Horrible. La brochette goutte le brulé c’est pas mangeable. Mon pain que j’ai demandé qu’on m’a chargé en extra était brulé dur comme du carton. Les légumes ne sont pas frais c’est du congelé. Vraiment dommage.
2 verres pas propres avec du rouge à lèvres ok ça peut arriver .Le restaurant est loin d être plein une heure à attendre le repas .. surprise erreur sur ma commande . La serveuse qui me sert est super tout se qui arrive n est pas sa faute par contre une des collègues s incruste à ma table à trois ou quatre à reprises pour jaser elle n est pas du tout à sa place .La nourriture est bonne mais l expérience sera pas renouvelée.
Livraison Milano 2 souvlakis au poulet et salade. Tous les légumes sont tout moux et il y a un concombre tout moisi dans ma salade. On me demande de me déplacer pour montrer le plat et pour être remboursée. Ce que je fais. Je donne mon assiette (1 bâton de mangé, le poulet et riz étaient corrects). Le gérant dans la cuisine crie après son employé refusant de venir me voir et elle ne peut que me rembourser 4$. Ça m'a coûté 32$ et je n'ai presque rien mangé.
Service médiocre J’ai commandé un sous-marin et il est écrit dans le menu garnis de tomates, laitue, fromage fondu et vinaigrette. Mon repas arrive et il est rempli de piments, d’oignons et de champignons que je ne mange pas donc je rappelle pour comprendre l’erreur car c’est très bien écrit qu’il n’y a que tomate, laitues, fromage et vinaigrette !? Le caissier me dit que c’est ma faute car j’aurais dû leur dire que je n’en mange pas, je lui dit que sa devrais être écrit dans le menu, je demande s’il peuvent m’en envoyer un autre et il me dit « es tu prête à le payé » je lui répond que non malheureusement que c’est à eux de l’écrire dans le menu alors je demande à parler au patron et il me dit qu’il ne veux pas. Je paye 20$ et vais donc devoir trier ma nourriture, c’est super ! J’appelais de deux à trois fois semaine mais malheureusement pour eux je ne commanderais plus jamais la. Service lamentable, employés irrespectueux, très déçu de me faire traiter de la sorte.

Pizza was very good, Spaghetti was very plain not much flavour in the sauce, it tasted a bit too sweet probably too much sugar.
The food is decent, but the portion size is huge!!!! I ordered their lunch special spaghetti and when it came out it was the size of a football! Literally I are barely half of it and I was done. My kids pizza from the kids menu was the size of a normal Bambino pizza!!! What are they doing?! Honestly the environment is great, it's quiet and the wait staff is great. It's just that portion size. This is coming from a man from Texas and could down 3 burgers and a large pizza....so this is saying something. Eat here and expect to take food home.

Worst place in LIFE, outdated pizza sauce and pepperonis, refusal to admit that something could have happened. Rather threaten to call the police, because complete refusal of reimbursement! Its not my type, but I 100% advise against this restaurant, sick all night and morning.

I would like to tell you that we were very disappointed with your service. To start, the waitress came to see us after 10 minutes, to take our order. However, there werent many people there at the time we ate. The pizza and the poutine, although ordinary, had no taste, no flavor, as if the tomato sauce on the pizza was that of the day before. And the same thing for poutine sauce. We even waited for someone to come and fill our empty water glasses, which at one point got up to pay for and we left disappointed with our meal. I hope you will make small corrections please, when we return. THANKS.
Super good lunch. The place has been rejuvenated and now offers a more pleasant experience.

2nd time since the reopening, its not bad but the plate is not very full and a funny impression of the team atmosphere... the cook passed me a sausage on the edge of the past (with smell) 1 of 2.. question that doesnt seem... its up to you to judge the attitude towards selling off unsold stock. Too bad weve already been disappointed.

There are literally no customers in the restaurant, we arrive and ask to eat on the terrace. The lady at the restaurant told us yes. 5 minutes later she comes to see us outside and tells us we cant. That her boss O.o tells her that he only wants her to serve inside. Frankly

Very disappointed with the spinach and mozzarella pancake lunch, the 2 pancakes were overcooked and hard (elastic) really should not be put on the menu anymore, pay $18 for not having lunch, its $$$For a run-off of coffee the waitress was nice though

Worst after-sales service. My pizza arrived with all the cheese next to the dough and my extra spaghetti sauce was missing. The waitress almost called me a liar because the cook said he had put it in. They couldnt have put it in. nothing to do because the bosses werent there. Theyre going to call me back on Friday to remedy the situation......... its Monday. WTF

We highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of their pizza. The lasagna is also very good. Sometimes the cooks take the pizza out of the oven too quickly, which results in undercooking. Ask on the phone during delivery to cook well please. Very good, relaxed restaurant atmosphere.
Its very good and we had very good service also the food is superb we ate like pigs congratulations to all the staff because with everyone who was there the waiting time was very good so I will go back often good night to all and see you next kisses

Poor delivery service. More than an hour of waiting. Wrong order received. I had to call numerous times and was hung up on three times. I was put on hold for over 6 minutes. Worst experience. The food finally received was excellent, but the service doesnt make you want to order again!

Very good but the waitress not the best service
Visited your restaurant. There were 3 of us and an order arrived with an error. So far it might be okay but we decide to order some spaghetti to bring, the waitress gives us everything in a paper bag. What was my surprise to see the next day that it was 2 dishes of Caesar sauce. We call the restaurant and all they can do is say excuse us, well be careful. Well done $12 waste.

Since its change of ownership it has been a customer disaster for 7 years I have ordered my usual dish (plate of butterfly shrimp and Italian Poutine for $35 I receive my order and I realize that I dont have my butter in there wing and potine resemble a soup with fries that are more than soft in addition to the salad the girl on the phone told me that the salad was not included in the meal I did not persist even if since then I have always received a salad with my meal so I couldnt make my choice so I received a salad so I couldnt choose it was the restaurant who decided the choice of my salad... Entk japple to tell the facts the receptionist she told me said well maam Im dsl really we will see and credit the meal 2 weeks later I call to order and I specify that I have a credit the receptionist she tells me well madam have delivered more to this address I say well lets see why ?? She tells me I dont know we no longer deliver, its my boss who decided that! Ok hes blocking a customer for 7 years for a $35 credit and a customer who received a mess instead of a supper wow keep it up and soon youll have more customers... thank you Milano for such good service --
