The food in general is very good but the poutine is very disappointing not enough fries for a large poutine it is very expensive it cant even compare to a small poutine

It was good nothing more, but very affordable. Fast service, but the waitress puts a lot of pressure and atmosphere ok.

2h30 wait for our dinner. Fortunately we were accompanied and we were busy talking... Very long. Diluted alcohol...! In short Fun atmosphere if you are with friends! Excellent meal though!

Fairly mediocre food and not great service either, the waitress practically kicked us out when she asked us if it was to our taste and we gave our opinion on the quality of the food.... even 1 star for sure...

Great discovery. Very good food and very generous portions. The scallop meal is huge and served with rice and vegetables. Disappointment, however, for the nachos that we had as a starter. Very dry. Comes with a small cup of salsa and sour cream. I prefer when the salsa is integrated into the nachos. A matter of personal taste. The service was slow. Could this be linked to the current labor shortage? The young waitress not at all friendly. We went there one night of a hockey game, its very loud and difficult to talk to each other. Well check so we dont go back there on game night! Too noisy. All in all, I would go back. Good value for money.

Very disappointed. I had asked for a seafood pizza with as little pollock as possible. She had 3 very small scallops and a shrimp, but lots and lots and lots of pollock. To forget.

The food is good, there is choice for everyone and the prices are affordable. The big negative point, as with all the restaurants in Sorel, is that they only sell damn beers from Molson or Labatt exclusivity agreements. Something should really be done with this.

The main room is a large empty space with wooden tables and chairs and a bar at the back. Neither more nor less without fuss or simple decoration. Bland in itself unfortunately. But the place is very clean which is a big plus. We went there to try the restaurant! Often in bars the food is good and not too expensive but not at Le Verrière. I ate a squid starter ($11) with a basket of fries ($5.50) yes yes it s no joke!! A small, ordinary fries with a little dill mayo on the side!!! And the squid :) the same thing! A mini portion with nothing but a small container of seasoned mayo on a nice plate. Not only do the portions not match the price but the squid was not completely cooked! We could see that they had been put in the fryer but not stirred!! Many were sticking together in several clumps of frying which meant that the middle was only pasta not completely cooked. My experience at La Verrière: disappointing. Im going to go back: maybe in 1 year to see if things have changed! So I give 2 stars for the cleanliness and also the quality of its waitresses who are really super nice but thats all.

This restaurant is a pub so the wings are good, fries too and even the Italian poutine! Try their cake: The Hercules. Phew but you have to be hungry. Good app!
