The freshness was there in our platter of 46 sushi! We had a great time... The Dragon Eyes couldnt be fresher, they were prepared and packaged in front of me. Good work!

Worst sushi shop, Ive eaten at sushishop plenty of times but in Montreal, in terms of quality and price its different too, in Sorel its more expensive! Without forgetting the taste.. my box was disgusting, I would have liked to have had a cleaner service, the shrimp and lobster would not work.

I tried a sushi shop several years ago in another city and was so disappointed that I didnt go back for at least 5 years. Recently, I tried my luck again at the sushi shop in Sorel and I love it!!! Good job to all employees

I am someone who regularly eats at a sushi shop but not always in Sorel. Unfortunately more than half the time in Sorel things are missing or the delivery time exceeds 1:30 or the sushi doesnt taste what its supposed to. Unfortunately the quality in Sorel is really not as it should be.

I love their sushi, especially the inferno for me it s my favorite.

Great variety of sushi. Food is always fresh and prepared on site. Very good customer service. The vast majority of customers order takeout, so its hard to rate the restaurants ambiance.

UPDATE: For a little over 3 years, I have not had any bad experiences and I am super satisfied. Good sushis but be careful not to upset the young blonde woman at the service with special requests because she will show you all her displeasure... otherwise the little Asian was super nice on the other hand lucky for us.

Very disappointed. I called for an order this evening and they told me it was going to take two hours, no problem Ill take my order. two poke bowls one with simply salad with a phoenix roll, after two hours, two and ten I called again to ask if it was on the way to be sure, they told me yes ok no problems. An hour later still not received my order I called again and they told me that there were a lot of orders that it shouldnt take long. finally thirty minutes later I receive my order, I am missing a poke bowl and the sushi and the other bowl are all upside down and the delivery man tells me that he is no longer taking orders for this evening. This has happened to me twice! I called at 5:30 a.m. and at 9 a.m. I was stuck trying to eat by myself because the person didnt take my order properly.

Been sick once and got the wrong sushi the second. The quality and taste are clearly not the same as in all the other sushi shops I have been to; in the wrong direction.

I wanted to order by phone and a man answered. He asked me my name but didnt understand when I told him and he spoke very badly. Hes a really bad salesman. I wanted to spell my name, he didnt understand anything so I asked for another person, he told me he was alone. So I said I would call back later. Later it was still him and he hung up on me. I really dont recommend this restaurant. And I will send an email to the parent company

Terrible service! How can anyone run a sushi restaurant in such a bad way! In my last 4 orders, I have never managed to get my meal before a 2 hour wait. Normal... Only one delivery person to serve the region! He has to leave with 8-9 orders at a time. The last customer receives his sushi not too fresh (no cooler). And at the restaurant, there are 2-3 employees to make sushi and other meals... Poor employees, they do their best... Too bad because the meals, sushi are excellent... Its just managing in the worst way possible. manners, everything for him nothing for his employees and customers!

The only sushi restaurant in the area. You dont have a choice: Sometimes the sushi is beautiful and sometimes its crap. The employers are friendly and efficient and sometimes its the opposite depending on the day.

I am terribly disappointed and have been since my last two visits. The quality and speed of service now leaves something to be desired. I dont know if its due to adjustments due to covid or if its just due to new staff, but the recipes are changing, the portions are reduced and the wait is longer. Despite trying to call, with no response. Very ordinary for the price!

The place has become dirty from the inside and outside, the general tao chicken has become disgusting compared to 2018 and the owner is dry and rigid with his staff

Ayoye!!! For one of the only sushi restaurants in Sorel, that s tough! According to opening hours the restaurant closes at 10 p.m. but at 8:20 p.m. when we showed up for an order of 60 pieces well there wasnt enough rice!!! What a great loss of opportunities for the bosses :(

Too expensive for rice and vegetables

The first time and the last time I eat here. I like the Sushi shop at UQAM but not in Sorel. The service and the ingredients in my pork bowl are not the same. The Sushi shop at UQAM is much better.

The only sushi in Sorel! Ive been there several times and nothing to say, its very good! It s fresh, the variety is there! When Im craving sushi, this is the place I go! ;) Never had to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes. I always take à la carte, because I want to choose for myself. I am satisfied.
