Very nice discovery! Homemade burger with very good homemade sauces! Fries too! We tried the GRAND DIABLE (killer), the QG burger. Very nice presentation of the burgers, and fairly quick service. I recommend!

We stopped to eat! The hostess told us that there was only room at the top so we said yes, the decor is great! She brings us a menu and a glass of water! We wait...20 minutes The hostess comes back with a group, we finally say that someone will take care of us! 10 minutes later the waitress comes up, takes the groups order, completely ignores us and goes back downstairs! We got up and left!! First time in my life that weve left like this! Really sad, a beautiful restaurant but service to work!!

Wow what a discovery we made on Sunday! We stopped by chance in the corner of Sorel for dinner and it was a great culinary experience! Very nice restaurant, good service and the food was all there for me! The flavors, the texture, the aromas .. this is a restaurant to discover! I recommend you!

Excellent bistro style restaurant, generous portions.

For lunch, the bacon is practically paper and the sausages have no taste. The waitress is not professional in any way. No hello, no greeting. During our meal of approximately 45 minutes, she never came to offer water or coffee or ask if we needed anything. Fortunately the decor is pleasant. At $20 a plate we expect better. First and last time.

The waitress was still very friendly and told us that 2 people were less that evening (Saturday evening) we were told that the soup of the moment was mushroom, but when the time came to order (1 hour later), there was no soup of the moment :O the soup was still excellent (leek soup) We were a group of 7 people. we had steak, salmon, perch and tuna tartare The steaks come with vegetables, rice and potatoes Everything was cold: the steak, the fish, the vegetables and the rice The rice was still very tasty, but cold.. Its a shame because the quality of the food is there, we felt that everything was very good, but waiting 2 hours before having our plates and being served cold is very disappointing In short, I dont think I will return to this place

Very good restaurant in Sorel-Tracy. Since the new owners (end of 2022), the restaurant has come back to life! The soups are insane, the rest too, I try something new every time it s so good! The atmosphere is great, whether for a work meal, with friends or with family! I highly recommend.

December 28, 2022. We went to eat at the Quartier Général Restaurant in Sorel-Tracy. We were made very welcome by the hostess. Then we were quickly served by the owner of the restaurant! They are super nice and attentive to our needs! I ate the chicken skewer and it was tasty. My boyfriend ate the HQ burger and it was very good too! Our niece accompanied us and she had the salmon trout and she really liked it! As a starter we had a cream of broccoli which was also very good! Well done to the whole team and the cook! It s great, we re going to go back!

Worst dining experience! We had a reservation for 34 people at 7:15 p.m., we were seated at 8:10 p.m. The service was bad from start to finish, forgotten orders, endless delays, mediocre dishes...

Bad service, the waitresses clearly have no experience, plus there are underage waitresses at the bar.

First experience at this restaurant and my last. I booked 3 weeks in advance and when I arrived the name of the reservation was incorrectly noted, secondly, I was informed on site that we only had 1h30 to eat. When we got to my table on the 2nd floor, we were seated between 2 groups of around 30 people where there was a lot of coming and going and we were stuck between 2 chair backs on either side. Average hamburger, and very salty. If you absolutely want to go to this restaurant, be ultra specific in your reservation request. I do not recommend this restaurant. Reservations are great, but over-bookings, no thanks. I would have preferred to be told that the restaurant was full, that would have been more respectful.

If you go to Sorel-Tracy it s a must. The staff is King tick, friendly, smiling. The food is excellent and the price is reasonable and not excessive, which is very rare in 2023. I recommend this Resto Bar without hesitation. If you want to go in a group you can book.

This was our 2nd visit. Unfortunately, we were really disappointed. One Saturday at 1 p.m. we were the only customers, strange... The hamburgers were OK but we didnt like the spices on the fries at all. The tomatoes in one of the burgers were white and hard, not ripe at all. The chicken in the other was probably overcooked because it was tough. Too bad, because the decor is very pretty but for the price of $60 for 2 hamburgers and 2 drinks its too high for the quality of the food.

I was very disappointed with my burger. At this price, youre entitled to something better than what you can get at A&W.

The food is tasteless, the chefs cook well but the meals and recipes are mediocre. The whole plate was bland and without flavors except the salad which was quite good. The prices are a little too expensive for what you get. The meat in the burgers is dry I recommend revisiting the recipes and cooking methods. A juicier meal with more seasoning could help immensely. The service and atmosphere is good.

Very good restaurant in downtown Sorel. The terrace is well located. The interior is well decorated, the food is good and the prices are affordable for the type of food. They are the same owners as the Belvédère so if you like it, you will not be disappointed.
