Don't eat here you will get diarrhea and food poison
I ordered two subs from Subway, and it was a huge disappointment. Both subs barely had any ingredients on them, making them taste bland and nothing like what I expected. There was also an odd taste that just didn’t sit right. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. I want my money back!
1. Overpriced - Charging way more than other stores for the same item. 2. Stable bread - if you are charging more at-least provide good quality food. 3. Why you don’t have green olives? is it not going with any of sandwich now?
Place over chargers for their subs. 14.99 for a great Canadian club when it’s 12.29 in St Thomas. Won’t be going to this store or the by Wendy’s anymore. (The one near Wendy’s is 14.69)
this. Is. RIDICULOUS. I ordered my usual and no spinach because I am DEATHLY ALLERGIC and along with the lettuce… there was a SPINACH LEAF!!! I could’ve died. Please do not contaminate the sandwiches. I hope your store burns to the ground. Good day. 👏💋💋💋💋💋
Fantastic service! Parul was so kind and the food was delicious. I would recommend this subway for sure. I can not say enough good things about the woman Parul that served us. Her customer service is top notch. Not only was she friendly with us, but as we were dining in she also went out of her way to help a customer at the pop machine that was having some troubles. She was so patient with him and cleaned up the mess he was so sorry he made. You don't see service like this much these days and I had to give her high praise for her kindness
Date of Visit: December 9, 2021 So the sandwhich was good, however, there was a young man with long blonde hair that was working there, he appeared to be a trainee. He did a great job, but in light of COVID protocols I considered walking out because he made multiple sandwhiches with his mask sitting below his nose. He might as well not have been wearing a mask at all. The two ladies working with him did not correct this either and I find that to be poor leadership . The rules are there for a reason. Wearing a mask may be uncomfortable (I don't like wearing them either), but wearing one could save someone's life. It's not about you. It's about keeping our community safe and in light of the recent outbreaks at many of our schools I would expect that these protocols be taken more seriously.

Bread tasted stale and veggies werent fresh (especially the cucumbers). Stars given for decent service.
Your people need to show more enthusiasm I walked in and they just stared at me like I was a ghost, and didn t say a word just stared clueless and didn t even ask me what I wanted I had to tell them everything

The staff is so friendly at this location. They are always so generous with the sandwich toppings as well. I honestly enjoy visiting this subway location just for how nice the staff/owners are. I ve never had a bad experience and have been coming here for years.

Sandwiches were decent as expected; however, I dont recommend the chicken noodle soup, the broth for which was incredibly thick and unpalatable.

Friendly staff, favorite subs here are the Subway Melt and Southwestern chipotle steak on a spinach wrap. Like spinach on my subs, staff always barely puts any on. Always have to ask for more. Otherwise great subs. Soups are pretty good as well but a little costly for the size.
Often have to tell the sandwich artist to add more toppings at this location.

My favourite Subway in town, and the only one I ever go to. The staff are always super friendly and prompt, the ingredients are always fresh and the portion sizes are perfect. Clean and tidy inside the store, and plenty of seating. 5+ stars!!!

The food is fresh and the restraunt is always clean. The staff is friendly. Just wish they were open earlier in the morning for breakfast but unfortunately they dont open til 8 am I think but other than that its a good place for healthy options.

A quick sandwich for lunch but prices are a bit high for less quality than local sandwich shops. Recommended for an on the run fill-up but thats about it. The establishment was clean, service friendly and effective but taste is simply okay at best.
