They refused to take American or a Canadian $20 bill. They do not accept any of that money. They would not accept an old money new money they didn’t even know what a Canadian $20 bill actually look like because they even thought it was American and then refused to allow customer to pay for their meal with it Now I am not a racist. I am not prejudiced in anyway, but when you’re coming to a country and there is currency, you would think you would know what the currency is and what it looks like unfortunately I am going to have to recommend to boycott this company seeing how they do not like to accept the countries Currency
Best subway and only subway location I will go to. Always clean. Always fresh ingredients and never cheap on quantities. Always quick and staff are so friendly.
I went to subway today! I told the guy to make veggie Pattie subway. He made my sub with no patty. His hand was scared to spread veggies. No smile on the face.
customer service extremely rude! ordered online and ask me to wait then suddenly hand me a wrong order and ask for customer name, then he pointed the order on the top of shelves by giving an attitude! you cannot let customer wait and give them that rude attitude act! shame on you
Josh was probably the most helpful and kind food service worker I've EVER interacted with 🙌 man deserves a raise! Food is always good, and for people saying the prices are high - every subway I'm every town is slightly different. Get over it.
This location NEVER answers their phone. I order through Doordash sometimes and they don't have green olives on the Doordash menu for some unknown reason, which is my favorite part of my veggie sub. Do when I call to have them added they never answer. SO frustrating. Plus, the old man working there filled my meatball sub with the last of the container and they were literally rock hard. How old is that meat? And the sauce tasted like wine. It was clearly fermenting. Not impressed.
We just went there and the guys who’s serving was extremely rude. First of all, he didn’t look happy receiving customers. And then secondly, he was aggressively putting the stuff on the sandwich. Customers in front of us left in between their order and his words was “okay GO” !! Overall, bad service! Don’t ever go there!!! Maybe His name tag was as NP way!

You basically make your own sandwich here so it s pretty hard to screw up but the workers are completely INCOMPETENT. I say I want a footlong blt on Italian herb&cheese and she tries putting SALAMI on my sub. Sorry since when do bacon and salami sound anything alike?? Then she continues to throw a handful of lettuce on it before I even get the chance to speak. Mind you she s also off in lalaland singing to herself like a wacko during this entire encounter and didn t toast my boyfriends sub like he asked. She also never gave me my receipt. Called twice no answer. Wouldn t recommend.
This place is always kind and welcoming when I come in for a sub after school! They are always energetic and the subs are amazing!!!!!

Place over chargers for their subs. $14.69 for a great Canadian club when it s $12.29 in St Thomas. Won t be going to this store or the one at Sobeys anymore. (The one at Sobeys charges $14.99)
Drove my family to Subway after a sporting event. Arrived at 9:50 pm. Open sign is off. Sign says they close at 10 pm. Checked the door, its unlocked. Attendant says they are closed. I said the sign says you close at 10 pm. He then tells me he put everything away. I told him businesses clean up after closing hours not during. You work during open hours, you clean after you close. He lost a $60 order for closing early. Im sure the owner wouldnt approve.
We got 2 subs and I am not sure that the person that made them has ever made or even eaten a sandwich before? One was full of salt, the other soaked in mustard and neither of them closed. We couldnt even eat them, and ended up having popcorn for dinner. Im not a picky person, but when I pay for food as simple as a sandwich and its inedible, that really grinds my gears. Have a little care for your work.

The old man that works in this store needs to retire. Never have I had such sloppy subs. He also does not change his gloves after he made a sub, handled money, picked his nose, and thought he would make my sub afterwards. . Myself and 2 other customers behind me left the store. I will never go back to this location again.Totally sickening.

Disgusting how you ruin every sub with way to much sauce. Like table spoons worth of mayo falling off the sub. Sauce all over our wrappers cant even handle the sub with out getting covered in sauces. Its Disgusting. Wont ever eat here again.

Terrible! Stood in the store for 15 minutes while the lady behind the counter talked to someone on her phone threw a wireless headphone, And continued to just to what she was doing with no intent to help me.
They lost the meatball sub. The first person put the meatball sub in the toaster. Next person made my other sandwich and then the mysterious sub went missing. They didnt know where it was. I told them its in the toaster and by the time they got it out, it was burnt. I requested for them to make another, the sandwich maker says it looks fine . Another visit in to this location and the sandwich maker was clearly sick. Coughing, watery red eyes and not wearing gloves while handling the bread. Not in this Covid times. I just canceled my order.

I was greatly disappointed in the lack of quality. By the time I had eaten about a quarter of the sub I became ill. After inspecting the remainder of it, I discovered that one of the ingredients was off. Needless to say, I threw the rest in the garbage. I would rate it with a zero but they dont offer that option.

My husband and I we re very disappointed with the quality of service we received tonight when we went in and placed our order. Our server took our order separately which is not a big deal. The issue was our server was talking on her cell phone while taking our order. She was extremely slow and we had to repeat what we wanted several times. We also had to tell 3x that our order was together. Our server was more interested in her phone call then taking our order. I found it to be very rude and unprofessional. If you want customers to return then you need to show your customers that they matter and not be talking on the phone the whole time.

Unacceptable wait time with two workers working. Lady working the table had two AirPods in the whole time on the phone. Man working was not interested in doing anything else to help. Being picky about how many condiments to put on - had to ask for more several times. Not acceptable - wont return again.
Phenomenal, outstandingly terrible. How can someone make such a disgusting sub?!?! I m not going to name names but steer clear the elderly male sandwich maker. Will call him stacks after stacks finished being rude to the customers ahead of me he proceeded to dress my 6 inch with toppings, I was terrified for my sub after what I had just witnessed. As I feared he started with a ridiculous amount of lettuce followed by two small tomatoes. Topped off with a stack of 6 cucumbers directly in the centre of the sandwhich?!?! Then we get to the ranch sauce and by the time he was done the bottle was empty and my sub was a legitimate submarine floating in ranch sauce . Stacks tries to fold the submarine in half but cant get clear of the stack of 6 cucumbers so he grabs a knife and attacks the stack. After exhausting all his energy he is unable the slice through even one of the impenetrable cucumbers. So stacks, defeated, just wraps the whole thing up in a paper ball and puts it in a bag for me. Training won t help stacks, he needs to go. He needs to go now!

This has to be the worst Subway I have ordered from. The man that was working was rude and all I was doing was a pick up. Got back home and neither one of the 2 subs was the right order. Definitely not returning here!!!

God awful service ordered online wasnt ready for when it was stated then had to wait 30 mins building my own sub , the guy was rude to his other employees and customers over stuffed the sub and drenched it in salt not edible to the slightest rude arrogant and wouldnt be surprised if this subway goes under
I placed an online order for pickup at 5:55. I got there at 6:05. It wasnt ready. I had to wait in line for 5 mins for them to tell me it wasnt ready. But they can make it now. Except there was a large order ahead of me and I couldnt wait. So I asked them to cancel the order and a refund and they said they couldnt because I ordered online.

Ordered a 6 veggie sub needed up with a footling cold cut with all these gross toppings. which would have been fine but when we called 6 different times to complain there was no answer or any resolution so it turned out to be a waste of money definitely going to the one nar Wendys from now on.

A pretty average Subway. However, the manager will go out of his way to give you as little of what you asked for as possible. I watched as someone asked for onions and he broke a single ring of onion in half and put it on the sub.
Stale bread is quite common at this location. Not overly generous with their topping portions.

I got my usual sub and the lady charged me $4 more then usual. So i asked if the prices of the subs went up and she said no. And on top of that I almost broke my tooth because there was a stone in my sub

Not as fast as the other Subway in town, but this one is much more modern, as its only a year or two old. This one is less busy, but slower.
