin and well done. Cold before you get them home.

Harveys respect your silence and wont have their boyfriends close the drive through early like the AnW nearby.. 6 stars

For the fourth time now, I think it s no coincidence the tap didn t work and I m handed the device where I m prompted to a tip option. If you want tips go work in a restaurant waiting tables where the tips are deserved! I feel forced to leave a tip because I don t know what you ll do to my food if I don t. Bad practice. Won t be back.

Went through the drive through to grab a quick burger. Had many from Harveys at different places. Burger was Luke warm at best. Had been thrown together it looked like. Asked for everything on it but only got a pickle and lettuce Pickles were terrible. Worst hamburger I have had. Not impressed. Wont be going back.

Onion rings and Fries were both overcooked. They replaced the fries with soggy fries and a lot of very small burnt pieces that were in the bottom of the container. Very disappointed.

Ordered through the app and did p/u at drive thru. Wouldve been very fast except the car in front took quite awhile. A separate window/area for p/u would be great. They have THE BEST poutine - only complaint was inability to order extra cheese curds for the poutine on the app.

Food was not cooked fully , but was replaced when brought to their attention. Food was not as good as it was. Both our stomachs became upset after. Service was so so. Staff seemed to be inexperience as well.

It was not Harveys but a swish chalet. Both are in the same building and adjacent rooms. The waitress took time to fully clean the table and seating. Oh, and the food was good too.

Did an online order and when mother picked it up it wasnt ready yet not a big deal. Took 20 mins extra to get the order. Everything but 1 item was cold because they made everything one by 1 and let it sit out

I Ordered 2 burgers. Waited 45min in the drive through. When I got to the window I asked if the burgers will still be hot. I was told they would be. I took them home (5min drive)....the burgers were not hot and the toppings werent right. Good luck with this place. *Thanks for the response Harveys Simcoe but I wont be filling out a survey. I just wont be coming back to your location due to the ineptness of the owner/manager or whoever is running that place.

Usually our favorite Harveys... drive 40mins just for their flame broiled burgers. Wont be goin back after tonights mess of a meal. Sign at drive thru states could be 30min wait due to be so busy.... would have gladly waited if food was hot and properly prepared. Everything was stone cold and burgers thrown together, literally, unwrapping dumped condiments all over my lap. Buns were stale and burgers squished and toppings were wrong. If I could give 0 for stars I would. A disappointing meal.

The rude counter girl named Emily..gave me a saucy look and told me l was not allowed extra pickles on my burger..only 2 slices allowed, I was. Really Disappointed.. Thats why I enyoy Harveys.. The pickles,. my burger made my way .. Either management at this location is Super cheap and doesnt agree with the corporate logo.. Or that girl is Just very rude. Oh and it was dirty.. Crusty dried Sauce on top of bottles and food mess every where behind the counter. I. Wont be back..

we were there for the Swiss chalet we place the order ahead of time and got there had a little bit of a weight as they were very busy but it was a very good experience in the food is always good there

I am a fan of Harveys so it was great to eat with my wifes family there. It was a busy Saturday so it took some time to get in. It was the first time I had been to an eat-in store so it was nice to have a server. Great job, great food and kudos to the entire team. I would recommend this Harveys.

Long wait. Missing items from order. Asked for items, employee was extremely rude and didnt fix their error. Havent been there in a while since the last time we were there an employee coughed into his hand and then handled burger buns with bare hands without washing them. Wont be returning.

I usually like Harveys but at this location, it was not a good visit. I sat in the Drive-Thru for about 15 minutes and when I finally got my hamburger it was barely cooked. It just tasted like it was off....

Food was under done toppings were on the wrong burgers cause they didnt know which one was grabbed. Tasted like boiled then fried Spam. The chicken at Swiss Chalet was way under done with blood and cranberry sauce tasted like prunes the salt on the chicken and in the gravy my fiancee could have freaking made a whole new order with it. Got food poisoning used to love Harveys and Swiss Chalet but now will Never go back there
