une très belle place pour aller manger avant un match ou entre collègues et amis! les ailes de poulet sont un 10/10! la bière est très bonne et une belle ambiance aussi! le service est un peu lent lorsque tu rentre en succursale. le seul hic est que ca prend plusieurs minutes avant qu’un ou qu’une serveur/serveuse vienne te voir malgré que tu te fait regarder plusieurs fois en attendant à l’entrée. je recommande fortement!
Première fois à ce resto, très populaire pour un vendredi soir pluvieux, très bon service, assiettes copieuses, bon rapport qualité-prix! Nous y retournerons assurément!
Toujours une bonne expérience à la brasserie, la nourriture est bonne avec un bon rapport qualité-prix, le staff est vraiment sympathique. Le boss n’a pas hésité à commanditer notre équipe de dek hockey. Le restaurant contribue 100% à ce qu’on passe un bon moment à Sorel!
J'essaie de venir le plus souvent possible quand je descends à Sorel... J'ai jamais trouvé des ailes de poulet aussi bonnes ailleurs! Tout le menu est excellent mais, j'arrive rarement à choisir autre chose que les ailes tellement elles sont incroyables... Le Staf est aimable, les prix raisonnables, l'ambiance super et la nourriture délicieuse...
Super endroit, sympathique sans prétention. La nourriture est bonne et nous avons reçu un super service et un super accueil!
Les repas me rappellent les repas-maison que je mangeais étant jeune. Rien d'extravagant, mais délicieux. L'équipe est super le fun et l'ambiance est parfaite pour y retrouver des amis.
Très bonne accueil, cuisine excellente service impeccable. Les cocktails alcoolisés avait plus le goût du jus d'orange et non de l'alcool mais ce n'ai pas un point négatif. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir
Came here before a Sorel-Tracy Blackhawks hockey game and it was perfect for a pregame lube. An oddity, the bar is different from the restaurant but under the same roof. You WILL pay an alcohol bill and you WILL pay a food bill! Decent beer prices and the food was really good. My Caesar Salad was excellent. Our "food" server, Nathalie J, was not that speedy and waiting for her bill took a while. Other than that, I recommend.

I am from Sorel, but it has been several years since I lived in Sorel. But that doesnt change the fact that Ive known the brasserie for a long time and frankly I find it to be the best restaurant in Sorel for several years. I go there especially for the natural perch fillets: the best! Congratulations to the entire brasserie team for the menu, the welcome, the prices, the service, etc. Everything is perfect!

Im from Sherbrooke and I discovered the Brasserie with my in-laws who live in Sorel but the best is the Wings from the Brasserie du Colisée the best that are made and what can I say about the pitcher of Clamato beer, a delight. I will go back there soon when the rage of the wings grips me I go up!
