I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip and union rings, they gave me 8 rings. Plus it costs 26$, it should be criminal to charge me that much for 6 tiny pieces of chicken and not even give me a 1/8th of a entire union

Another franchise - as you would expect. The parking lot is very tight and if busy is difficult to get into.

I droped my poutine and they replaced it for me. And food was awesome.

The portion sizes were laughable. Much smaller than any Dairy Queen in Edmonton etc.

Food is on the cheaper end for Fast food but not really a Big Burger Chain. Ice Cream and Treats are expensive.

Overall the store and staff are fine, been here lots, but their mobile ordering is garbage. Ordered through the app for the first time and sent my sister to grab it. Apparently it uses tracking from the app so see where youre at, so the order hadnt even been sent to the store because i wasnt moving towards it. Really annoyed, but I ended up going because it would not let me cancel it on the app. Show up, and it takes over 10 mins to pop up on their system before they can even complete the Order. Something that was supposed to be convenient and fast ended up wasting time. And then when we got home we found out that they didnt add an extra topping we paid for. Overall very annoyed at the online ordering and they need a different system.

There was a literal piece of hard plastic in my blizzard that I bit down on. Skip offered to refund the item but other people should be made aware of this. Not sure if it s piece of equipment or if it came in a batch of ice cream? Can t say I ve ever had good service here.

Absolutely the worst DQ franchise I have run across food was cooked way before we ordered buns were stale and dry . Chicken sandwich meat came in two pieces!!!!!! If we hadn t been travelling all day I would have taken back! But judging by other reviews not much is done to correct the problem

I had $5 DQ bucks after donating to the Stollery. I was so hyped to get the new smarties cookie collision blizzard and was given some cinnamon chunky monstrosity. No smarties, and no chocolate chip cookie dough. This was a completely different blizzard than what I ordered and it was disgusting. I guess this is what I get for donating to charity

wish i could give ZERO stars. i heard a lot of good things about the place because apparently they re strict on the way their products are made compared to other dairy queens, so i decided to check them out for the first time. when i got there, i was the only customer. at first the workers were really nice when they were serving me, but as i was waiting for my food i heard the way they were talking badly about one of their coworkers. they were saying very messed up things that i cannot fathom saying about another person. it made me want to leave the store because of the bullying. service was alright, food took a long time, i just cannot tolerate bullying in the workplace.

I went here for a new years eve treat at 8:30pm. They had signs to display hours for Jan 1st, but none for new years eve. We finally got to talk to a employee and they kept saying that the signs were for that night until they actually read them. So I recieved no service, but recieved a horrible argument that was not required and then had to tell the other five vehicles behind us the situation. So I would recommend avoiding this Dairy Queen, they do not deserve customers and by their display or customer service they do not want them either.

Purchased bogo dilly bars and ice cream sandwiches. I havent had the sandwiches in many years. They have changed from what I remember. The cookie was quite chalky. I have to say GV and Yellow box NN are much better. Will stick with the dilly bar next time. My favorite is the buster bar, but they were not part of the deal this time.

Burgers were fine but the desserts were great. Didn t know we could do this before but they customized our peanut buster parfaits, my husband had caramel and I had chocolate cone dip in place of the normal fudge! Was fantastic!

Check your bags before you pull away. Me being someone who lives 20min outside of town. When I got home and opened the bag to see they missed half my order. Waste of money to drive back to get and ware of money on food you don t get!!!!! I even watched the girl at the window looking to the bag roll it up and hand it out so I assumed the whole order was in there. Also the order what for 2 burger combos so 2 burgers and 2 fries not a complex order

I just went through Drive through with my wife and 3 kids, my 3 kids got blizzards when they were given them they pointed out that they did not flip them the. The man who I assume was the manager told me he flipped them behind the wall. I then said that defeats the purpose of showing the customer. He got agitated and told me that DQ dose not require him to do that and that it is only at participating locations, I looked it up and that is not the case if you are not showing the flip I get a free one or three in this case. My kids were upset that is one of the reasons I take them there it was that way when I was a kid and its that way today not sure why he was being rude to me but I will never be back there and I will let everyone I know to avoid this location due to the bad management.

Had to update my review due to a very rude staff tonight. She had to make me a fresh blizzard due to forgetting to bring me a blizzard that I ordered. The woman behind the blizzard making station loudly said. Really ?! When I asked for a fresh blizzard. Made for a very bad experience

This DQ will serve 30% less ice cream than any other location, I order peanut buster parfait and each time I visit this location, I end up with a cup full of chocolate fudge, with very little ice cream. Can t wait for staff turnover.

small restaurant but the food was always spot on for us. seems the portions are getting worse by the day. perhaps they dont care, but I can say this was probably my last meal there as the fry and onion ring portions would be consistent with a happy meal. I would imagine any adult would be disappointed with the side portions we got yesterday.

More safe gluten free options would be nice. Quite a small area when ordering which can be tough when its busy. Many tables had not been cleaned off.

I recently purchased a Dairy Queen ice cream cake for my students, hoping to surprise them with a message that read, Have a great summer, room 14! Unfortunately, I was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the message on the cake. Not only was it poorly executed, but the message itself was incorrect. Instead of room 14, it said class 14, which doesnt even exist. This is definitely going to be noticeable to my students. I raised my concerns, and I was offered a $15 discount on my next cake. This was quite unsatisfactory, considering the inconvenience it would have caused me. It was already 8 PM, and I had a tired 2-year-old who needed to be put to bed. Driving back to the store would have taken another 30 minutes of my time. The person I spoke to at the store mentioned that the writing on the cake is free, while the cake itself costs $44.99, implying that they couldnt do much better. However, I tried to explain that their poor execution of the writing had essentially ruined the cake. It is not only embarrassing to bring this to school tomorrow but also a waste of the money we raised as a class for our end of the year party. I plan to escalate this matter by speaking to a manager, hoping that they will comprehend the issue once they see the cake. I sincerely hope that they understand the significance of getting the message right and address the situation appropriately.

The cone in this DQ is different than many other DQ. The cone is more crunchy and strong vanilla flavor. Yummy

On this visit, I ordered 2 x Bacon, 2 cheese deluxe signature stackburger combos with fries, and two regular soft drinks. The burgers, fries, and the one of the drinks, the rootbeer, were ok, but what was supposed to be a Sprite tasted more like watered down Pepsi or Coke. My 4 month pregnant wife actually preferred the taste of it rather than the rootbeer. But later on, she started having abdominal discomfort from one or more of the food/drink items. I am also still burping up burger 5 hours later. Please make your food and drinks better DQ staff in command. Thanks.

Ordered a burger, two wraps, onion rings and a poutine through the drive-thru. Waited 30 minutes before I got out of my vehicle and went inside and was finally given my bag of over-priced food. Everything was cold. My wife went inside and was given a new bag rather quickly. The onion rings were hot... the rest was still cold. Poutine and burger were clearly re-warmed not remade and the wraps were completely cold. This whole ordeal was 45 minutes and $35. Brutal dudes.

There was a couple cars 8n the drive through, one family ahead of mine inside. Our blizzards were brought to the table after 8 mins not bad however the peanut buster took 16 mins . The couple that ordered after us had there burgers and fries before we had an ice cream. Terrible service.

4 out of five times my order has been wrong. Being the only Dairy Queen in Spruce I guess we get what we get.

My skor blizzard is always delicious and made perfect at this DQ. I m also proud that my son works here now and works so hard. Please be kind to the young, hard-working kids that are serving you. They re learning how work and deserve some kindness.

Went through the drive through for the new pumpkin pie blizzard, took about 17 minutes to get through the drive thru. I got to the window and the employee was quite confused on what we ordered. Service was not incredible but I came there for an ice cream and it was good! Just don t go in the drive through in a rush!

Open until ten is what Google says. I show up just after 9:30 to a bunch of kids chatting inside the open window, they inform me they close at 9:30. A Google update on behalf of the business would save people from making the drive. Or maybe the kids just didnt want to work the last half-hour?

First and last time I will be going to this location. Went through the drive thru and when getting our food realized there was a mistake with the order(ordered just a child s chocolate milk and was charged for a chocolate shake) and when I told the cashier she said they didn t have that so we got a cup of regular milk. I asked about a refund for the shake as the price would be different and was asked not once but twice what I was charged on my receipt for it (she did not give me a receipt so I didn t know).The supervisor then figured out the difference and gave me my change and wouldn t even look at me or say anything after I thanked them. And our fries were freezing cold right out of the bag. Overall horrible customer service.

ordered through the drive thru. kids meals were ordered with dilly bars, they were not in the bag. fries over salted cant eat them its so bad! poutine had very little gravy. burgers poorly thrown together. and for the price of $61 dollars we will not be back ! Food

Whenever i purchase anything from this location (Spruce Grove) their presentation tells you they hate their job. They present your meal as if you did not pay for it.

Spruce Grove is our favourite DQ location! The blizzards are always mixed extremely well from top to bottom with the right amount of toppings so that you can enjoy the flavour from start to finish! The staff is always very friendly as well!

We stopped at DQ for an icecream cake. The young lady who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different kinds of cakes. Thank you for making our family gathering dessert. Everyone loved it!

Have been to this location in Spruce Grove several times it the last year since moving to town. This has to be the worst service I have ever received at a DQ. I have never seen so many screw ups on orders done. Also employees and managers dont care you call and no one answers the phone. Email them and get a rude comments. I think from now on will drive the extra distance to Edmonton or something for hopefully better service.

Very slow service here in Spruce Grove. They put too much mustard on there hamburgers. Even when you say light mustard or no mustard . Some of the staff are friendly but there are some that are not going the extra mile to help you with some of the cake orders...

Dairy queen is another box franchise that only wants your money,less goodness and more cost.after a break from dq our children wanted a deserved treat so we went,only thing that has changed was the date icecream was shorted one treat was questionable if it was what we ordered,customer service is none existent The other three you couldnt do the upside down test when questioned machine was working to hard ? It had little of what it made it a specialty desert and when I called to voice my opinion I wasnt put through to manager as I was told ,Ill complain we no poop 30 plus dollars donated to yet another not what it used tobe!

Our food was very dry, as if it were hours old. My husband got an extra surprise in his Poutine... part of the Kingsley cheese packaging! Glad that was not my childs food. Then our blizzard orders were wrong. This is not the first time we have had issues with this particular location.

Love that you moved to a new location with a drive through. The past few years we have frequented the establishment more because of the convenience. We are blizzard fans and occasionally get other ice cream treats.

I use to love this location, but the quality of this place is on downward trend . Ordered strawberry blizzards with cheesecake but somehow ended up leftover cheesecake crumbs and peanuts which i am allergic too.

Could not use the washroom, other restaurants in covid restrictions allow but not DQ!!!!

Well guys you let me down. Food is good , service is great but I decided one rotisserie chicken and one rotisserie chicken basket would give enough chicken and enough fries for two based on previous experience. Tonight theres not even enough fries for a childs portion. Did you count them into the box one by one??? That was not enough fries to even suggest value for the extra paid for a basket versus just the chicken alone. I took pics and would post if I could figure out how. I love you guys but... .Wow.

Can I post less than one star? I ordered from skip the dishes last night for my family and I. The chicken strips were cold and stale. So were the fries. The pretzel sticks tasted burnt or old. Same thing with my chicken wrap. Old chicken, didnt even eat it. The only thing that was half decent was the blizzard my son got, although there werent many cookie dough chunks in it. Extremely disappointed and a total waste of money and a treat night.

The burger was dried out and tasteless, the girl got our order wrong, overcharged, we didnt want to say much as there was a big line up and only 1 person taking orders.

Even asking for ketchup 3 times: once at the order mic, once upon purchase and once when the bag was handed to me... we still had to go into the store to get both the condiments and also straws.

Ordered 2 Blizzards! There was a line up through drive thru, but must be everyones favourite location. The line went very fast & the blizzards were delicious! The Service was great. Service was great, they were having a team meeting out in the lobby that was very distracting.

Got a pretty basic meal a double cheeseburger and the goof who made it had ketchup and mustard leaking out of the dam thing. Won t go back ever. Might as well got a ketchup soup dam sandwich. I appreciate the owner has read this and given a blank link. The people who took credit for training these individuals on this shift should be ashamed of themselves as I waited over 5 minutes before someone could come out of the back to the front counter that I was the only person at. These employees need to realize the customers pay their wage not the franchise. But if the owner was diligent they could review the cameras to see what I really mean about pathetic service and especially the attitude I was given by the lady with the neck tattoo. I will never step foot on the premises again for this fact.

Food is good however the drive thru is incredibly slow. I was waiting 15 - 20 minutes in the line up. McDonald s can have my ice cream made in less than 2 minutes and if not they have you park.
