Great room service. The rooms very clean and well maintained. Well received at the 103 island stopover The world is social and warm. Bar and restaurant from noon to midnight Nearby activities: Summer The stopover has a large terrace with two swimming pools!!! one at the threshold of your door another at the edge of the channel view of the magnificent chalets on the nearby islands Lively evening Walkability: Waterfront View of the marina with a long path leading all to the edge of the magnificent channel. A very pretty heron walking around Large park just a stones throw away with water games in summer. Food and drinks: Excellent !!! Restaurant-bar atmosphere Hot and generous meal

Do not book!!! I will never come back again! The rooms stank of death and everything is dirty. Rooms: The rooms are disgusting, everything is dirty!! This place should be closed due to unsanitary conditions.

Room not cleaned kitchen at least (hot dog hamburger) because the roof leaks displays 3 stars I would remove 2 1/2 and all that was booked 2 weeks in advance for a group of 28 people

Very bad experience. Items were missing from the room. The trash was not emptied/changed. The napkins are like sandpaper and without quantity. Unclean lobby. Very hard patio door, torn and non-functional mosquito net (jammed). Very little soundproofing, you can hear everything. View of the drains at reception, very poorly clean. You cannot lock the door to the lobby bathroom. I will not return there and I do not recommend.

Very bad experience. The photos on the site showed an enchanting site but it is only window dressing. The pool is empty, the spa is not available and the rooms are not ready at 5:00 p.m. The very aggressive manager. Noteworthy details: there is none

Just a kayak ride

The VIP dinner show formula is great, and very affordable, we ate very well, and very well placed for the show, good service, only small details in the organization could be improved, continue.

Foreign Journey dinner and show package. The service was excellent for dinner and the food was delicious, but a bit of a wait for service. The show was impressive, good sound quality and overall very successful.

2nd time here, I gave the runner a chance, its been 2 times that Ive been fooled, the service is average at least the answer I asked namely the quantity of beer of 12 Oz and 20 Oz ago others place in my opinion which are more honest.

Unclean place, poorly soundproofed, unpleasant smell, patio door without mosquito net, hair in the bed, smoke detector ringing because it no longer has a battery, sperm stain in the bed, bath with hair, old underwear -marina in the refrigerator, chips opened in the drawers.

First experience with this place by telephone is very unpleasant, not even arriving on site and the person or person at the admin (owners or assistant) is very unpleasant. Nice place to relax, have a beer while admiring the river and its different boats. Good food, pleasant atmosphere, affordable price, courteous, friendly staff. Band in the evening on the weekend...its very good

I had reserved a room. I canceled them no more indoor pool no more spa and outdoor pool on July 14 was not ready. A real riser for their outdated site. A real anarch. Dont go booking a room there. In addition to everyone renting rooms monthly pffff.

We ate there, the squid was very good.

The outdoor shows facing the channel wow... Superb food.

Dont be fooled by the spa there are more and the pool is filled with 0-3/4... The outdoor pool is not maintained, there are cigarette butts everywhere on the inaccessible terrace... The restaurant is excellent and the room was clean but unfortunately we will not be returning in the near future.

I took a room for one night, the bubble bath didnt even work at half capacity, there were broken windows on the wall, the pool was not available, I couldnt adjust the air conditioning

A beautiful place but it lacks love... really a shame

We use the marina for our boat . I have never been to a restaurant. Sorry not to be able to tell you more except that there is always a lot of traffic at this restaurant. The terrace is really big and beautiful. It is always full of people.

Very unfortunate for the staff because the manager is not doing her job. Closed pool room should be redone because there is a great lack of love.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel. In the restaurant we eat very well, however the room was very ordinary, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired.... the swimming pools are closed. The hotel really needs renovation. I wont go back....

Good food, good portions and at a good price

We ate at the restaurant and I wasnt impressed, but the prices were fair and the service was courteous.

Restaurant: The waitress gave excellent service and the food was delicious. The problem was the final bill price. 50% of the items invoiced had a price different from the order menu for a difference of approximately 10% on the total invoice. I would have understood if an item was different but 50% error is something else. Its time to reprint your menus and so on. 2* lost.

Where to start... Im not sure if the room was cleaned before I arrived. Several bathroom marks are apparent on the sink and headboard. The coffee machine had not been emptied since the last use. The walls are poorly insulated and we can hear the other rooms. No soap or shampoo in the room. The upstairs neighbors shower runs directly into the downstairs shower. The bathroom and shower door did not close properly. In addition to all this, a strong cigarette smell is well permeated. I strongly advise against it.

News in Sorel, we decide to order chicken. On the menu, it says roast chicken and not chicken drowned in sauce on the yeast side. Im hypoglycemic and cant eat sugar. I call and they tell me they cant do anything because its their recipe. Mention it on your menu. That would avoid disappointment and an empty stomach. $50 at the devils.

Stop at the 103 island for their excellent room comfort and their jacuzzi and swimming pool, which is always cool to bathe in a clean and welcoming pool.

For a first outing while in orange, hats off, good food, fast and hot, good service!

Unfortunately not the experience I expected. There is a bar on the premises and of course party people who scream half the night. This may be an advantage for others, but not for me.

The food is really good, the best pizza in town, but the waiting time is terrible. 1h45 delivery at 4pm on a Sunday and wrong order, they wanted to make us wait for their mistake. Despite the good taste, the service leaves a more bitter taste. Close the place if you are not Able to satisfy your customers.

We ordered a meal for the family and when it arrived there was a mistake, the whole order was for another customer! Instead of giving us priority refills because we had been waiting for 1 hour 15 minutes, they preferred that they cancel for THEIR mistakes. It s sad because your food is really delicious, hats off to your cooks! But for the rest... Service a big 0 you should review your priorities and be able to satisfy and keep your customers. Summary: Avoid this place if You are hungry and dont want to have false hope.

Très petite chambre , rien pour sasseoir , lair climatisé ne fonctionne pas , la douche a des moisissures , file daraignée au plafond, on est allé souper , le souper est bon mais on est tellement décourager daller se coucher dans cette chambre , mon mari décide daller se pleindres a la réception , on a été remboursée,bon est reparti a la maison , soulager de coucher chez nous

Giving 2 stars is too much but really disappointed with this place. Website really not up to date no accessible swimming pools indoor spa inaccessible. Very disappointing exterior cleanliness full of cigarette butts everywhere near the ground floor rooms. Its very disappointing 2 years ago it was already ordinary and now its very very very very ordinary. At least the restaurant is correct but the lunch menu no longer exists but still exists on the site and in the menu in the rooms.

Not clean at all, no open swimming pool, on the balcony cleaning not done on the tables. Lamp in the room with yellow rings and on the floor next to the bed a dirty glass and a plastic knife I do not recommend this hotel. The only positive point is the restaurant, good food.

103 Islands IS THE PLACE to go when you want to go out. Dj François St-Onge, Saturday evening is your DJ. He plays very good music, listens to customer requests and without forgetting the famous KARAOKE.

We spent one night. We loved the room (wooden) which was the section next to the hotel. As in the comments, we too were surprised to see no one at the reception. It was an employee who was in the restaurant who served us (very friendly). The downside is the party people, we didnt sleep all night. It was so noisy. We understand that the bar can close late but at 4 a.m., thats excessive. We fell asleep around 5:30 am and presto! At 8:15 we were up. We checked out around 9:00. There was no one at reception and the restaurants doors were closed so we left the keys on the reception desk.

Nice experience overall. Motel run by a family who lives on site. The rooms are clean, the bedding is clean and fresh, the food good (breakfast not included with the room) and quiet location. There is an outdoor pool as well as an indoor heated pool and spa. Located on the banks of the river, there is a marina behind the motel. At the time of my visit, the motel was undergoing renovations which did not disrupt the experience in any way.

Good morning I strongly advise against this hotel, we spent 4 nights there. The rooms are expensive for the quality First night at the hotel, noise until 10:30 PM. In addition, while we were staying at the hotel they refused us access to the restaurant with a 14 month old child in our arms.

The owner does not care about the comfort of his customers. Very loud TV from customers, in the middle of the night, not very clean as cleaning, cold room, and under construction in the middle of the night with warning. Not recommended.

Ordinaire, mon amie avait gagné un souper spectacle , ils nous avaient pas réservé de table et il nen restait plus on sest retrouvé entre 2 rangé en plein millieu du chemin.Le service était lent la bouffe était correct et le vin goûtait leau. Sûrement que lété cest mieux a cause de la terrasse mais je pense pas y retourner pareil .

Very poor service at the restaurant. The bloody glasses arrive with the ice half melted. The waitress realizes this... she takes my glass and reaches inside to remove the water. Then gave it back to me saying: it doesnt matter, I have clean hands... It was this level of service that we received all evening. In short, to avoid as a restaurant!

We ordered take-out for 8 people, on the phone the person told us 45mins, it ended up taking 1h30 before we got our lunch. While I was waiting for my order I saw a distraught waitress coming from the kitchen mentioning to her boss that the cook kept yelling at her... in short a clear lack of management in this establishment. Also, our order arrived lukewarm and not hot.. I dont think Ill be going back anytime soon!
