We went to the restaurant in Sorel yesterday a little after 9 p.m. We were hesitant to go in because all the chairs were upside down on the tables. My cream-frosted root beer was served to me in a plastic glass instead of a glass buck given the late hour, I was told. The rest of our order was served to us in a paper bag instead of a tray also because of our middle of the night visit. If I understand correctly, A&W has taken a green turn but only during the day. They encourage us to recycle, to buy a reusable cup, but that s where their effort ends. Following this logic, I put my paper bag in the trash. It was almost 10 p.m. anyway. Personally, I did not enjoy my experience yesterday. Oh yes! When we left, the chairs were still upside down on the tables.

The service was very poor. It took me 30 minutes to get my order, even though there was barely anyone there and just a few online orders. The staff took forever to register my order, on top of being rude, unsmiling, and typing roughly on the keyboard. I placed my order on July 18 at 10:30 p.m. Please train your employees on customer service, it is crucial, as is maintaining cleanliness.

Honestly, it s hard! Look at the image in this comment and tell me where is the mayonnaise and the 2 salad leaves?!? Additionally, the apple juice was too diluted and too sweet. Also, the Sprite was very bad and tasted not like Sprite, but like carbon dioxide.

False Advertising. There is a neon sign in the window saying: LUNCH ALL DAY. And a month ago around noon I went there for lunch without any problem. Today I put in my dinner hour. Not only do I wait 6 minutes before being answered at the Drive but then when I ask for lunch I am told that it is finished at 11am. I mention the sign in the window and am told: Yes but just for the sandwiches Listen. A breakfast sandwich is eggs. Bacon. Tomato. So I dont understand at all why you cant do the same thing to me but separate with toast? In short, Im not being stubborn because I have to go back to work soon and I dont have time to waste but its very ordinary to have a sign that says that lunch is available all day but supposedly just in sandwich format when Its the same damn ingredients.

I stopped at the Sorel-Tracy restaurant on February 24 around 8 a.m. I went to the drive-thru because I didnt have time to go inside. I was very impressed by the service offered by the young attendants. He took orders while serving customers outside. Additionally, after the slight wait time for my food (which was completely understandable) I received my entire order without any errors. The food was hot and fresh. I have never had such a great experience in a drive-thru. Thank you young attendant

I understand the lack of employees, but the service is really long and 3 times out of 5.

I go there once a year because always disappointed..Hamburger ok nothing more, very little garnish..but the onion ring is the worst... each time, they are all crushed and broken at the bottom from the bag, the breadcrumbs are no longer even on the onion. Zero appetizing and it ends up in the trash....

Tuesday May 10 at 3:45 p.m., we ordered 2 teen trios, they were all very cold and the burger was very, very good, the meat was terrible! Inedible!! We returned to the Sorel-Tracy restaurant to express our dissatisfaction and as a response, the cashier of the drive-thru order sent us away, telling us that if we didnt like the meat that it wasnt not his problem! And I told him last week I ate one and it was really good, but today it tasted like rotten meat!!! I will never go back to the A&W in Sorel-Tracy again!!

I havent been there in a while. I almost always ate double chicken buddy burgers. They changed the chicken; it is less thick, less wide and less juicy. Damage!

Le teen burger était tout croche dans lemballage et pour finir cétait pas très chaud alors bien déçu. Totally failed onion rings...If they served it to me quickly, its because it was cooked in advance and put aside. Result: too soft and the breading comes off. I even found some burnt as if we reheated it instead of throwing them away. Cold burger too. Nothing has been cooked very recently. Personally, I love the A&W but if the one in Sorel continues like this, forget me. Furthermore, I noticed among the reviews, we dont take care of our comments which means that nothing will change soon...until the new owner...alas! As well as having worked at A&W elsewhere in the past. Sorel is dead last among the experienced places.

One of my worst experiences for this channel. Super slow service (I saw two customers leave after waiting 10 minutes with no response at the drive-thru). Once the food arrived it was cold and there was a mistake in the order...we asked to substitute what was missing because we would have had to wait another 10 minutes and we had already been waiting for 20 minutes . Already what was served to us was cold, it would only get worse with the additional wait....
