Terrible experience. Ordered at the counter chicken wings, fries and poutine, should be simple? 1. They messed up entering my order, needed to order the missing items again. 2. Food sat for 15 minutes completed (not clearly identified for whom) because no one was paying attention to the customers at the front and the waiting orders . 3. Ordered Buffalo chicken poutine, didn't get the chicken OR the buffalo sauce. Just a normal poutine. 4. Fries were soggy and terrible, tossed them in the garbage, even the kids wouldn't eat them. 5. Soggy fries got more soggy in the plain poutine that sat, horrible, not worth $2. 6. Chicken wings were supposed to come with sauce, and asked for sauce on the side - guess what the forgot, no sauce nothing as requested. 7. Chicken wings were also soggy....come on... Overall the whole process was terrible, didn't get what I paid for, and the food was garbage. Avoid like the plague.
Excellent service and great pizza. Even tried the fried cucumbers they were good. But the cheese sticks need less sauce and more cheese. It looked like I had ordered a cheese pizza rather than cheese sticks
Excellent Pizza, one of the best in Quebec. The service is fast and super professional. Plus, they have many other options besides Pizza like poutine and chicken wings which all taste very great.
Order was not on time and they gave us a tiny pizza and we were missing an item. Pizza should of been 12 inches however measured with a ruler it was only 7 inches(placed the order for the Duo) We had also ordered with thin crust it was not thin crust. We dont live in town so this was such a bummer considering the whole order cost us 40$. Not particularly pleased. *i emailed the email they asked me to contact…. Radio silence. Wonderful service 🤭
Absolutely delicious pizza and wings. I loved the consistency of the dough as it’s exactly how I like it. I love that despite being in Sorel the ordering process, email confirmation and pickup was in English without me having to do anything. It was likely my first seamless experience.
I'll never stop eating the stuffed crust pepperoni bacon pizza, Man they do it perfectly. And without asking them, they put extra sauce on it, just the way we love it. the young man with the beard at the front counter is extremely polite and very good with his customers Awesome
I ordered online and went to pick up my order. When I ordered, the site gave me a pick up time. When I arrived, it was packed! The young cashier motioned to me and asked my name to let me know my order was ready. Pizza was delicious, fries were perfect and what can I say about the deep fried pickles??? Awesome! 💕

Its the worst restaurant in all of Sorel-Tracy and probably in the world too. Id rather eat a chef Boyardi duck than eat at Salvatoré. I ordered a magic bread with a Pepsi when my order arrived, the guy had forgotten my Pepsi. So he asked me to wait to go get one, but I waited a very long time. So I called, and the woman told me to drink some water if I wasn t happy.
Pizza Salvatoré is now my favorite pizzeria! The food is excellent, the service is fast and carried out by friendly and smiling employees. Personally... my delicious Cheese and Fine Herbs pizza, I would eat it every day... Yum!!! Even after all these months have passed, since the day of my very first order, I never tire of it... and I am still very passionate about... Pizzeria Salvatoré!

Order at 9:30 p.m. for midnight in the evening for delivery. At 12:45 p.m. after 2 calls to the center my account is blocked, the pizza will not be delivered even if it is paid.. request for refund which can take 7 days... for $12.50 Shouting employee, no empathy and even less delivery management capacity. Well done branch of SOREL-TRACY!!!
I am a dasher delivery driver, I received an order on the app and I didnt even take two minutes to get to the business, I was next to it while the business told the customer that his pizza had already been ready for 50 min, for me its not logical, plus the business didnt give me the whole order, when I got to the customer he told me that the business called him to tell him that the delivery people didnt as I didnt take the drink even though it was their job to give me the whole order, in short I went back to take the rest, and that created a customer evaluation problem.

Last night I placed an order via the app for a medium meat crazy pizza, I placed the order at around 10:35 p.m. to pick it up between 11 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. I received a text message regarding the details on my order, at 10:45 p.m. it was ready... so it was on the stove for 20 minutes... at first I said to myself okay its not a big deal... but got home when I opened the box, the pizza was very cold, dry and the dough too... I think they passed a pizza which was probably a mistake from another order because the pizza seemed to be more than 2 hours old. .. first time this has happened to me but quite disappointing that I wont order from there again..

First time doing business at Salvatoré October 8, 2022 the taste of the pizza is good but the pizza dough is not even cooked really not (cooked) and I notice that the medium and almost the size of a small and also not lots of condiments because it offers extras sorry but I am hugely disappointed gentlemen Salvatoré worst pizza in life it wont last long also Salvatoré phew

Several times I go looking for it and its always great
I arrive at 6:35 p.m. There are 3 people in front of me who have already ordered. They ask me if I ordered and I say no. No one speaks to me again until 6:50 p.m. Finally I decide to order through the application as no one comes to answer me. 15 minute wait for poutine with sausages. Correct delay if we forget that we confused my poutine for a pizza the first time (resolved quickly by repeating my order to the cook who finds the right box) Except that there are no sausages in the poutine (well labeled on the bag.) Which I open and discover when I get home. This is the second time Ive been there and both times there was an error on my order. Im more than 20 minutes away, so I dont want to spend an hour driving and preparing to eat. In short, unfortunately, two bad experiences, the only thing that saves is that the taste is good... when you have something you like in your bag or box!

Why ask for tips when picking up
If I could give no star I would do it in tabarnak, today was the last time I gave Salvatoré a chance with their discounted large pizza coupon, pizza which is not even larger than average and plus they forgot my sauce again for the 8th time and when I call support they tell me <we apologize> and that they cant send me one back since <I didnt pay for it item and its free>. Well Salvatoré has never been able to and I advise you to stay away from this restaurant.

WARNING SCAM I placed an order via the app with the option to pay on site since I dont have a credit card for online payment, the total came to $18 on the app. I arrive at the branch and when its time to pay I select the amount of the tip and the employee tells me that there is nothing to do and to pay, even though the total was now $32, I didnt in fact no case and I proceed to the payment. So shortly after looking at my invoice I realized that the employee Patrick had HIMSELF PUT $14 TIP!! bringing my total to $32 instead of $18. Completely unacceptable behavior, I was already going to tip, no need to tip it for me, not to mention that the law says that in Quebec tipping is not obligatory. (The fact of paying $14 more doesnt bother me, its more the audacity to have selected your tip ITSELF, incredible never before seen)

order arrived very late wrong size poutine when I asked for explanations on the size of the poutine I was told that I was wrong, I wrote to Salvatoré on Facebook to be told that even if they make mistakes, compensation is limited to 3 per year, I was at 3 in 3 orders for stupid delivery times!

We were missing the sauces that we had to pay for extra. Out of 6 marinara sauces and a spicy sauce, we only received the 2 sauces that came with the 2 pizzas! At 1.39 lextra without counting the tax and the % tip its starting to get expensive!
In the area where we are Salvatore is the best pizza and I know what Im talking about Im picky when it comes to good pizza and yours is the best in my town

I ordered at 4:10 the delivery man left at 5:00 I can almost accept but to have the pizza delivered to me 45 minutes later the pizza in the car for 44 minutes I no longer have the trouble of ordering early because my son 5 years before unacceptable hunger to wait 1:30 before receiving a pizza I do not recommend at all After being disappointed I read that pizza Salvatore has been writing the same message for over a year and still has not resolved the wait
The taste is there but there is a huge lack of toppings, and these fries are supposed to be large but they are very small...
