@TheTraxx Public House , very friendly staff , great food and love the patio seating. The two gentlemen who own and manage the establishment are class acts and have treated me better than good.
I had a great steak sandwich, the portion was large. The beers were icy cold. Karaoke night was a blast, friendly patrons. It was quite loud, to be expected in a smaller venue.
This is our very own "Cheers" pub! Great food and the service is outstanding! By the time we sit down our drinks are on their way. It very much has a neighborhood pub feel; coming here is like coming home. Annabelle and Taylor (and the other servers as well!) go out of their way to make people feel welcome, special and appreciated. Highly recommend!

Experience at Trax Mart Pubic House: My recent visit left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. From the moment our party entered the establishment, it was clear that this would not be a pleasant dining experience. The ambiance was lackluster and the decor looked outdated and unkempt. The service was abysmal - the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive to our needs. We had to wait an unreasonably long time to be seated, and once we were, it took ages for someone to come take our orders. Our drinks were served warm, and the food arrived at our table cold and unappetizing. Speaking of the food, the quality was appalling. My dish was overcooked and lacked any flavor, while my companion's meal was undercooked and had to be sent back to the kitchen. The portion sizes were meager for the high prices they were charging, making the whole experience feel like a complete rip-off. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also questionable; the tables looked like they hadn't been properly wiped down, and the overall hygiene standards seemed below par. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against dining here. The combination of poor service, subpar food quality, and unappealing ambiance makes it a place to avoid at all costs. Save your money and your taste buds by choosing a different dining establishment.
It was our first time visiting this place and it's one of our favourite restaurants now!! Service was on point! especially our server named Annabelle!! She was really friendly, kind and attentive without being intrusive, ensuring every aspect of our meal is perfect. She even recommeded us what happens throughtout the week as well as sharing our culture/background. Very impressive!! We truly felt like a valued customer due to her personality and her outstanding customer service. Food was amazing!! Fresh and Hot!! We ordered chicken parm, wings (since it's wednesday), and nashville chicken burger and each food was great. Delicious, huge proportions and every dish exceeded our expectations! We will be sure to comeback for karaokes and DJ/Dance nights!! Thank you Annabelle, the Servers, Cooks and to the Management!! You guys are truly appreciated!!
Our server was friendly and attentive. It was very dark to the point that it wasn't easy to see the menu. My son's steak was cold and too salty, mine wasn't salty but did have bits of sinew throughout. My daughter said hers was good. The onion rings were good.. All in all a mixed bag of reviews from the table of 6.
Came here for a late lunch we ordered a poutine to share, I had the Donair Burger girlfriend had a chicken burger. The Poutine was massive! The first few bites tasted good but once we got to the middle it started to get very salty. My burger was okay some of the bites tasted a bit off, it could have used a little more sweet sauce as well and the bun wasn't the best choice. The chicken burger was good from the bite I had that bun woulda paired better with the Donair. The sides that came with the meal my fries salty :( the caesar salad had a bit too much garlic in the dressing but was still good. For drinks we just had water they don't have root beer or margaritas. Margaritas will come in summer I was told (makes sense) I wasn't a fan of the atmosphere it was too dark and the music was too loud at least for the time of day but at night this place could be fun to hang out at! The girlfriend enjoyed the food and we will be back again. If we come back on Friday night it's time to get the karaoke on! All in all a few minor missteps but that won't stop us from coming back.

Well my friends and I came here last night for my birthday which to me was my first time here at TRAX the place was very nice and relaxing the service from Angela and the girls was awesome and the food was bang on the cooks did an amazing job thank you so much I will definitely come back here so that being said if you haven t been here and want great hospitality and food come to TRAX you will not be disappointed

My lady friends took me out for my birthday for a late night brunch and drinks, they had just reopened after renovations. So it was pretty quiet, the owner happened to be there and went out of his way to prepare us munchies after the kitchen had closed. Food was fantastic, the waiter was above and beyond. The hospitality was so warming, 100% recommend the Trax for a night out!! They definitely make you feel welcome!!

This place boasts incredible food, unbeatable service, and the.kindest, most wonderful owners around! Come support local and try literally anything on the menu. You wont be disappointed. After many weeks of renovations, they will be taking the curtain down this Friday, April 19th, and operating once again at full capacity! 12/10 would recommend.

My parents just moved to Spruce Grove and we went here for lunch between Christmas and New Years and I was blown away by the food here. I had the burger and it was perfectly spiced, the garnish on it, lettuce and tomato, were fresh and the fries were perfect. They were light Im color so you can tell the oil in the fryer was fresh. I would highly recommend the food here, and the service was fantastic as well, she was super friendly and was very attentive.

1 waitress on a Tuesday afternoon. Service and food was excellent! Had garlic/parm fries that was so big it could have fed 3 people! 1st time here and Im going back. Great appy menu
Went with a friend tonight and a meal that should have taken us an hour and half max, took 3. Took our waitress lindy over 20 mins just to come ask for our drink order, then we sat for about 45 mins before she came and asked what we wanted to eat. All the while there only 4 other tables and 2 other waitresses on shift. We were constantly walked pasted and never even checked on. Get our food, then she takes off and doesnt let us know were switching waitresses and doesnt tell the poor girl what weve ordered either. Secondly the food was heavily disappointing. After hearing so many good things I figured Id give it a try, went for wing night and there was no list of sauces or rubs for their wing night, and the wings were way too crispy and dry inside. Calamari wasnt horrible though. Id give it a shot again. But again every other table was waited on constantly while we were treated like total outcasts.
Great pizza and our server was very nice. I look forward to going back and trying some other items on the menu.

Cant say enough good things about this place! Went for an Oilers playoff game and the atmosphere was great, the food was incredible and the price was totally reasonable. Also chatted with the owner a couple times and hes a really nice guy. Definitely our new regular spot and would recommend to friends/family.

Awesome place to relax for a beer and the food is awesome. I enjoy coming here on my days off I took my wife here for dinner and she loved the menu. She loved the hugs from all.the staff they treated very nicely I recommend this place for a nice relaxing evening with your better half . Come check it out you wont regret it .

We had a great visit, and look forward to visiting again. I was really disappointed with the serving size for the mozza sticks - 5 for $14 is just nuts - but I was equally impressed with the portion size for the poutine. The food was all delicious, regardless of price. For beer, my only recommendation would be to get something hoppier on tap. Loved the service, the atmosphere, and the food.
After spending 30 online calling around for food at 9pm and told by 3 local restaurants including Boston pizza to to skip...not!! Walked behing out hotel the super 8 and and welcomed by the owner and staff that cooked up an awesome take out meal for us!! The clubhouse was amazing!!! Thank you.

It was a pretty quiet day due to it being Thanksgiving, so it was hard to judge the atmosphere. However, we were made to feel extremely welcome by our server, and the food was excellent. All in all, it was a pleasant experience, we will be back.

Incredible, incredible place! Super clean and inviting presence. It s a real Bar! We had the Donair Burger, Nachos, Fries with the Caesar with drinks from their talented Bartender and it was all fantastic. The atmosphere was electric with the Live Band and the friendly staff made for the best experience. I love the addition of the Patio, good idea. My wife and I have 4 kids under 8 and rarely have a date night and live on the North Side, we are definitely coming back here! Hats off to Steven the Co-owner. You gotta eat here!
Food was great but the serving staff absolutely horrible takes forever to be served and one of the servers keeps sitting with one customer and flirting with him instead of serveing customers I would fire all the servers and get new ones I will never be back I will also never recommend this place to anyone it s an absolute shame because the food was good I didn t even give the waitress a tip just to prove a point

We ordered though Skip the Dishes and just before our order was supposed to be delivered, the owner called me and said that the driver missed one of our orders so he asked for our address and drove the order to our house with in minutes! This restaurant is not only a great place to eat, but they also go above and beyond to help their customers, thank you again
A group and friends and I visited At the Trax for dinner last week. The atmosphere and service was excellent. The food was absolutely delicious especially the Mussels!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone!!

Reserved for a party of 35 rowdy folks for a playoff hockey round. They accommodated us very well, even with me adjusting the numbers numerous times up until the day of. The staff were fantastic, the food was delicious on a wing night. The steak bites were amazing. None of the party seemed to have any complaints. Taylor, our waitress, managed easily enough by herself and I heard no griping about wrong bills at the end of the night. She was an absolute delight. We have moved large groups around different locations in Spruce Grove now a few times and I will be revisiting this gem of a place for functions. The atmosphere for playoff hockey was perfect. Loud, rambunctious, and still under control.

My favorite place to go grab a beer or paralyzer and some delicious food in Spruce Grove. Everyone is friendly and the service is next level, every time. Prices are great. No complaints from me, its definitely the type if place I seek.

This is literally one of my favorite places in town to grab a bite. The food is soo underrated, the buffalo chicken grilled cheese is my favorite. They only hire the nicest waitresses and Ive only ever been treated like family immediately. Cant recommend this place enough I will continue to come back for the vibe this place offers
Had an exceptional meal, the atmosphere was phenomenal as well as Debbie (Despina) was over the top at her job. I say this because she definitely went above and beyond to make my date and myself feel super comfortable not to mention she was incredibly helpful with the menu and drinks. Definitely look forward to my next visit

Potato skins were good would order again. Ribs seemed like they come out of a bag precooked so disappointed. Music to loud, ok for after 8-9 but yelling to talk over supper made us leave than have another drink. But will go back and try something else. First time visiting a pub in Spruce Grove and I am very pleased. Brother and I came to shoot some pool and had an awesome time. Great atmosphere with fantastic service. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to have a few drinks or some good food.

There is literally nowhere in town I would rather eat, drink or socialize. @ The Trax has an amazing menu (get the Mozza burger), fantastic service and the worlds most wonderful owners. Its a family run business and when your there, youre family.

Ordered takeout and it was great. Whatever they bread the mozza sticks with is next level. The pulled pork grilled cheese was awesome and the burger we got wasnt soggy. The only minor complaint I have is the fries. They were pretty limp and bland. Will definitely order again (sans fries)!

Best Nachos in Spruce Grove
Food was excellent as well as the service, the only thing keeping me from giving this place 5 stars is, it has to be the worst pool table location I have seen in a pub in a long time. Right by the main entrance, foot traffic everywhere from the kitchen and the bar back, and obstructions while playing. For a location this large, they could certainly fix this problem easily.

The food was really good, love their wings and pizza! The prices r reasonable, the atmosphere is happy but kinda noisy. People were enjoying themselves, the staff r very happy at their jobs and look after their customers very well. The pool tables were always busy! I recommend TRAX Public House for a few beers, some pool and great food.

The kitchen staff are just terrible. I ordered a plate of nachos with meat they gave me just plain nachos. When I made the complaint that there was no meat the waitress was understanding and took my plate back when she brought it back there was like maybe 2 tablespoons of meat on my nachos and the nachos were burnt.. I will never order food from there again. Thoroughly dissatisfied

If you like homemade, you will love this place. I travel all the way from Sherwood Park for their Fish and Chips. They serve haddock for the same price that others serve pollock. The coleslaw is homemade just like their ceasar drsg. The service is excellent. Highly recommend this place.

We decided to go here on a whim. I drive past it frequently, but never hear anyone talk about it, but noticed there were a lot of positive reviews. Well good and drink were good, and service was EXCELLENT. I was really happy tried this place. Also, they have a Pringles machine. Like a bubble gum machine. But with Pringles.
Great food at a great price. The dry ribs were a meal all to itself. They were meaty with just the right amount of spice and the dipping sauce was fantastic. A really great neighbourhood pub!
