The slowest service I have ever seen for doordashe order processing (my opinion is for the night service), its not normal it leaves you waiting more than 15 min up to 30 min, if you ask someone to give you information, no one answers you. And if someone blames you they will tell you from afar that it wont be slow. I think they dont care about the dashers, unlike the McDonalds in the plaza there is really a big difference in order processing, speed .

They say they close at 10 p.m., but it was 9:30 p.m. and the door was locked. Tim Hortons respects opening and closing hours at least. 30 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru and still no service! When I was waiting for my order, a girl from the staff took a donut from the display at the front with her hands and started eating it in front of the customers. When we arrived at the drive-thru we had to wait more than 10 minutes before getting a response, not even just a moment , I literally stopped my car because it was so long. Every weekend we go to the drive-thru and start a BLT lunch and there is always something missing! Either there is no tomato or the slice of cheese and the mayonnaise are missing but the worst is when the Bacon is missing and its a bacon lettuce tomato BLT! 2 days in a row no Bacon! Worst experience in a McDonalds! The gentleman before us had ordered and paid for a coffee in cash. However, there was no change to give him back his change. We had to wait 10 minutes before someone came to open the cash register next door to give him rolls of change. We FINALLY ordered a coffee and a coffee shake. It must have taken at least 10 minutes before we received our little order!!! NEVER AGAIN. Theres a Tim right next door... Ill find out for next time!

Very nice McDonalds since the renovations its been a while, Ive been elsewhere and I assure you that its not clean like here even the kitchen either because we saw it, for those who are going to the checkout phew its not clean like here its not clean fries on the floor its greasy I assure you that it didnt impress me Sorel I congratulate you because the others should have more organization on the cleanliness side or hide the kitchen side which we also see having cashiers with a smile.
