Apparently “drive thru open 24 hrs” actually means “we open at 4am” we arrived at 330 and couldn’t get a coffee for the road. Ridiculous!

Messed up my order. Luckily I opened the bag at the counter and checked all the contents and was able to find the mistakes before I drove away with them. Then I got attitude for pointing out the mistake. Overall not worth the 15$

We went to the drive-thru and came across an employee who was running like a chicken without a head, he didnt even take the time to listen carefully to what was being said to him... He saw that he just wanted to run and do something else elsewhere.... So in the end he didnt hear that I told him that the mcfleuri was missing and probably said thank you because he thought I was. told him good evening..... So we spent almost 10 minutes waiting, knocked on the window so that finally someone came to see us, a really nice and relaxed guy who took the time to answer us and let us know. our mcfleuri and apologize for his colleagues!! So a 10/10 for this employee who took the time to serve us but a big -10 for the hen, no heads running everywhere.....
Very very slow service. 20 min for coffee and a McMuffin. Just three customers in front of me. The employees take their time, chat, fool around, wander around. Not that there was a shortage of employees, just that they work very slowly... every move is slow. Even putting the meal in a bag to go is a long process!

Horrible experience! Dont rely on the chains reputation when ordering here! Is it normal for a restaurant to lie to its customers? I dont think so! Well, thats exactly what happened today. I wanted to order a simple trio at McDonalds late in the evening, so I went to check the opening hours and was delighted to see that delivery was possible 24 hours a day! What was my surprise when at the time of my order, the McDonalds was in fact closed! Simply believing in a software error on the McDonalds application, I called by phone to notify those responsible for such a problem with the application. My call was answered by the pretty robotic voice announcing that the line was closed! I cant believe that in addition to lying about schedules online, at McDonalds they cut the phone line so as not to receive complaints! Good job gang

Following 4-5 intense negative experiences and 5000 people who consulted the opinion I am revising it, following several other visits the management had to rectify the situation. Some order errors to correct and length of service (common to several McDonalds due to staff turnover!?) basically no more emptying everywhere and screaming in the kitchen.

Personally I went there on a Sunday and I found that the service was fast, the order arrived in 10-15 minutes and everything was good and hot. The fries were very salty, but I prefer that than not salty enough. Its a good place to go if you want to eat.
The staff at Mcdo Tracy should take courses at Sorel on the method of making a latte, Tracy is often undrinkable and Sorel is always excellent, Tracy is finished for me.

Nearly 40 minutes of waiting at the Drive-thru to finally receive our order (20 minutes of waiting just to order even though there were 4 cars in front). Several people behind his party because the wait was so long. Plus the fries were cold, stiff or mega soft and just tasted like oil. No excuse for the huge wait.
